I ended up just putting the bbq sauce, garlic seasoning and lemon pepper on my porkchops and wow yummy. You can dip your pork chops in bread crumbs. I like too dip them in either bread crumbs or rowl out cracker crumbs. Idip the pork chops in either the bread crumbs or cracker crumbs than the egg than the crumbsl. I either bake them or fry them.
