MD Products EPDM gaskets have lasted more than 12 years on either of my boats. At Lowes it is something like $16 for a big roll - at least 25 feet. The spline that house on the outside of the lens and holds it into the frame is available from any glass shop that repairs aluminum storm doors. The spline is about 50 cents a foot, Rick brass Sent from my iPad > On Jan 19, 2015, at 11:26, Dennis C. via CnC-List > wrote: > > Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot all have the "D" shape EPDM gasket material in > their weatherstripping area. Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot all have the "D" shape EPDM gasket material in their weatherstripping area. I think the brands are either Frost King or MD Products (#01025). Here's the Walmart link: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Md-Products-01025-23-64-inch-X-17-inch-Black-Marine-and-Automotive-EPDM/19869641 I use it on Touche's old aluminum frame ports. It works. Dennis C. I may very well be this Peter, http://www.mcmaster.com/#8605k44/=vj9rjl if you have the same Ports that I removed. I have a roll of this material in 3/8" but I checked my old ports and it seems to be 1/2" Of course you don't want a hundred feet, so you might want to see if South Shore has some, they are closer to you anyways.
