Recipes For Today:
Dollywood Presents Tennessee Mountain Home Cooking:
Desserts
Fudge Pie
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
Melt chocolate and butter. Combine eggs, sugar and flour. Stir into  
chocolate. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

2 (10.5 ounce) cans French onion soup
6 potatoes, peeled, quartered

Cover and cook on low heat on top of stove for 3 to 4 hours, or until roast 
is  fork tender. Add potatoes after meat has cooked for 2 hours and 
continue cooking  until done.

garnish soup with corn chips.
Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.

[CnD] Jicama Help

Wize Market carries Jicama whole and I haven't had any since I visited
California in 1989. Now that I've brought it home, what in the world do I do
with it? I know I have to peel it, but any suggestions about how to do so or
how I will know when I'm finished peeling it?
