Financial Systems Data Management lead, this position plans and directs the
Finance Data Management (FDM) group, with oversight for the strategic
direction of finance data governance as well as the tactical execution of
data quality management.  The scope of this function is global, including
all data flowing into and out of the Finance systems architecture.  Key to
the role is working with business and Finance leaders across operating
segments and geographies to increase the company’s capabilities in

*KEY DUTIES  RESPONSIBILITIES: *

Finance data governance activities, including the identification of Finance
data needs and the development/implementation of the Finance data strategy

Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and help resolve data
quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and
correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies

Develop the Data Analysts, in particular their ability to evaluate and
bring to closure to a wide range of data issues impacting Finance

Monthly close responsibilities of the group, ensuring that all deliverables
and protocols are successful completed on a timely and accurate basis

Develop and implement finance data controls, policies, standards, and
procedures, holding periodic review sessions with U.S. and non-U.S.
Controllership departments for new or changed policies

Prepare and deliver communications to multiple stakeholders related to the
implementation and execution of the Finance data strategy and data quality
metrics

Documentation and maintenance of finance reference data, and hold periodic
change control meetings to review changes to the finance reference data,
including the maintenance of finance reporting hierarchies, including U.S.
GAAP, U.S. Statutory, and other internal and external reporting hierarchies

Provide financial and technical expertise related to system implementations
affecting Finance systems

Advocate and promote Data Quality Awareness throughout the company

*REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING  EXPERIENCE: *

Total 10+ years of experience and 5 or more years’ experience in a Global
Insurance/Reinsurance company with a Finance/Actuarial or data
management/reporting background

Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting daily, weekly
and monthly deadlines

Working knowledge of the principles, procedures, and tools of data
management such as data dictionaries, data warehousing, data mining and
data standardization processes

B.A./B.S. (preferably in Computer Science, Business or Info Management)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary dynamic team environment

Strong knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance business data and related
Finance (US and European GAAP and Stat) reporting



*OTHER DESIRED SKILLS  CHARACTERISTICS:*

Candidates need to have Quality Center (AOM 11) to develop and design their
test beds in Web-based (SOAP UI) Agile environment.  Will work on
estimations involving iterative high-level user stories and implementation
stories documented for test.   Risk based testing.   The product they are
testing is a web-based product that works on many different platforms.
Work also includes feature base testing and regression base tests.

A technical term for the environment that candidates should be able to work
in is “Water Scrum.”  The reason for Water Scrumming (agile) is because the
QA lead candidate must not be so structured that they are not able to
provide a hot fixes to solve problems within the user experience.  An
example of flexibility from a candidate would be providing the Developers
and Architect, a Test Set touch instead of a complete regression cycle.
Client  does not want candidates who cannot think outside a structured
process.

Job Requirements:
Nice to have skills would experience with tablet and mobile testing.  iOS
version of product is coming.
QTP or Selenium experience would be another plus but not mandatory.  QTP
will most like win over Selenium when client goes Automated in the future.
Good communication skills are a must…will be working extensively with the

  Individual performs daily engineering functions, and work with different

growth of the  NSN IMS Core components such as CSCF, HSS, OneNDS, AAA in
the Lab.



Must have previous engineering or hands-on experience gained from working
with a production IMS Core. It will be the candidate's responsibility to
maintain a stable and secure IMS core environment for lab tests to take
place.



The IMS Engineer will be responsible for multiple time-constrained
projects, and may have responsibilities extending beyond the immediate IMS
core to cover lab projects related to 4G LTE call flows.



The candidate will provide Management and the lab team with project
statuses on an as needed basis.



The IMS Engineer will also need to audit the lab's IMS core components for
alarming, configuration inconsistencies and optimization.

ensure accuracy of usability test plan content and to ensure plan execution.

•·Reviews results of testing (Usability Test, Acceptance Test, Unit
Test, Performance and Regression Test, Systems Test) and defines business
volume metrics.

•·Included in CAB, as requested, to ensure deliverables approved
via Project Charter will be consumable by project team members.

•·Ensures other roles are properly engaged, such as the Marketing
Analyst, Analytics Analyst, and the Customer Experience Monitoring
representatives.

•·Provides PM status to be included in consolidated DC status and
appropriately informs the Digital PM and Digital Business Manager of
communications/meeting. activities. Escalates appropriate issues to PM, if
one is assigned to effort.

•·Works with a PM, or business sponsor if PM not assigned, when
Digital Standard exceptions need to be escalated.
