Stus-List info on C 37 for sale in NS, cnd

Jeff:

This boat is at the RNSYS.it's in the mooring field on B11 about 300 
feet from me..I'm on C15.


Don't know the owner.he appears to be young.I see him on board 
once in awhile but not often.the boat isn't used very much which 
maybe explains why it is for sale.  They had it out for a short sail 
yesterdayfull main and a 135%.


The boat looks to be fine condition when I pass it on the water..I 
could definitely be happy being its owner.

Rob,

Maybe they were testing everything is fine. My friend is supposed to go on a 
sea trial today or tomorrow. do you know if the boat has had a solid grounding 
before or other damage worth knowing about?

the 37 is for sure a désirable boat in my book.

Bruno:

As I said earlier, I don't know the owner or anything about the boat.  I 
don't think it has been at our club for many years.it showed up a 
few years back.sits on its mooring most of the Summerthey don't 
sail it much.I see a younger couple sitting in the cockpit quite 
ofter but they don't sail it much.


Sorry I can't be of more assistance.the boat sure does look to be in 
fine condition from my vantage point on the water.

Bruno:

This C 37 is at the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron in Halifax, 
N.S.It it moored approx. 300 feet from my boat.


Don't know the owner and have never boarded the boat but from what I can 
see and determine, this boat is in fine condition and well equipped.  
The boat has been lightly used for the past number of years.whoever 
owns it maintains it but doesn't sail it much. Might explain why it is 
for sale.


My opinion.nice boat for a reasonable price!
