Thanks Abhiram,

I think that was the confusing part.
We had seen it as advertised for 10.6
I was surprised when I activated Finesse on 10.6 and still saw the warning.

Cheers,

Tim

Hi all,

The support for mixed-mode is expected to be announced in the coming ways. It
will be starting with 10.6 and the support can be claimed by installing a COP
file. The details will come out soon, but in summary it will be in 10.6. Also,
there will be a white-paper released regarding the migration plan and best
practices. Some of the things that come to my mind straight away are:

  * Voice is supported on mixed mode - you can have some teams on either CAD
or Finesse handling calls
  * Chat and email agents have to be migrated completely onto Finesse
  * CAD supervisors only to monitor CAD teams and so on for Finesse
  *   1 team = 1 type of agent desktop
There are some limitations too and they will be in the document which will be
published. However, if you can think about any scenario you would like to
discuss and get some feedback - please feel free to reach out to me. Or you can
put it out here in the forum, Ryan or myself can brainstorm with you.

No CUIC is included and is just the replacement for HRC.
The included version is essentially the same as HRC but web based. There is a

[cisco-voip] UCCX 9x Desktop Administrator Work Flow Configuration Reason Codes gone?

2015-01-19 Thread Jason Aarons (AM)
In UCCX 9x the 32-bit Desktop Administrator app is gone from Plug Ins.

This means Reason Codes should now be configured from the top right drop down
for Desktop Administrator ?

Figure 5 page 28 does not match the Web GUI. It shows the old 32-bit
application.
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_9_0/user/guide/cda90ccxug.pdf

What am I mis-understanding? Did a upgrade from 7.0.1SR5 x to 9.0.2 and the
Agents noticed all the Reason Codes are gone.

Re: [cisco-voip] FYI: UCCx v9.0 EOL announced...

2015-01-19 Thread Ryan LaFountain (rlafount)
Hi,

Just to be clear, the CUIC that comes with UCCX is the standard CUIC license.
You can’t upgrade the co-resident version of CUIC.

You can buy premium CUIC (or use the NFR kit) and install CUIC standalone on a
separate box in order to create custom report definitions (something you can’t
do with standard CUIC) and then export those definitions and install them on
the co-resident CUIC on UCCX.

HTH.

Hi Lelio,

The supported method is to integrate your standalone CUIC premium with the UCCX
datasource for the purposes of building your report definitions. Then, you must
export / import into UCCX and run them by logging in to the coresident UCCX
instance.

HTH.

I don't know about standalone, but from this matrix:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/unified/communications/system/versions/IPTMtrix.html
it looks like you need 9.0 for the mx200 and if it's a g2, then 10.5

That doesn't sound right, but unless that doc is way off or I'm not
understanding it.

Good luck with it

Anyone who have tested MX200 or MX300 as standalone? Can't see the option of

Hello

I have cisco router 2811 with 4 E1 ISDN PRI, configured with MGCP, can
monitor active calls the first E1 (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.0.0)
and second E1 (OID 1.3.6.1. 4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.0.1), but I could not find
what would be the OID to monitor the other E1. With the command show mgcp
endpoint I see that the first E1's are as S0/SU0/ds1-0 and S0/SU0/ds1-1
and the other as S0/SU1/ds1-0

They would know tell me what that OID ??

Nice – thanks for the heads up. I knew it was coming, I like the note below
from the EOL:

In addition to the SKUs listed in this notification, the same End of Software
Maintenance and End of Support milestones will apply to the Cisco Agent Desktop
(CAD), Cisco Supervisor Desktop (CSD) and Cisco Desktop Administrator (CDA)
features on CCX 10.0, 10.5 and 10.6.

2015-01-19 Thread Bernhard Albler
I would really be interested on how the migration is planned. While finesse
is great, a lot of CAD customers are using integrations using keystroke
macros or the local TCP socket option.
I hope Cisco is cooking up something to get at least some of this
functionality on Finesse out of the box.

cheers
bernhard

Yes. And CUIC is the way to go for reporting. In fact, if you have not
yet deployed a UCCX 10.5, then you may not know HRC already went away.

Thanks for everyone's help on this, especially the Cisco folk who are going
back to check for docs and publishing dates, etc.

Mike, this has been discussed previously, where is this documented? Per the
10.6 documentation, it is not supported for concurrent use.

Re: [cisco-voip] Active Call OID

Have you tried 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.1.0?

 Hello

I have cisco router 2811 with 4 E1 ISDN PRI, configured with MGCP, can

and second E1 (OID 1.3.6.1. 4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.0.1), but I could not
find what would be the OID to monitor the other E1. With the command show
mgcp endpoint I see that the first E1's are as “S0/SU0/ds1-0” and
“S0/SU0/ds1-1” and the other as “S0/SU1/ds1-0”

They would know tell me what that OID ??

 Thank’s
