I haven't always been a strong advocate of Second Amendment rights. I
have always been raised around guns, but as far as the importance of
the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms goes I am somewhat of a
recent convert.

I grew up on a hundred-acre farm with 70 acres of timber and only 30
tillable. We always had guns on the farm. We hunted on the timberland
and so did a lot of our friends from town. I got my first shotgun when
I was a young boy, but it wasn't until I saw the information I am
about to share with you that I became convinced of the importance of
the Second Amendment.

The Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership group chronicles
the relationship between gun restriction, confiscation and the
genocide that has taken place around the world. Here is the record. It
speaks for itself.

*The Soviet Union established gun control in 1929. From 1929 to 1953,
20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were
rounded up and exterminated.

*Turkey established gun control in 1911. From 1915 to 1917 1.5 million
Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.

*China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1976 20 million
Anti-Communists, Christians, political dissidents and pro-reform
groups, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

*Germany established gun control in 1938. From 1939 to 1945 13 million
Jews, Gypsies, mentally ill people and other "mongrelized peoples,"
unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

*Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981 100,000
Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.

*Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979 300,000
Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.

*Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977 1 million
"educated people," unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
executed.

If you add up the numbers, that amounts to more than 55 million
innocent people who have been slaughtered by their own governments.
The first step was always the same--rendering citizens defenseless by
restricting or confiscating their firearms.

Freedom-loving people are at far more risk from their own government
than from all the criminals in the world combined! An armed man/woman
has a chance to defend himself/herself against any would-be gangster
or criminal. An unarmed man/woman has no chance at all against
anybody, especially an oppressive, tyrannical government.

An armed citizenry is the only force that insures freedom. It isn't
the militias that can insure freedom. It is simply the fact that if
nearly every home owner is also a gun owner there isn't an army in the
world big or strong enough to take the freedom of an armed populace
like that, and tyrants know it.

Listen to Adolf Hitler: "The most foolish mistake we could possibly
make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History
shows that all conquerors who have allowed the subject races to carry
arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go
so far as to say that the supply of arms to the underdogs is a sine
qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty." (Adolf Hitler H.R.
Trevor-Roper, Hitler's Table Talks 1941-1944 London: Widenfeld and
Nicolson, 1953, p. 425-426)

Even Mahatma Gandhi agreed that an armed citizenry is of extreme
importance. "Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India,
history will look upon the act of depriving a whole nation of arms, as
the blackest." (Mahatma Gandhi, "Gandhi, An Autobiography", M. K.
Gandhi, page 446)

The purpose of owning a gun is not to be a part of a militia, wear
camouflage, and play soldier. The hope is that as long as we enjoy an
armed citizenry we will never have to use those guns for anything
other than sport. I would rather own guns and never need them than to
not own one and wish I had.

Look what Jesus himself said: "When a strong man armed keepeth his
palace, his goods are in peace." (Jesus Christ, Luke 11:21-22 King
James Version) He also said if his disciples didn't own a sword they
better sell their clothes and go buy one. (Luke 22:36)

Ever worry that the earth will someday soon become so overpopulated
that people will start to fall off? Me either, but liberals do it
seems.

THE BIG LIE

To hear the them tell it overpopulation is the biggest problem the
human race faces today.  Listen to them in their own words:

"Overpopulation is the root cause of all environmental deterioration.
Global warming, the ozone hole(s!), rain forest destruction,
desertification, the 'greenhouse effect,' and all kinds of pollution,
weather breakdown, and natural disasters are only  symptoms of this
already deadly monster."

"Water shortages, famine, mental breakdown, energy shortages,
unemployment, crime and violence, not to mention the collapse of
health care, global epidemics, homelessness, wars, new diseases, etc.,
are all part of this causal relationship."

"The human population will double and triple very rapidly unless the
uncontrolled procreation of children is stopped now. Undeniably, all
social, political, economic, natural, environmental, climatic and
ecological problems on Earth can be traced back to the population
explosion, respectively human overpopulation."

"Dr. Jacqueline Kasun, professor of economics at Humboldt State
University in California, observes in her 1988 book 'The War Against
Population,' 'Resources, far from being limited, are abounding. No
more than 1 to 3 percent of the earth's ice-free land area is occupied
by human beings, less than one-ninth is used for agricultural
purposes. Eight times, and perhaps as much as twenty-two times, the
world's present population could support itself at  the present
standard of living, using present technology; and this leaves half the
earth's land surface open to wildlife and conservation areas.'"

Exposing the Overpopulation MYTH

"In Ralph Epperson's book 'The Unseen Hand,' he stated that the world
had approximately 4 billion people (now closer to five). If you took
the population of the world, split it up into families of four and
gave them each a piece of land 50' x 53', the entire population of
the planet would fit neatly into the state of Oregon.

"In Mary Pride's book 'The Way Home,' she calculated that you could
give every person in the world 2,000 square feet (which is larger than
most homes) and everyone would fit into the state of Texas."

"Let's take this one step further: Imagine yourself standing up in the
middle of a circle about five feet in diameter. If the entire planet's
population, stood in identical circles, they would ALL fit in the City
of Jacksonville, Florida."

"There are approximately 52.2 million square miles of land in the
world, not including Antartica. In 1997, the world's populations
totals were listed as 5.9 billion. By allowing 3.5 square feet per
person,  all the people in the world could be brought together in the
city of Jacksonville, Florida. While everyone would be cramped in
Jacksonville it would be possible to allot each individual person 1,
000 square feet (4,000 square feet of living space for a family of 4)
and still fit the entire world's population in the state of Nebraska,
Kansas, and South Dakota, leaving the rest of the United States, plus
Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and
the Australian South Pacific areas completely uninhabited by man."

The Myth of Planetary Overpopulation

Again, Dr. Jacqueline Kasun says, " The lower limit of 8 times the
current population (about 44 billion) has been considered as being
perfectly workable. Better yields and/or the use of a larger share of
the land area would support over 40 billion persons."

"Former Harvard Center for Population Studies Director Roger Revelle
estimated that the agricultural resources of the world were capable of
providing an adequate diet (2,500 kilocalories per day) for 40 billion
people, and that it would require the use of less than 25% of the
Earth's ice-free land area. Revelle estimated that the less-developed
continents were capable of feeding 18 billion people, and that Africa
alone was capable of feeding 10 billion people, or twice the current
world population, and

that the Lord may behold us as a People offering Praise and thereby
glorifying Him; the Council doth commend it to the Respective
Ministers, Elders and people of this Jurisdiction; Solemnly and
seriously to keep the same Beseeching that being persuaded by the

superintending providence of Almighty God; to acknowledge with tbeir
gratitude their obligation to him for benefits received, and to
implore such farther blessings as they stand in need of; and it having
pleased him in his abundant mercy not only to continue to us the
innumerable bounties of his common providence but also smile upon us
in the prosecution of a just and necessary war, for the defence and
establishment of our unalianable rights and liberties; particularly in
that he hath been pleased in so great a measure to prosper the means
used for the support of our troops and to crown our arms with most
signal success: It is therefore recommended to the legislative or
executive powers of these United States, to set apart Thursday, the
18th day of December next, for solemn thanksgiving and praise;

'' that with one heart and one voice the good people may express the
grateful feelings of their hearts, and consecrate themselves to the
service of their divine benefactor"; and that together with their
sincere acknowledgments and offerings, they may join the penitent

apart a day for thanksgiving, for the signal success, lately obtained

recommendation to the several states; to set apart a day of public
thanksgiving, brought in a report; which was taken into considera ion,

humbly to implore His protection and favor; and Whereas both Houses of
Congress have, by their joint committee, requested me to "recommend to
the people of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and
prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many
and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an
opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their
safety and happiness:"

Now, therefore, I do recommend and assign Thursday, the 26th day of
November next, to be devoted by the people of these States to the
service of that great and glorious Being who is the beneficent author
of all the good that was, that is, or that will be; that we may then
all unite in rendering unto Him our sincere and humble thanks for His
kind care and protection of the people of this country previous to
their becoming a nation; for the signal and manifold mercies and the
favorable interpositions of His providence in the course and
conclusion of the late war; for the great degree of tranquility,

NOTE:

Shortly after the Thanksgiving Proclamation was written, it was lost
for 130 years. The original document was written in long hand by
William Jackson, secretary to the President, and was then signed by
George Washington. It was probably misplaced or mixed in with some
private papers when the US capitol moved from New York to Washington,
D.C. The original manuscript was not placed in the National Archives
until 1921 when Dr. J. C. Fitzpatrick, assistant chief of the
manuscripts division of the Library of Congress found the proclamation
at an auction sale being held at an art gallery in New York. Dr
Fitzpatrick purchased the document for $300.00 for the Library of
Congress, in which it now resides. It was the first official
presidential proclamation issued in the United States.

Stop the Abomination! The total sellout to the UN and abortion lobbies

Key Development: The Clinton Administration and the House Republican
leadership have sketched out a complete cave-in to the UN/abortion lobbies
on the Fiscal 2000 Foreign Operations Appropriations bill, H.R. 3196. This
compromise will be voted upon this week in the House and Senate before
Congress goes out of session for the holidays.

representative and senators expressing your outrage and horror at the
cave-in to the abortion and United Nations lobbies! Tell your congressmen

Basic Facts: (1) The "compromise" deal on H.R. 3196 would pay all of the
$926 million in alleged "back dues" to the United Nations without
restricting the global body's support of China's forced abortion and
infanticide policies. Remember, the United Nations has called for total
confiscation of civilian-owned firearms, global taxation without
representation, a world central bank, world financial controls with a
redistributive mechanism, an unlimited ability to intervene in a nation's
internal affairs, and installation of a global criminal court without the
habeas corpus guarantee and other rights Americans are accustomed to in our
courts. And those are just proposals from this year!

(2) Not only would the bill renew all of the $385 million of the U.S.
foreign aid program devoted to family planning last year, but it would also
give President Clinton, for the first time, the option to waive the 1984
Mexico City regulations banning the funding of abortions and abortion
providers (in exchange for a mere 3 percent cut in the family planning
allotment). Under provisions of the Republican-led compromise, Americans
could be financing elective abortions abroad with this marginally reduced
family planning kitty of $372 million. Three percent is not worth the life
of one innocent life!

  After reviewing the report and discussing its overall
  mood and tenor with associates, I have come to the
  conclusion that it is a poorly written, subjective,
  provoking propaganda tool. It draws on rumors, fears,
  and stereotypical image casting.  In short, it is the
  same old ploy used for thousands of years.

  What the report did accomplish is to give great
  credence to the method of deception being employed by
  the regime in Washington.  It is more evidence of the
  central government's effort to sow the seeds of division
  and conflict.  For many years now the FBI and CIA have
  engaged in the menacing practice of provocateur activities,
  pitting one side against the other.   Add to that the constant
  effort to create a "public consent" that will justify the
  "extreme measures" used against target groups and
  one comes to the conclusion that only the mentally
  challenged will react to the report with undue fear.  We who
  see AND PREDICT such psychological tactics have the
  opportunity of adapting to them.  The FBI has given us
  greater insight into it's short-range and long-range plans.
  The cordial "sit downs" that the FBI has staged with militia
  groups over the past few years, coupled with the "can't we
  all just get along" attitude of moderate militia and patriot
  leaders, has nearly lulled us into a state of fatal complacency.
  DON'T BE FOOLED.  The tyrant will see any congeniality,
  computation, or compromise as a sign of weakness.

THE MILITIA

Most Americans who are in the Militia don't even know it.  However, the
laws of the states
and of the union are often quite specific in defining the word "militia."
For example:

United Sates Code, Title 10, Chapter 13-The Militia, Section 311 "Militia:
composition and
classes-(a)The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied
males at least 17
years of age and except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45
years of age who
are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the
United States
and of female citizens of the United States who are commissioned officers
of the National
Guard. (b) The classes of the militia are- (1) the organized militia, which
consists of the
National Guard and the Naval Militia; and (2) the unorganized militia,
which consists of the
members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the
Naval Militia."

Note that the section quoted above does not say that people can "join" the
Militia--it
simply states that the people defined in the section are IN the Militia!

Definitions of the Militia may also be found in various state constitutions
and statutes.
Reference will need to be made to the constitution and statutes of your
particular state in
order to determine your status regarding the Militia. Remember...you may
already be in the
Militia, and not even know it!

The Constitution for the united States of America is the Supreme Law of the
land.  It
recognizes the Militia as an already existing force outside the control of
the federal
government but allows for the Congress to call forth the Militia for only
three very
specific occurrences.  The Militia cannot be called up to perform any other
acts outside of
the three specifically stated in the Constitution. The Militia cannot be
called upon to do
anything un-Constitutional, illegal, or unlawful.  Indeed, Militia
commanders must refuse
any un-Constitutional, illegal, or unlawful order.  The Constitution for
the united States
of America states in Article 1, Section 8:

"To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union,
suppress
Insurrections and repel Invasions; to provide for organizing, arming, and
disciplining the
Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the
Service of the United
States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the
Officers, and the
Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by
Congress"

The Preamble of the Bill of Rights and Article 2 are of particular note:

"Preamble - The conventions of a number of the States having at the time of
their adopting
the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction
or abuse of its
powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added;
And as extending
the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the
beneficent ends of
its institution."

"Article II - A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of
a free State, the
right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The active clause in the second Article in amendment is "the right of the
people to keep and
bear Arms, shall not be infringed."  "A well regulated Militia, being
necessary to the
security of a free State," is the descriptive clause.  The meaning is
clear.  Honest study
of the Constitution for the united States of America, laws of the Union,
constitutions of
the several States, state statutes, and writings of the Founders of our
Republic reveals
clearly that the Militia is a "citizens army" made up of the "whole of the
people," for the
purpose of guarding against "betrayal by their representatives," to "afford
complete
security against the invasions of public liberty by the national
authority," and if either
occurs it is their right, their duty, "to throw off such government, and to
provide new
guards for their future security."

A militiaman is simply any citizen in his capacity as a defender of the
community, who is
obliged to do so within his or her ability.  Militiahood is a role which
citizens may play
as the situation requires.  It is not a permanent condition. But just as
each citizen has a
duty to defend the community, he also has the duty to prepare himself to
play that role
effectively, and to join with others in his community to train and to
function as organized
forces, and the elected officials of his community have the duty to
facilitate that
organization and training.  If those officials fail in their duty the
Militiaman must carry
on without their participation.

What follows are selections from the constitutions of the several States
pertaining to the
maintenance and defense of freedom.

  Body Found May Be Southwest Suspect

  DENVER (AP) — Navajo hunters found a decomposing body in the Utah desert that
  is believed to be one of two survivalists being sought in the killing of
a police officer
  last year, authorities said Monday.

  The killing of the officer in Cortez had prompted a major manhunt across
the Four
  Corners area in 1998.

  The body was dressed in military clothing, had a bulletproof vest, a
Kevlar helmet
  and two pipe bombs, said Russell Johnson, assistant chief of the Cortez
police
  department.

  ``We definitely believe it's one of our suspects,'' Johnson said.

  Johnson said a group of hunters found the body Sunday night in southeast Utah
  near Cross Canyon. Johnson said the body was well hidden and had been there
  long time, ``say since this thing probably started.''

  Authorities were trying to confirm the identity of the body and determine
the cause
  of death. A positive identification from dental records could take three
days or
  more.

  FBI agents were being sent to help with the investigation.

  ``The clothing and items lead us to believe it was one of the suspects
involved in
  the murder of the officer in Cortez, Colorado,'' FBI spokeswoman Jane
Quimby.

  Two survivalists, Alan Lamont Pilon and Jason Wayne McVean, were wanted
in the
  May 29, 1998, killing of Cortez police officer Dale Claxton. A third
fugitive, Robert
  Mason was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot days later about 55
miles away
  near Bluff, Utah after he wounded a deputy.

  ``We were looking for two (suspects),'' Johnson said. ``Now we believe we're
  only looking for one and that helps. We believe we've gotten two of the
three. We
  need a third one to put a closure to this.''

  The three men were suspected of shooting Claxton during a routine traffic
stop on
  a bridge southeast of Cortez. Three men driving a stolen water truck
opened fire
  with automatic weapons, hitting Claxton and his cruiser 26 times before
he could
  even unbuckle his seat belt. In the ensuing chase and shootout, two Montezuma
  County sheriff's deputies were wounded.

  Pilon and McVean disappeared into the Utah desert across the state line from
  Cortez.

  At the height of the nine-day search, more than 500 searchers from 51
agencies
  joined the effort, including the FBI, police and sheriff's deputies on
horseback and in
  helicopters.

  ``There's no doubt in my mind he's one of the two,'' San Juan County Sheriff
  Mike Lacy told KSL Radio on Monday.

  Initial searches of the suspects' homes turned up literature protesting
tactics used
  by the Internal Revenue Service. Police also found maps with circles,
indicating
  caves along Montezuma Creek, places to hide out and stash food. Police
learned
  the suspects had been going into the area for two or three years, with only
  enough food for a week.

THE CHRISTIAN AT WAR

I am a Christian who has spent the last twelve years working as a
missionary in the war zones of Southern Africa. I have ministered to
soldiers,guerrillas and terrorists on all sides of the wars in Angola, South
West Africa/Nambia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and South Africa. I have
witnessed the persecution of the church by Marxist regimes, atrocities by
terrorists and I have see the results of war, counseling both the victims
and the combatants.

As a theological student, I tackled the controversial subject of war and
the Christian - from both sides. I have been both a convinced pacifist and
an active soldier. I have also sought, as a missionary, to apply the
teachings of the Bible to the realities around me. I have walked amongst
the unburied corpses of the killing fields of Mozambique and I've cradled
in my hands the dead and dying. I've walked through devastated towns in
Angola, where not a living being remained - only wrecked houses,
decomposing corpses and revolutionary slogans.

As a missionary, I've ridden through an ambush on my motorbike scrambler,
preached under mortar fire, witnessed at ambush sites, shown Christian
films to terrorists, been arrested and imprisoned, been led handcuffed and
blindfolded through the streets of Livingstone and Luska, escorted to
prison in Maputo in a Soviet Mi 8 Hip helicopter and come under fire on
many occasions.

Most of all, as a Bible reading, Bible-believing Christian I have spent
days, nights, weeks, months and years agonizing, praying and studying over
this subject of War and the Christian.

What is the Christian response to war?

Should a Christian be involved in the active military defense of his
country?

Is it ever permissible to take the life of another?

Is pacifism the answer to violence?

THE CHANGING FACE OF WARFARE


There was a time in warfare when the men at arms fought the opposing army
on a pre-arranged battlefield. Conflicts between nations were settled by
soldiers on the field of battle - and civilians, especially women and
children, were kept out of the firing line.

For centuries a code of honor precluded the endangering of innocent lives.
Soldiers fought openly - in uniform - against armed and uniformed foes.
Non-combatants were respected. Women and children were protected.

At times conflicts were limited to two opposing champions - such as David
and Goliath - deciding the fate of their nations in honourable hand to hand
combat. Their respective armies were bound to respect the outcome of such
duels. In the Middle Ages in Europe such practices became commonplace with
knights fighting for their cause and country according to a set code of
conduct.

In modern times, however, warfare has deteriorated dramatically. More and
more civilians have been caught in the crossfire as mobile total warfare
has devastated whole towns and villages.

This century began with scorched earth tactics and concentration camps
during the Anglo-Boer war. The frustrated British army resorted to burning
down the Boer farm homes, the destruction of their crops and the detaining
of the Boer women and children in concentration camps. This marked a new
low in battlefield standards. Unable to win by conventional warfare the
British Empire resorted to what was in effect terrorism. They targeted the
civilian homes and the women and children who, until then, had been
respected and protected.

During the Second World War, whole cities were targeted for mass bombings.
A thousand bomber aircraft would fill the skies and rain death and
destruction upon the cities of Europe. Instead of targeting legitimate
military targets at he front, these aircraft were used to massacre hundreds
of thousands of women and children at home.

Since that terrible war, the face of battle has changed. Now civilians are
no longer isolated from the cruel effects of war. No longer are civilians
merely endangered by the crossfire of conflict. Now women and children seem
to be the main targets of the enemy.

Those who place landmines in dirt roads know that they have more chance of
killing unarmed civilians than anyone else. By placing bombs in restaurants
and shopping centers terrorists are targeting our wives and our children.
Those cowards who throw petrol bombs or handgrenades into homes at night
are wanting to murder the innocent. And now we even see terrorists bursting
into church services and murdering Christians while they worship God. Such
people are not only enemies of society, they are enemies of God.

To such people God's Word declares:

"Surely God will crush the heads of His enemies, the skulls of those who go
in their sins." Psalm 68:21

To us the Bible commands:

"Do not be afraid...remember the Lord who is great and awesome, and fight
for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your
homes."Nehemiah 4:14

refused to volunteer.
Anything else would be unfair.
I wish to remain alive, however I would like to volunteer my services in
helping the Population Control Advocates on the way out the eternal door.

Council but for which troop contributors have been hesitant to contribute….
Without the need to consult national authorities, the UN could cut response

noted, 'It is high time that this idea - a United nations Volunteer Force -
was made a reality.'"1

Towards a Rapid Reaction Capability for the UN

"Governments are understandably reluctant to commit troops rapidly for UN
action, particularly in civil wars and internal conflicts…."2

In the near future, could the United Nations actually place its own police
force in our communities to quell local conflicts? Worse yet, would it have
authority to deal with the mere risk of such a conflict? Would this
intrusive militia bypass U.S. authorities in order to fulfill any UN
Security Council command?

The answer to all three questions is an alarming "Yes." Consider the
evidence:

1. In 1998, the Clinton administration quietly gave the UN $200,000 as seed
money to establish the a UN military operation called the Rapidly
Deployable Mission Headquarters. A UN Secretariat official who prefers to
remain anonymous explained the need for such "backdoor support." It was
"because of the political sensitivity over creating an army under UN
command and political authority." 3

According to George Archibald, who reported this incident in his Washington
Times article, "White House backs standby U.N. army," the UN official
indicated that Canada and the Netherlands are primary backers of this UN
force. That’s true, but the USA has been actively pursuing this goal
together with Canada.

2. In 1995, a detailed report titled Towards A Rapid Reaction Capability
for the United Nations was prepared by an International Consultative Group
co-chaired by Sir Brian Urquhart of the Ford Foundation and Dr. John C.
Polanyi, Nobel Laureate of the University of Toronto. This Group consisted
of "experts drawn from governments, academic institutions and
non-governmental organizations" and included U.S. leaders such as Dr.
Jessica Mathews, Senior Fellow, Council on Foreign Relations. Published by
the Canadian government, it called for UN management of satellite
surveillance, information systems, databanks, and every other technological
tool for managing people. It concluded that -

"As long sovereign states retain the right to decide on the deployment of
their national units, there will never be complete assurance that a UN
force can meet an urgent situation on time . . . ." 4

"Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence systems (C41)
would incorporate the full range of strategic and tactical communications
networks, together with data processing capabilities and real-time
information transfer….

"… A number of UN Member States are bound to be wary of systems and
equipment designed for advance surveillance, intrusion detection, early
warning and enhanced analytical capabilities, even if similar systems are
already part of the national inventories of neighbors or adversaries. Some
of these systems… might be considered too "intrusive" for use by an
inter-governmental organizations. Even if these political hurdles can be
overcome, acquisitions of these capabilities face enormous financial
obstacles . . . .

"A prudent, long-terms approach… would focus initially on the acquisition
of advanced communication/information management systems for UN
headquarters and the field. These would be "secure" systems which could
readily be linked electronically to a variety of national systems provided
to the UN under memoranda of understanding. The UN could then build upon
this base…. "5

3. What if this plan conflicts with U.S. laws, American values, and our
national sovereignty? It doesn’t matter, according to Sir Brian Urquhart
and Erstine Childers. Political obstacles may slow, but not block, the move
toward an international police force under UN Command. Their 1993 statement
was quoted in the above report, Towards A Rapid Reaction Capability for the
United Nations:

"The fact that the theoretically best solution is not at present
politically feasible does not mean that the system must simply muddle on
indefinitely in its present condition. A great deal can be achieved without
constitutional change, by changes in such salient features as geography,
legal mandates and behavior."6

Does that statement sound familiar? A mere Constitutional objection cannot
stop these visionaries. Nor can national laws or public opinion. After all,
laws can be reinterpreted and public opinion manipulated. As long as the
mainstream media can win either the

What authority has the Christian freeman to keep and bear arms ?

The Lord Jesus Christ gave very clear instruction to His disciples in the
upper room after the Last Supper. They were to be sent on a mission, and
were to take with them certain things - moneybag, knapsack, and sword.

The Command of Christ

And He said to them, "When I sent you without money bag, knapsack, and
sandals, did you lack anything?" So they said, "Nothing." Then He said to
them, "But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a
knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one.
For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in
Me: 'And He was numbered with the transgressors.' For the things concerning
Me have an end." So they said, "Lord, look, here are two swords." And He
said to them, "It is enough." -Luke 22:35-38

There are some among those who profess Christianity that advocate the
disarmament of all but the police and military. They will not be swayed by
the fact that the Constitution of the United States of America regards the
right to keep and bear arms as a pre-existent prerogative of a free people.
So be it. But then, how do they interpret our Lord's charge to buy a sword?

Most commentators take Christ at His word concerning the inoffensive
provisions:

That the situation in which Christ's apostles would find themselves after
his departure would indeed be different from what it was before follows
also from the words found in the highpriestly prayer (John 17: 11-13). From
now on these men will have to take the initiative. They will need to
cultivate courage to a degree not expected of them before. Making provision
for missionary travels, such as taking along a purse and a traveling bag,
will now be necessary. THE NEW TESTAMENT COMMENTARY; by William Hendriksen

When it comes to the sword, however, many commentators refuse to accept the
words of Christ in the same sense.

Jesus's words on acquiring a sword (v. 36) should not be taken literally;
they are a sign of the conflict and opposition which the disciples will
face. Evangelical Commentary on the Bible, Elwell; 1989 Baker

These instructions are most certainly not to be taken literally, as the
disciples at that time seemed to take them. The Layman's Bible Commentary

Some popular objections are :

The reference is to a knife (butcher, carving). The sword is real, but the
command is given only that a prophecy might be fulfilled. The sword is not
literal, but figurative. Jesus was non-violent; Christian = pacifist.

A Butcher Knife ?

Some insist that the two swords produced by the disciples in the upper room
were not swords at all, but rather knives. This argument declares that
these were two specific knives to be used in the preparation of the
Passover lamb - one to slit the lamb's throat, and the other to carve the
roasted lamb. Before this time the needs of the disciples had been supplied
by others. Their hosts would do the cutting and carving of the meat. Now
they will have to do this themselves. This argument ignors the fact that
the Passover lamb was but a foreshadow of Christ's Sacrifice, and that the
shadow passes away when the reality has come.

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so
Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many... For the law, having a
shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things,
can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by
year, make those who approach perfect... Previously saying, "Sacrifice and
offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor
had pleasure in them" (which are offered according to the law), then He
said, "Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God." He takes away the first
that He may establish the second. By that will we have been sanctified
through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. -Hebrews
9:27-10:10

Christ was not commanding His disciples to sell their garment to buy a
butcher knife. The Greek word used here is commonly used to describe the
short sword, the standard close combat weapon of the era.

From STRONG'S EXHAUSTIVE CONCORDANCE OF THE BIBLE -

Greek 3162. machaira makh'-ahee-rah; prob. fem. of a presumed der. of Grk
3163; a knife, i.e. dirk; fig. war, judicial punishment:-sword. Greek 3163.
mache makh'-ay; from Grk 3164; a battle, i.e. (fig.) controversy:-fighting,
strive, striving.

If the knapsack and moneybag are to be taken literally, should not the
sword be treated the same? Certainly, the disciples would need courage to
face the events of the next 24 hours, but the admonition to sell one's
cloak in order to buy a sword had to do with trials to be faced beyond the
immediate future. Would the disciples need a moneybag and knapsack at
Gethsemane? At the praetorium?

SHOWDOWN: FURIOUS RENO ORDERS FBI EVIDENCE SEIZED!

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Federal marshals were dispatched Wednesday to the FBI's
headquarters to impound previously undisclosed evidence in the 1993 assault
by federal agents on the Branch Davidian compound, Justice and FBI officials
said Wednesday night.

The marshals took custody of infrared tapes recorded during the early
morning
of April 19 when incendiary tear gas canisters were lobbed at a concrete
bunker adjacent to the Davidians' compound near Waco, Texas, an FBI source
said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Hours later, the wooden compound erupted into flames. Cult leader David
Koresh and some 80 followers died during the inferno.

Justice Department officials dispatched the marshals to the FBI building
less
than a block away after the FBI informed them it had uncovered in its files
additional information about the tear gas.

Department sources said Attorney General Janet Reno and her top aides were
angered at the latest turn of events. Just a week ago, the FBI was forced to
recant six years of denials that it had used incendiary tear gas during the
final hours of the 51-day siege.

That belated admission prompted a furor on Capitol Hill, where congressional
Republicans are readying hearings for the fall. A frustrated Reno also
ordered an investigation to determine why combustible tear gas was used
against her orders.

The FBI source said the new material, found in the offices of the FBI's
Hostage Rescue Team in Quantico, Va., was turned up as part of FBI Director
Louis Freeh's mandate that all files be searched for relevant information in
advance of the investigation.

The Hostage Rescue Team was in charge of the FBI's operation during the
siege
and the final tear-gas assault.

After the evidence was found, it was transferred to FBI headquarters in
Washington, where the marshals took possession.

``Earlier this afternoon, senior main Justice Department officials learned
from the FBI that the FBI had found additional materials in its possession
regarding the shooting of military CS gas rounds on the morning of April
19,'' said Justice spokesman Myron Marlin.

The Justice officials ``immediately directed the United States Marshals
Service to take possession and inventory the materials,'' Marlin added.

The FBI concurred, said bureau spokesman John Collingwood.

``We are anxious to identify and preserve for outside review and
congressional oversight anything that may bear on the firing of the military
gas rounds,'' Collingwood said. ``In the end, the only way we can completely
restore our credibility is to identify every scrap of information we have
and
immediately turn it over to whomever is doing the review.''

It appeared increasingly likely Wednesday that Reno will order an
independent
inquiry, sidestepping the investigative resources of the FBI.

Joining a chorus of voices on and off Capitol Hill, the White House has made
clear its preference for an independent investigation, a White House
official
said Wednesday.

``We would support a thorough and independent look at this,'' said the
official, who asked not to be identified.

Freeh, who wants to head off any perception of conflict of interest, earlier
this week indicated support for an inquiry free of involvement from the FBI
or the Justice Department.

Reno, who is out of the country on official business through Thursday, has
not reached a final decision, Marlin said.

Justice sources, however, described Reno as leaning strongly in favor of an
independent investigation and forgoing the use of a team of 40 FBI agents
that had been assembled to re-interview all of the participants in the FBI
operation.

The government's conclusion that the 1993 fire was set by Davidian cult
members has long been doubted by conspiracy theorists and others who allege
the government engaged in a widespread cover-up.

The FBI and Reno have said there is no evidence to suggest the blaze was set
by the incendiary tear gas canisters. After insisting that only
non-flammable
devices were used, the FBI said last week that a ``very limited number'' of
combustible canisters were lobbed at a concrete bunker 40 yards from the
compound a few hours before the fire erupted.

The House Judiciary Committee is drafting legislation to establish a
congressional commission to investigate the matter -- a step that in
Chairman
Henry Hyde's view could avoid the partisanship exhibited during earlier Waco
hearings.

Obviously there were no kings or official armies at this time, these were
his own personal weapons.

Genesis 34:25
25. And it came to pass on the third day, when they were sore, that two of
the sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, Dinah's brethren, took each man his
sword, and came upon the city boldly, and slew all the males.

Genesis 34:25 MILITIA, MASS DESTRUCTION
2 armed men slaughtered all the males of an entire city (even though they
were sore from being circumcised), this is analogous to "assault weapons,"
capable of killing large numbers of people. They _did_ have similarly
potent weapons back them. Both weapons require skill to use, guns require
reloading, aiming, cleaning, etc. They succeeded because they were
unopposed (?) and no one else was armed (?) or at least in a condition to
fight (?). Then again, if my life was threatened and I was sore, I'd put up
a pretty good fight, sore or not.

Deadly weapons of mass destruction, worse than machine guns, because they
never ran out of bullets. They killed all the men in the city, and
presumable at least some of them were armed.

God's people must utilize God's provisions--for self defense and safety, or

organized military force, each individual brought weapons. Where they
obtained them? I don't know, maybe borrowed them from the Egyptians. These
were weapons they later used in warfare, good example of militia: using
personal weapons as part of national defense.

3 The LORD [is] a man of war: the LORD [is] his name.

9 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil;
my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall

What Does the Bible Say About Gun Control?

The underlying argument for gun control seems to be that the availability
of guns causes crime. By extension, the availability of any weapon would
have to be viewed as a cause of crime. What does the Bible say about such a
view?

Perhaps we should start at the beginning, or at least very close to the
beginning -- in Genesis 4. In this chapter we read about the first murder.
Cain had offered an unacceptable sacrifice, and Cain was upset that God
insisted that he do the right thing. In other words, Cain was peeved that
he could not do his own thing.

Cain decided to kill his brother rather than get right with God. There were
no guns available, although there may well have been a knife. Whether it
was a knife or a rock, the Bible does not say. The point is, the evil in
Cain's heart was the cause of the murder, not the availability of the
murder weapon.

God's response was not to ban rocks or knives, or whatever, but to banish
the murderer. Later (see Genesis 9:5-6) God instituted capital punishment,
but said not a word about banning weapons.

Did Christ Teach Pacifism?

Many people, Christians included, assume that Christ taught pacifism. They
cite Matthew 5:38-39 for their proof. In this verse Christ said: "You have
heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.' But I
tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right
cheek, turn the other to him also."

The Sermon on the Mount from which this passage is taken deals with
righteous personal conduct. In our passage, Christ is clearing up a
confusion that had led people to think that conduct proper for the civil
government -- that is, taking vengeance -- was also proper for an
individual.

Even the choice of words used by Christ indicates that He was addressing a
confusion, or a distortion, that was commonplace. Several times in the rest
of the Sermon on the Mount Christ used this same "you have heard it said"
figure of speech to straighten out misunderstandings or falsehoods being
taught by the religious leaders of the times.

Contrast this to Christ's use of the phrase "it is written" when He was
appealing to the Scriptures for authority (for example, see Matthew 4 where
on three occasions during His temptation by the devil. Christ answered each
one of the devil's lies or misquotes from Scripture with the words: "it is
written").

To further underscore the point that Christ was correcting the religious
leaders on their teaching that "an eye for an eye" applies to private
revenge, consider that in the same Sermon. Christ strongly condemned false
teaching: "Whoever therefore breaks one of the commandments, and teaches
men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven..." (Matthew 5:19).
Clearly, then, Christ was not teaching something different about self
defense than is taught elsewhere in the Bible. Otherwise, He would be
contradicting Himself for He would now be teaching men to break one of the
commandments.

The Bible distinguishes clearly between the duties of the civil magistrate
(the government) and the duties of an individual. Namely, God has delegated
to the civil magistrate the administration of justice. Individuals have the
responsibility of protecting their lives from attackers. Christ was
referring to this distinction in the Matthew 5 passage. Let us now examine
in some detail what the Scriptures say about the roles of government and of
individuals.

Both the Old and New Testaments teach individual self defense, even if it
means taking the assailant's life in certain circumstances.

Self Defense in the Old Testament

Exodus 22:2-3 tells us "If the thief is found breaking in, and he is struck
so that he dies, there shall be no guilt for his bloodshed. If the sun has
risen on him, there shall be guilt for his bloodshed. He should make full
restitution if he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft."

One conclusion which can be drawn from this is that a threat to our life is
to be met with lethal force. During the day, presumably because we can
recognize and later apprehend the thief if he escapes, we are not to kill
him in non life-threatening circumstances.

In Proverbs 25:26 we read that "A righteous man who falters before the
wicked is like a murky spring and a polluted well." Certainly, we would be
faltering before the wicked if we chose to be unarmed and unable to resist
an assailant who might be threatening our life.

Trusting God

Another question asked by Christians is "Doesn't having a gun imply a lack
of trust that God will take care of us?"

Indeed, God will take care of us. He has also told us that if we love Him,
we will keep His commandments. (John 14:15)

Those who trust God work for a living, knowing that 1 Timothy 5:8 tells us
"But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of
his household, he has denied the

Nope, just fun watching the limitless creativity of the followers of
mythology/superstition, that's all.

I agree, Bill, I especially have a great time observing the unlimited
creativity of the followers of mythology/superstition, especially that
exhibited amongst the evolutionist, big-bang fundies who have taken control
of the Universities, yet ignore material entropy and the 1st and 2nd law of
thermal dynamics .  And I also get a kick out of the "new age pagan"
fundies with their ascended masters, and let's not forget the long line of
generational "secret societies" and "Keepers of Ancient Knowledge" fundies
who have given their entire lives and fortunes to their foolish pursuits.
And my favorite, Shirley McClaine, who says she is God, but can't even win
a lawsuit in LA superior court.  What a gas!!!

But then again, I guess it's better to have some kind of fundamental belief
system then to have none at all, like sayatheists.

Reno planned final assault with Delta Force operatives Classified
documents, Special Forces sources show military warned her about use of CS
gas

Contrary to public statements made in recent days, Attorney General Janet
Reno and FBI officials planned the final deadly assault on the Branch
Davidian church in Waco, Texas, with top officers of the Delta Force,
according to classified documents obtained through the Freedom of
Information Act and Special Forces sources.

The FBI actually requested that Special Forces Delta Force operatives
consult with them, be present on the scene and maintain equipment in
preparation for a resolution of the 1993 51-day standoff that resulted in a
fire that killed 80 civilians including many children, according to the
documents and a knowledgeable military source.

Despite this powerful evidence, as of yesterday an FBI spokesman, Tron
Brekke, was still telling the Dallas Morning News that he could not say
whether Delta Force might have actively assisted the FBI in any way in Waco
"because I don't think anybody knows. ... That's part of the reason that
the attorney general and the director are, in a very expeditious manner,
going to have 40 assistant inspectors and whoever is chosen to lead them
come down and find out definitively what did happen," he said. "I don't
know what was done or wasn't done down there."

Meanwhile, the documented information WorldNetDaily has obtained reveals
that not only did Reno actively seek involvement by Delta Force, but she
was warned at one meeting she attended with the FBI, Delta Force Colonel
John Boykin and Webster Hubbell that the use of CS tear gas would have a
variety of effects, one of which would be "Some people would panic, Quote:
"mothers may run off and leave infants."

The FBI's admission just days ago that pyrotechnic tear-gas canisters "may
have been used" was an abrupt reversal of a six-year denial that its agents
used anything capable of sparking a fire at the compound. The Delta Force
document detailing the Delta Force/Reno/FBI meeting notes that when Reno
asked Delta Force officers for their "assessment" of the plan, she was
told: "This was not a military operation and could not be assessed as such.
We explained that the situation was not one that we had ever encountered
and that the Rules of Engagement for the FBI were substantially different
than for a military operation. [name redacted] stated, "We can't grade your
paper," as a way of explaining our position."

A WorldNetDaily Special Forces source who analyzed this and other
statements says Delta Force was clearly uncomfortable with any association
with the FBI's plans at Waco.

In another section of the document, a Delta Force colonel writes: "My final
comments were that I believed that the HRT (Hostage Rescue Team) should
consider pulling their people off the target for a short period to retrain
and polish some of the perishable(WND: difficult to read, looks like
"perishable") skills. I made it clear that I was not encouraging an
immediate execution of the operation. My exact words were, "I don't have a
dog in this fight."

WorldNetDaily's source says he believes that statement shows again how
Delta Force cringed over getting involved at WACO, "I believe he (the Delta
Force colonel) meant that he didn't want to be directly involved in it, and
did not want to be dragged into it. Delta Force operators, and Task Force
160 operators continually cautioned the FBI against attempting an "open air
assault" on the target, and stated emphatically that they did not want to
be involved in firing on or assaulting American civilians, according to a
source. These official and unofficial comments went ignored and, in fact,
one Special Operations Officer was threatened with court-martial if he
continued to protest, the source said. At another point in the document,
Delta Force personnel explain to Reno that Special Forces encounters are
almost always militaristic and involve outright enemies who are often
heavily armed. Delta Force explains that in its standard modus operandi it
was, "The principles of surprise, speed and violence of action [that] were
essential to any operation. [redacted] stated that momentum should be
maintained and that ground gained should not be relinquished." A WND
military source says "violence of action" usually refers to killing the
"hostiles."

A former Special Forces commando says he spoke yesterday to a Delta Force
commando who was present at the final tear-gas assault on the Branch
Davidian compound. Keith Idema, who was a member of Special Forces and
Special Operations units from 1975 to 1992 and helped to train hostage
rescue team personnel for both Delta Force and the FBI, says pictures from
Waco released this week by the Texas Department of Public Safety have been
mistakenly identified by the department as gun silencers and suppressors
belonging to David Koresh and

America's Babylonian Roots: Idols of America
The Statue of Liberty And The Statue of Freedom

Editor's Note: The information in this article will come as a shock to many
readers. It came as a shock to the author while doing 10 years of research
for "America, The Babylon." Therefore this warning to those who are
convinced that anything but America is Babylon… Read at your own peril.
This information may cause severe disorientation and disillusionment among
some diehard American Christians who are convinced that America is God's
Chosen Nation. This material below should help to dispel such myths.

Introduction:

The Statue of Liberty has become the most cherished symbol of the United
States of America. What we were NOT taught in school were the truly
significant facts regarding the true nature of the Statue. Those pertinent
facts that remain largely unknown revolve around the true history of the
Statue's inception as well as the meaning and significance behind the
statue.

French sculptor, Frederic Bartholdi, designed the Statue of Liberty.
Bartholdi did not originate the concept of the statue. The idea for
creating a statue of liberty and freedom was first proposed by another
Frenchman by the name of Edward Laboulaye. It was Laboulaye's idea and
determination during the American Civil War that carried the idea from a
simple notion to an actual project. Laboulaye, a French Freemason proposed
the idea of a giant statue replicating a goddess that the Masonic movement
idolized. Laboulaye proceeded to raise the financial support and commission
Bartholdi to provide the sculpture of this goddess of illumination from
ancient times.

What deity was this? It was the goddess known by various names. Laboulaye
and his fellow Freemason, sculptor Bartholdi referred to her as "Libertas"
but she was also an early adoption by Romans of the Babylonian goddess
Ishtar. We'll need to follow the research on the goddess connections to
fully understand this statue's meaning.

Roman goddess Libertas:

Libertas was the name of an ancient Roman goddess adopted by the Romans
perhaps as early as the 5th century BC and certainly by the 4th Century BC.
She was referred to as the goddess of personal freedom and liberty. In fact
Libertas meant freedom. So liberty means freedom. The 2 names describe the
one concept we call freedom. Liberty = Freedom and Freedom = Liberty. This
goddess was the goddess of freedom because she promoted the ideals for the
personal freedom to do anything that felt good. She was called the matron
goddess of prostitution because she promoted sexual freedom. Indeed, she
had invented the concept. Slaves considered her their goddess in the hopes
of winning their freedom. Many women who gained freedom later turned to
prostitution to survive and thereby retained Libertas as their goddess,
especially if they became priestesses in the Libertas cult. Libertas was
also a goddess of war in order to fight for freedom. She was also referred
at times as the goddess of victory because freedom must have victory in
order to survive. This goddess was also the goddess of immigrants. The
whole idea of immigration connoted the idea of freedom. Her popularity was
also unique because of her unique doctrine of hearing personal prayers.
This unique doctrine was something that most of the pagan deity doctrines
were not disposed towards.

We know that this goddess existed because of the records left behind to us.
We have the ancient writings of Cicero who writes of this goddess and her
Temple on the Aventine Way in Rome. She was depicted on some Roman coins as
wearing a freedom cap and having a wreath along with a spear or sometimes a
sword. Such coin images were not the only depictions. Sometimes she was
well robed and at other times seductively unclothed in both sculptures and
paintings. We know of Libertas being referred to as the Mother of Harlots
by the famous Roman historian (and senator) Cicero's writings. Cicero
indicates that she was also a very early goddess of the Greeks even before
early Roman civilization developed.

Upon further investigation we find that the Greeks had acquired knowledge
of this being from previous empires in the Middle East and Egypt. This
goddess was called Ashtoreth in Hebrew and in the Old Testament's Greek
version (the Septuagint). Ashtoreth becomes transliterated into the Greek
as Astarte, which became the early Greek name for the goddess until it was
later changed to Aphrodite. The Hebrew term Ashtoreth was itself a
transliteration from the Babylonian dialect (Akkadian) term of Ishtar.

Ishtar in the most ancient of times was also referred to by the Sumerian
dialect as Inanna or Ninanna meaning the Queen of Heaven or Lady of Heaven.
In Canaan this deity was called Ashtaroth. The Hittites called her
Shaushka. The Phoenicians on Cypress initially referred to her as Astarte.
Isis was the name the Egyptians gave to her. This is how the goddess became
introduced to the earliest Greeks. We

The Illuminati are conducting a ritual to be held at the Great Pyramid at
Giza in Egypt, on August 11, 12, and 13th, 1999. (Specifically the Mothers
of Darkness - the top conductors of rituals, will officiate) This ritual is
"The Rite to Open the Passage" (the Eye of Horus). This will open the
passage for lower fourth dimensional energy to be directed into the ley
lines of the Earth. This will (is designed to) also close the 3rd eye
(consciousness) of all on this planet that oppose the Illuminati. It will
further shut down (is designed to) the other people who are not actively
aware or opposing the Illuminati but feel uneasy about what is going on and
cannot figure out why.

The solar eclipse which is to take place on August 11 (over the key Earth
power centre of Cornwall, England) will also have a "Grand Square" which
makes it extremely powerful. This eclipse is the beginning of a six month
period in which there will be much activity of significance that pinnacles
in the The Rite of Establishment of the Age of Horus (Osiris reborn) at the
Millennium.

This symbolism relates to the ancient Egyptian legends of Osiris (the
father), Horus (the son), and Isis (the virgin mother), which later became
the basis for the Jesus stories also. The New World Order, the takeover of
the planet via the establishment of a world government, world army (Nato),
world central bank and currency, and a micro-chipped population, is known
by the Illuminati as "The Age of Horus". The symbolism of the murder of a
pregnant Diana, Princess of Wales, with the Egyptian Dodi Fayed, relates to
the arrival of "The Age of Horus".

This "Age of Horus" ritual will be held on December 31st from 12am to 3am
at the Great Pyramid, at which time the top of the pyramid will be capped
with gold and crystal. (George Bush has long been on the guest list of the
Millennium "celebrations" at Giza.) Etched in the crystal will be the eye
of Horus on all four sides. (This relates to the All Seeing Eye symbol on
the dollar bill and the reverse of the Great Seal of the United States).
They will finalize this period of six months on January 31st / February Ist
and start "preparing the ground for the sowing of their seeds".

Preceding the August 11 through 13 ritual, which by the way ends with the
day of Hecate (one of their key deities), the bringer of chaos and death,
is the July 28th lunar eclipse. This eclipse is also extremely unusual and
powerful in that it also involves a Grand Square and the House of Aquarius
goes direct -- its effect is at full strength. The Moon on this date is a
new moon, a time to plan and cast spells for the plan.

During the solar eclipse and the next day and on the Day of Hecate (August
13th), there will be blood sacrifices and also literal sodomization of the
intended sacrifices beforehand. This will signify opening the Eye of Horus,
opening the passage for the lower fourth dimensional energy and the
closing, the shutting down of the human 3rd eye -- consciousness on the
planet. They will remove the heart and consume it, signifying the taking
away the vibrational chakra of love. They will also remove the liver
(strength), the eyes (sight), and brain (knowledge, thought, action). They
will consume the blood (life force for them). Their ritual acts all
encompass and empower them for what they wish to spiritually do to us. What

IS AMERICA BABYLON?

The vast majority of Christians in the United States have been taught that
America is simply not in Bible prophecy. No matter where one may turn,
America is not there, either by name or by any form of code name either.
Thus say the host of America's Christian clergy to their flock. The second
thing they are told is that Babylon is NEVER TAUGHT ANYWHERE IN SCRIPTURE
AS A NATION. Babylon is a SYSTEM, and most view it as a RELIGIOUS SYSTEM OF
SOME SORT.

Prophecy said these views would surface at the time of end. It is the mark
of apostasy to DENY YOUR IDENTITY, YOUR SIN, AND THE TIME OF YOUR
VISITATION. In fact, that is the essence of all apostasy, THE REJECTION OF
SCRIPTURE AS IT APPLIES TO A PERSON, COMMUNITY OR NATION. It is always
SOMEONE ELSE, SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND AT SOME UNKNOWN "FUTURE TIME". Never is
it NOW, US and OUR NATION.

Does it not seem odd to you that America, the GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD,
the greatest evangelical nation; that took the Gospel of Christ to the four
corners of the world; THE RICHEST NATION ON THE EARTH, who has given more
aid to nations than any other; THE NATION TO HAVE WON TWO MAJOR WORLD WARS
and many others; IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE? That God would forget
a nation that has been central to the survival of Israel in this age? Not
even in a cryptic way?

That is like saying God is blind in one eye, and cannot see out of the
other! It is accusing God of utter negligence! But it is not God who is
NEGLIGENT. It is not God who FORGOT AMERICA in prophecy. It is not God who
failed to paint a picture that was obvious to those that wanted to find it.
IT IS NOT GOD, BUT THE FALSE PROPHETS OF AMERICA WHO HAVE UTTERLY FAILED
THEIR FLOCK. They are DECEIVED, AND THUS ARE DECEIVERS AND HYPOCRITES, FOR
THEY LEAD MILLIONS TO ETERNAL RUIN.

God told the citizens of BABYLON THE GREAT, AMERICA, exactly what would
happen in America, and pointed a finger directly at the CHRISTIAN
SHEPHERDS. Why do you suppose that God would do that? Why would He pick a
specific group and lay the blame right at their feet? Because it is GOD'S
PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE ANTICHRIST NATION, THE
NATION THAT SPAWNS ANTICHRIST. Remember that Antichrist rises in DECEPTION.

"My people (Christians) hath been LOST SHEEP (UNSAVED, UNREGENERATE - HELL
BOUND): THEIR SHEPHERDS (THE CHRISTIAN CLERGY, THE EVANGELISTS, THE
PREACHERS, THE TEACHERS) HAVE CAUSED THEM TO GO ASTRAY,..(Jeremiah 50:6).

The shepherds of God's people in Babylon America embrace a FALSE SALVATION
GOSPEL (Matthew 7:21-23; 2 Peter 2:1-3), which leads MILLIONS into eternal
ruin. Their salvation Gospel is an UTTERLY FALSE GOSPEL. It is
"sugar-coated", and an ALL POSITIVE GOSPEL. That is what Jeremiah means
when he says: "they have turned them AWAY on the MOUNTAINS; they have gone
from MOUNTAIN TO HILL, they have FORGOTTEN THEIR RESTING PLACE."

God fights His wars IN THE VALLEY. True salvation lies IN THE VALLEY. If
you refuse the VALLEY EXPERIENCE (THE NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF THE SALVATION
DOCTRINE) you will never FIND YOUR RESTING PLACE. Jesus said you MUST PICK
UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW HIM. Babylon's gospel of salvation HAS NO CROSS,
NO DEATH OF SELF, AND THEREFORE NO TRUE LIFE.  It is an utterly false
salvation doctrine. IT SWEEPS THE VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICAN CHRISTIANS INTO
ETERNAL HELLFIRE. That is why God says they ARE LOST SHEEP. They ARE lost,
LOST FOREVER.

"We are confounded, because we have heard REPROACH; SHAME HATH COVERED OUR
FACES: FOR STRANGERS ARE COME INTO THE SANCTUARIES OF THE LORD'S HOUSE
(Jeremiah 51:51)."

Indeed, the false Christian clergy ARE STRANGERS and they hold forth a
FALSE GOSPEL, that leads to their REPROACH AND LOSS at the judgment seat of
Christ. They shall one and all BE ASHAMED, and now face ETERNAL RUIN FOR
EVER AND EVER. This is the primary reason why AMERICAN CHRISTIANS reject
that America is Babylon. They have been UTTERLY MISLEAD BY FALSE SHEPHERDS.
It is part of prophecy. BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE ONE OF THEM! You can
extricate yourself from God's disfavor by SIMPLY ACCEPTING WHAT GOD SAYS AS
FACT, and rejecting all the nonsense of these hell bound false leaders.

In this first part of our investigation we will focus on the aspect of
whether or not God teaches that Babylon the Great is in fact A NATION AMONG
THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD. GOD SAYS BABYLON IS A NATION. To claim otherwise
is to utterly contradict GOD and all of HIS PROPHETS that spoke of BABYLON.
The mark of a FALSE TEACHER is one who DENIES OR CONTRADICTS THE WORD OF
GOD, usually in an effort to prove his/her views correct. WE ARE ALL LIARS,
AND GOD IS THE ONLY ONE WHO TELLS THE TRUTH.

The issue before you, then, is not your opinion, your biases, your
intelligence, your standing before God, your education or your
denominational belief structure. IT IS WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL ACCEPT WHAT
GOD HAS TO SAY EXACTLY AS HE SAYS IT.   The vast majority of Christians

IS AMERICA BABYLON?

Part Two-A

In our last issue we proved that God refers to Babylon the Great as a
NATION, as a national entity, a recognized nation among the nations of the
world. Babylon is also a LARGE NATION, with huge land masses, and is
surrounded by SEAS.  This fact is often refuted by Bible scholars, who
declare that Babylon is ONLY A SYSTEM, and NOT a nation or a literal city.
In so doing, they fulfill the prophecies concerning the shepherds of
Babylon who lead their people totally astray.

Rome is usually pointed at as being BABYLON THE CITY, if a literal city is
even recognized. Rome, however, DOES NOT come close to being able to
fulfill  the PARAMETERS OF GOD for the identification of the city, Babylon.
It fails in almost ALL ASPECTS. Because it does not meet the  requirements
of GOD, ROME CANNOT BE THE "GREAT CITY" BABYLON. This is not to say that
Rome is not important in prophecy, for it is - it plays a major role and IS
PART OF THE BABYLONIAN SYSTEM!

The argument goes that Rome is a CITY-STATE, and the Vatican is in reality
a NATION, which it is, BUT BEYOND THAT FACT IT UTTERLY FAILS ALL OF THE
PARAMETERS FOR BABYLON THE  GREAT. Babylon the Great is a LARGE NATION, with
MANY CITIES. IT HAS MANY HUGE WARM WATER SEAPORTS, A HUGE MILITARY, A SPACE
PROGRAM, ETC. Rome does NOT fulfill any of these. Therefore BELIEVE GOD AND
NOT MAN.

If you want to understand what is happening in world events, you must first
properly identify the players. If you misidentify them, your scenario will
never play out, and you will end up confused and bewildered because it did
not go down as you expected. This is exactly what is going to happen to the
vast majority of prophetic teachers in America today - their scenarios are
not playing out, in fact they are being contradicted left and right.  All
of the emphasis for years has been ON THE BABYLONIAN SYSTEM ONLY, and that
it would be run from a REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE. Scholars told us to look and
watch Europe and the EUROPEAN COMMON MARKET, known variously as the EEC OR
EC. That area of the world, they all claimed, would produce the Antichrist
and the Antichrist system.

This claim is made from a misinterpretation of Daniel 7, 2 and 4, which is
then carried to Revelation 13, 17 and 18, which we will prove in various
articles in the CIS SCANNER.  Word from Christian research ministries in
the UK tells us the EC is in shambles, and most likely will not come to
fruition as planned, and there are many items that have to be worked out.
The number of nations involved does not agree with Daniel or Revelation, at
this time. Because it does not, many TWIST THE WORD to make it fit. The EC
continues to EXPAND, and the the parameters laid down by God through His
prophets cannot be met by the EC.

For example, the current theme in the prophetic circles is to say that THE
EC will go to 13 members, and then 3 will be removed, leaving 10. They
claim THAT IS WHAT DANIEL "MEANT" TO SAY. A careful reading of Daniel 7
will show you that A BEAST WITH 10 HORNS EMERGES, AN 11TH ONE COMES UP
AMONG THEM, HE REMOVES THREE OF THEM. 10-3=7! 7 + 1 = 8 total! Revelation
13  17 AGREE! "He is of the seven and is the EIGHTH"! BELIEVE GOD. This is
PERVERSION OF SCRIPTURE to make something FIT, because they have a BIAS and
a PRECONCEIVED THEOLOGY, and thus they have to "force" Scripture to make it
match.

The fact is, the 10 Kings of Daniel 2 (the ten toes), Daniel Seven's fourth
Beast and the 10 Kings of Revelation ARE NOT THE SAME, What is happening is
a cross-application that appears to be incorrect. The 10 Kings of
Revelation 17, that give their power unto a BEAST THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN
PREVIOUSLY DEFINED!

What CIS is saying is that THE UN BEAST POWER RISES UP, and divides the
world INTO 10 BIO-REGIONS or KINGDOMS, which we believe has already been
done under the Club of Rome. NAFTA is part of that plot, for they use TRADE
AND ECONOMICS TO SET UP THEIR REGIONS. As it the WTO. BIO-REGION ONE IS
CANADA, MEXICO AND AMERICA. NAFTA concerns FREE TRADE (no borders) between
Canada, America and Mexico. THE EC IS THE "NAFTA" OF EUROPE. The goal:
GLOBAL FREE TRADE with NO NATIONAL BORDERS. Each region has a LEADER/KING.
This BEAST POWER, of DANIEL 7, gains its strength from SEVEN PRIMARY
WESTERN KINGDOMS. It goes forth, according to Daniel, and DEVOURS THE WHOLE
WORLD. Its headquarters are in THE NATION, BABYLON THE GREAT. It is
controlled by THE WEST.

We are not saying that the final result of the EC will not be 10 kingdoms.
The EC is the counterpart of NAFTA for Europe, a BIO-REGION BEING FORMED.
We are not saying that those possible 10 kingdoms will not play an
important part in prophecy. We are saying simply that Scripture places the
SPOTLIGHT ON ANOTHER ENTITY, That entity is a SINGULAR NATION, from her
BIRTH ONWARD, not a confederation of nations, and that nation is the
greatest SINGULAR NATION to ever grace planet earth! THAT NATION IS BABYLON

Part Two-B

BABYLON THE GREAT IS THE LEADING NATION OF THE WORLD.

There are many verses in both Old and New Testaments that refer to Babylon
as the LEADING NATION OF THE WORLD. SHE IS THE "QUEEN OF THE NATIONS". She
is said to sit upon a THRONE, TO BE IN ACTUAL FACT, BEHIND THE SCENES, THE
RULER OF THE WORLD.

"And Babylon, THE GLORY OF KINGDOMS, THE BEAUTY OF THE CHALDEES'
EXCELLENCY, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gormorrah (Isaiah
13:19)."

Babylon is here referred to as a NATION/KINGDOM, and the GLORY OF ALL
KINGDOMS. There is nothing in the world like the nation BABYLON. The word
"glory" is "tsebee", which means PROMINENCE, SPLENDOR, HONOR, OR THE
GREATEST. In other words, BABYLON THE NATION IS THE GREATEST NATION IN THE
ENTIRE WORLD, AND THERE HAS NOT BEEN, NOR EVER WILL BE AGAIN, A NATION AS
GREAT AS BABYLON.

The phrase "beauty of the Chaldees' excellency" refers to the same concept.
The root word is "tipharah" or "tipara" and means one of GLORY OR TO BE
FULL OF PRIDE OVER ACCOMPLISHMENTS. It is a VAIN GLORY, and God taunts
Babylon with this phrase. Babylon is a nation that is filled with
accomplishments, a nation that forges ahead and surmounts its problems with
sheer determination and is resolute that it can do what it sets out to do.
Indeed, America has that attitude, and America fulfills that parameter with
100% accuracy. NO OTHER NATION ON EARTH CAN BOAST AS AMERICA CAN BOAST!!

CIS would ask you several questions. Does Iraq fulfill this parameter? Can
Iraq claim that it is THE STRONGEST, GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD? And what
has Iraq accomplished except to destroy itself? What about ROME? Rome is
not a large nation, but a "city/state", let alone THE GREATEST IN THE
WORLD. What about the EC? First of all the EC is falling apart, but let's
say for debate's sake that the EC comes together! Is it ONE NATION, OR IS
IT AN ASSEMBLY OF NATIONS? Even as an assembly of nations, CAN IT BOAST
THAT IT IS THE MOST POWERFUL NATION IN THE WORLD, WITH THE STRONGEST
MILITARY IN THE WORLD?

If it can so boast, then why must the U.S. military supply a large part of
the manpower, aircraft and equipment for NATO? In point of actual fact,
Europe has relied almost totally upon America for all of its defense needs.
And what has the EC accomplished? Nothing, save to argue among themselves
and be the hotbed of war. No, the EC cannot come close! What about Russia,
which some say is Babylon? Iraq? Rome? No way!! Israel? No! No, these
nations, or groups of nations (which is a violation of the parameters), do
not come even close to fulfilling this one parameter. Except one; AMERICA.
America fulfills this parameter to the exact letter. But we do not want
America to be Babylon, so therefore IT CANNOT BE SO! Indeed! God will not
be mocked! We shall list more to prove this out.

"Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the
ground: THERE IS NO THRONE, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no
more be called tender and delicate (Isaiah 47:1)."

This mighty Babylon once sat upon the THRONE AS QUEEN OF THE NATIONS.
Suddenly she is fallen, and there IS NO LONGER A THRONE FOR HER. She sits
in the dust (radioactive), and is gone forever. The point is SHE ONCE HAD A
THRONE. SHE WAS ONCE THE MOST POWERFUL NATION IN THE WORLD.

The phase "there is no throne" is telling of America's wealth and might, of
her power among the nations of the world. In Revelation 18:7, she says: "I
SIT A QUEEN". The word "throne" is "kicce", which means literally SEAT OF
HONOR, or "seat of a king". As we journey through the prophecies of
Jeremiah, Isaiah and Habakkuk, and then compare them to Revelation, we find
a consistent portrait of a MIGHTY END TIME SINGULAR NATION THAT IS THE
GREATEST IN THE ENTIRE WORLD.

"Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans:
FOR THOU SHALT NO MORE BE CALLED, THE LADY OF KINGDOMS (Isaiah 47:5)."

The phrase LADY OF KINGDOMS reaffirms the prophets position that Babylon
America is the LEADING NATION in the WHOLE WORLD. She is THE QUEEN, that
sits upon THE THRONE OF THE NATIONS, THE RULING NATION OF THE WORLD. She is
the LEADER, a nation filled with splendor and glory compared to the other
nations.   The word "lady" is "g'bereth", which means A LADY OR MISTRESS.
Babylon is a pampered mistress, a queen, a virgin, untouched. The eyes of
the world are upon Babylon America. Babylon is portrayed as a QUEEN, A
LADY, ALWAYS IN THE FEMININE GENDER!

"And thou saidst, I WILL BE A LADY FOREVER: so that thou didst not lay
these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it
(Isaiah 47:7)."

Again we find a reference to Babylon being A LADY FOREVER, A NATION THAT
THINKS IT HAS AN ETERNAL DESTINY, because IT IS THE KINGDOM OF GOD ON
EARTH, and GOD IS ETERNAL. It is a delusion, and the destiny of America
Babylon is just the opposite of what she thinks it is. That this attitude

Part Three

In our first and second articles, CIS proved that God considers Babylon the
Great A SINGULAR NATION. She is not a GROUP OF NATIONS BROUGHT TOGETHER, as
the EC, but is instead A SINGULAR NATION FROM HER BIRTH ONWARDS. God
utterly denies the modern concept that Babylon is simply a SYSTEM that
spans the world. It is much more than that.

The identity of Babylon the Great as A NATION is of vital importance to us
as prophetic students, for it is Babylon that goes forth in the time of the
end and conquers the entire world. According to Isaiah 14, it is the KING
OF BABYLON that is the ANTICHRIST, whose name is LUCIFER. The implication
of Scripture is that this man, LUCIFER, is the king of Babylon the NATION,
AND THE CITY. That means, for example, that if America is BABYLON, then she
will, through the United Nations, become involved in areas all over the
world, as she tries to force her NEW WORLD ORDER ON THE ENTIRE PLANET.

We looked at several of the key parameters laid down by the Lord for us to
identify this last END TIME GREAT NATION. Jesus said that history would
repeat itself, and that as it was in the days of Noah, so would it be again
at the close of the age. This is an important parameter for us, for Noah
lived 950 years, and lived 350 of those years on THIS SIDE OF THE FLOOD.
Noah saw NIMROD'S NATION CALLED BABYLONIA. He also say THE GREAT CITY
BABYLON, that was the QUEEN CITY OF BABYLONIA. Near this great city Babylon
Nimrod built a TOWER, called the TOWER OF BABEL, which means both "GATE OF
GOD", and also "CONFUSION". These parameters are VERY STRICT INDEED, for as
we approach the time of the end, A COUNTERPART MODERN NATION WITH THE SAME
CHARACTERISTICS OF ANCIENT BABYLON MUST ARISE and form an IDENTICAL
PATTERN.

In other words, THERE WILL EMERGE IN THE LATTER DAYS, A GREAT MODERN
NATION, which will be for it's time, the EQUIVALENT of ancient Babylon
under NIMROD, in POWER, RELIGIOUS OUTLOOK, POLITICAL STRUCTURE, ETC.
Because ancient Babylonia under Nimrod was a SINGULAR NATION, and within
its national borders was a GREAT CITY that reflected the power and prestige
of the nation itself, we must then look for ITS COUNTERPART, an OFFSPRING,
A DESCENDENT, A "DAUGHTER" OF ANCIENT BABYLON. "Like mother, like daughter"
would be the sum of it all.

When we apply these parameters, we then must look for a SINGULAR NATION,
and within that NATION we must FIND A GREAT CITY, and near that GREAT CITY,
we must find A TOWER OF BABEL that represents what ancient Babylon
represented: ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT, ONE WORLD RELIGION, AND ONE WORLD
ECONOMIC SYSTEM, all of which were true under NIMROD, who DEFIED GOD, and
went into UTTER REBELLION against the commands of the LORD.

"And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, BE FRUITFUL, AND
MULTIPLY, AND REPLENISH THE EARTH (Genesis 9:1).

The command of God to Noah and to his sons was for them to go forth and
replenish the entire earth. It was stated again in Genesis 9:7. In other
words, GOD WANTED THEM TO SPREAD OUT, and to GO FORTH and spread over the
entire earth. One of the sons of Noah was Ham. Ham had a son called CUSH.
Cush begat NIMROD. This is only twice removed from Noah, a span of time not
far from the flood itself.  Nimrod became a MIGHTY MAN, A MIGHTY HUNTER
BEFORE THE LORD. The beginning of HIS KINGDOM WAS BABEL (Genesis 10:8-10).
The command of God was to SPREAD OUT AND REPLENISH THE EARTH. Nimrod and
his ruling elite elected to FORGE A SINGULAR CITY, and to build A TOWER
THAT REACHED UNTO HEAVEN:

"And the whole earth was of ONE LANGUAGE, and of ONE SPEECH. And it came to
pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land
of SHINAR; AND THEY DWELT THERE. And they said one to another, Go to, let
us MAKE BRICK, and BURN THEM THOROUGHLY. And they had BRICK FOR STONE, and
slime had they for mortar. And they said, Go to, LET US BUILD US A CITY AND
A TOWER, WHOSE TOP MAY REACH UNTO HEAVEN; AND LET US MAKE US A NAME, LEST
WE BE SCATTERED ABROAD UPON THE FACE OF THE WHOLE EARTH (Genesis 11:1-4)."

Now the command of the Lord was TO SCATTER AND REPLENISH. Nimrod, however,
said LET US STAY AND MAKE US A NAME, LET US BUILD A GREAT CITY AND TOWER,
and BY COLLECTIVE POWER we will NOT BE SCATTERED. There are several
important things to note here:

1. Their city was of brick and put together with slime (pitch). The modern
day equivalent is CEMENT BLOCK, STONE AND OUR PITCH IS CEMENT MORTAR. They
were BUILDERS OF CITIES. Modern Babylon will build CEMENT CITIES.

2. They elected to DEFY GOD and to COLLECTIVELY STATE TO GOD, "WE WILL NOT
BE SCATTERED. We shall stay, and WE SHALL BUILD US A TOWER RIGHT INTO
HEAVEN ITSELF. WE SHALL ASCEND INTO THE HEAVENS. WE SHALL DO AS WE PLEASE."
It was a COLLECTIVE EFFORT ON THE PART OF MANKIND TO DEFY GOD AND HIS
COMMANDS. Instead of keeping NATIONS, KINDREDS, TONGUES, latter day man
will attempt to MELT THEM TOGETHER, under force of law

Understanding the Players At the End
IF NOT AMERICA, THEN WHO?

Understanding who THE PLAYERS ARE is essential if you are to come to any
understanding of THE TRUTH OF BIBLE PROPHECY, and why world events are
happening as they are. Remember that Jesus warned us that DECEPTION was the
KEY TO THE RISE OF ANTICHRIST. That means HE COMES TO POWER IN A PLACE NOT
RECOGNIZED, AT A TIME NOT RECOGNIZED, and IN A MANNER NOT RECOGNIZED even
by the vast majority of God's people, let alone the world at large. The
prophetic world today is in a DEEP DELUSION, and they are looking in the
WRONG AREA for the rise of the antichrist forces and LUCIFER.

We begin with an understanding of THE ACTUAL PARAMETERS that God laid down
to IDENTIFY THE CHIEF PLAYER  OF THE END TIMES - BABYLON THE GREAT, THAT
MIGHTY END TIME NATION THAT THINKS ITS LIFE IS ETERNAL, AND WILL NEVER SEE
SORROW.

WHAT THE PROPHETS SAID ABOUT BABYLON

1. Babylon would be an END TIME GREAT NATION (Rev 17,18; Isa 13:6).
2. Babylon would have a huge seaport city within its borders (Rev 18:17).
3. The Great City Babylon is the home of a world government attempt (Rev
17:18).
4. The Great City Babylon would be the economic nerve center of the world
(Rev 18:3).
5. Babylon would be the center of a one world Luciferian religious movement
(Jer 51:44).
6. Babylon would be the center for the move to a global economic order (Rev
13:16).

BABYLON THE NATION

1. Babylon would be the youngest and greatest of the end time nations (Jer
50:12).

2. Babylon would the QUEEN AMONG THE NATIONS (Isa 47:5,7; Rev 18:7).

3. Babylon would be the most powerful nation in the world (Isa 47, Jer 50,
51, Rev 18).

4. Babylon would be the HAMMER OF THE WHOLE EARTH (Jer 50:23; Rev 18:23).

5. Babylon is called a lady, and has the symbol of the Lady (Isa 47:7-9).

6. Babylon would be the praise of the WHOLE EARTH (Jer 51:41).

7. Babylon is center of world trade (Jer 51:44; Rev 17:18; 18:19).

8. Babylon would grow to be the richest nation in the world (Rev 18:3, 7,
19, 23).

9. All nations that traded with Babylon would grow rich (Rev 18:3).

10. The merchants of Babylon were the GREAT MEN OF THE EARTH (Rev 18:23).

11. Babylon is a huge nation, with lands, cities, and great wealth (implied
throughout).

12. Babylon is nation "peeled", or timbered, a land of open fields (Isa
18:2).

13. Babylon is land quartered by mighty rivers (Isa 18:2).

14. Babylon is a land that is measured out, and populated throughout (Isa
18:2).

15. Babylon destroys her own land, with pollution and waste (Isa 14:20,
18:2, 7).

16. Babylon is a land rich in mineral wealth (Jer 51:13).

17. Babylon is a the leading agricultural nation of the world (Jer 50, 51;
Rev 18).

18. Babylon is the leading exporting nation in the world (Jer 51:13; Rev
18).

19. Babylon is the leading importing nation of the entire world.(Jer 50,
51; Rev 18).

20. Babylon is a nation filled with warehouses and granaries (Jer 50:26).

21. Babylon is the leading INDUSTRIAL NATION OF THE WORLD (Isa 13, 47, Jer
50, 51; Rev 18).

22. Babylon is noted for her horses (Jer 50:37).

23. Babylon is noted for her cattle, sheep and other livestock (Jer 50:26,
27; Rev 18:13).

24. Babylon is noted for her fine flour and mill operations (Rev 18:13).

25. Babylon is a nation of farmers and harvests huge crops (Jer 50:16, 26,
27).

26. Babylon is a huge exporter of MUSIC (Rev 18:22).

27. Babylon's musicians are known around the world (Rev 18:22)

28. Babylon has a huge aviation program (Isa 14:13-14; Jer 51:53; Hab
1:6-10).

29. Babylon's skies are filled with the whisper of aircraft wings (Isa
18:1; Jer 51:53).

30. Babylon has a huge space industry, has "mounted up to the heavens" (Jer
51:53).

31. Babylon fortifies her skies with a huge military aviation program (Jer
51:53).

32. Babylon is portrayed as a leading in high tech weapons and abilities
(Jer 51:53; Hab 1:6-10; implied throughout).

33. Babylon is a nation filled with warm water seaports (Rev 18:17-19).

34. Babylon is a coastal nation and sits upon MANY WATERS (Jer 51:13).

35. Babylon trades with all who have ships in the sea year round (Rev
18:17-18).

36. Babylon is nation filled with a "mingled" people (Jer 50:37).

37. Babylon is a SINGULAR NATION founded upon OUT OF MANY, ONE (Isa 13, 47,
Jer 50, 51, Hab 1).

38. Babylon is a REPUBLIC or a DEMOCRACY, it is ruled by many counsels (Isa
47:13).

39. Babylon's governmental system breaks down (Isa 47:13).

40. Babylon is bogged down with deliberations and cannot govern properly
(Isa 47:13).

41. Babylon's leaders use astrology, seers and mystics for guidance (Isa
47:13; Rev 18:2).

42. Babylon labored in the occult from her very inception (Isa 47:12).

43. Babylon falls to the occult just before her end by nuclear fire (Rev
18:2)

44. Babylon was born as a CHRISTIAN NATION (Jer 50:12).

45. Babylon turns upon its heritage and destroys it all in the end (Jer
50:11).

666, ENGLAND  AMERICA, THE LION WITH EAGLE WINGS, AND THE GREAT SEAL OF
THE UNITED STATES.

The BOOK OF DANIEL is one of the most fascinating books in the Old
testament, a book shrouded in mystery and symbolic images. However, deeply
buried in DANIEL is the KEY TO UNLOCKING THE TRUTH OF BIBLE PROPHECY, WHAT
THE NUMBER 666 IS AND WHAT IT MEANS, AND HOW THAT INFAMOUS NUMBER IS TIED
DIRECTLY TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE RISE OF LUCIFER.

"And FOUR GREAT BEASTS CAME UP FROM THE SEA, DIVERSE ONE FROM ANOTHER. The
first WAS LIKE A LION, and HAD EAGLE'S WINGS: I beheld till the WINGS
THEREOF WERE PLUCKED, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand
upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. (Daniel 7:3-4)."

There are several things we have to look at as we examine this beast, for
it has two components or parts to it.

1. THE LION
2. THE EAGLE'S WINGS

We must also note that the EAGLE WINGS ARE PLUCKED, which means that THEY
ARE IN FACT SEPARATE ENTITIES, TIED TOGETHER IN SOME FORM OF RELATIONSHIP.
The removal of the eagle wings does not damage the lion itself. Also note
the LION IS STANDING UPON ITS FEET.   The symbols that Daniel uses are very
important, because they either represent NATIONAL SYMBOLS, or they
represent HOW THE PEOPLE OF THE EARTH VIEW THESE NATIONS, and THE
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ANIMAL SELECTED MATCH THE NATION'S CHARACTER. In
other words, Daniel is showing us WHO THESE NATIONS ARE, BY USING THEIR
MOST POPULAR IMAGE, OR SYMBOL.

Daniel is writing in "street talk", so that the average BELIEVER would
INSTANTLY RECOGNIZE who these powers were if alive during THE LATTER YEARS,
for this vision IS A VISION CONCERNING THE LAST GENERATION OF ISRAEL, OF
EVENTS THAT ARE TO OCCUR DURING THE THIRD COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL. THAT
MAKES IT AN "END OF THE AGE" VISION, A LATTER DAY VISION.

It is also important to note that ISRAEL (APOSTATE OR NOT) ALWAYS PLAYS THE
CENTRAL ROLE IN PROPHECY. That means to you that the ENTITIES PRESENTED IN
SCRIPTURE usually HAVE A LOT TO DO WITH ISRAEL in their specific time
period. HENCE THE FOUR BEAST POWERS WILL PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN THE
REFORMATION AND CONTROL OF ZIONIST, APOSTATE ISRAEL IN THE 20TH CENTURY.
THE LATTER DAY ISRAEL IS ALWAYS PORTRAYED BY THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AS
APOSTATE, WITH NO SPIRITUAL FRUIT. IT IS PORTRAYED IN ISAIAH AS A NATION
THAT ATTEMPTS TO RISE UP AND RULE THE WORLD, BUT IT FAILS. IT FAILS BECAUSE
IT IS NOT MESSIAH LEAD, BUT RATHER IS THE WORK OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANKING
CARTELS. GOD ALLOWS IT TO HAPPEN, AND THE TRAP THESE POOR FOLKS SET FOR THE
WORLD IS SNAPPED SHUT ON THEM INSTEAD!! ONLY ONE THIRD OF THE JEWS ESCAPE
THIS TRAP. THEY ARE THEN BROUGHT INTO MILLENNIAL ISRAEL, WHICH IS FAR
DIFFERENT THAN THE ISRAEL OF TODAY.

We have already proved that these beasts are LATTER DAY BEAST POWERS.
Because Jesus Christ said ALL THINGS would BE FULFILLED WITHIN ONE
GENERATION FROM THE TIME APOSTATE ISRAEL'S FOUNDATION BEGAN (the Parable of
the Fig Tree makes this very clear), then obviously all of these powers
would be around during this final time period. That is to say the 20th
century according to the 6000 year Doctrine!

The foundation of Israel's existence lays in the taking of Jerusalem by
General Allenby on December 9, 1917. CIS believes the evidence suggests
that this is where you start your time clock for the LAST GENERATION spoken
of by Jesus Christ that would see ALL THINGS FULFILLED, or THE END OF THIS
AGE COMPLETED. The evidence is overwhelming that WE ARE THAT LAST
GENERATION.  Haggai the prophet said that some event would LAY THE
FOUNDATION FOR THE LORD'S TEMPLE at the time of the end. This event would
NOT BE A FOUNDATION STONE FOR THE TEMPLE ITSELF, BUT A FOUNDATION FOR
ISRAEL ITSELF, WHICH LEADS TO A TEMPLE. The date given by Haggai the
prophet was the 20th and fourth day of the ninth month of the Jewish

How then does John the Revelator tie into this thing? He does so by telling
us the NUMBER OF THE BEAST. In point of actual fact, he says "LET HIM WHO
HAS UNDERSTANDING"". Wisdom is a HIDDEN THING. In other words, John is
telling us THAT THIS IS A SECRET THING, NOT EASILY DETECTED, NOT KNOWN. It
requires understanding, and understanding requires WISDOM. It will BE A
HIDDEN THING, SOMETHING THAT MUST BE CAREFULLY SEARCHED OUT, OR WE WOULD
CALL "A MYSTERY". If it is a MYSTERY, then we have to move over to OCCULTIC
KNOWLEDGE TO FIND OUT THE SIGNS AND SYMBOLS OF MYSTERY, AND HOW THEY WORK.
Let's see how John actually words it:

"HERE IS WISDOM. LET HIM THAT HATH UNDERSTANDING COUNT THE NUMBER OF THE
BEAST: "...FOR IT IS THE NUMBER OF (A) MAN; and HIS NUMBER IS SIX HUNDRED
THREESCORE AND SIX." (Revelation 13:18)

Now notice the ACTUAL NUMBER OF THE BEAST. We also know that the LITTLE
HORN IS THE BEAST. So the NUMBER OF THE LITTLE HORN IS 600, 60 AND 6. We
have always ADDED IT TOGETHER, AND THUS WE COME TO THE NUMBER 666. But the
actual Greek is comprised of THREE NUMBERS: 600, 60 and 6. It is important
to keep that in mind. Here is the actual SEQUENCE, and SEQUENCE in the
ANCIENT PROPHETIC WRITINGS IS VERY IMPORTANT:

We do not have to add them together to get the MARK OF THE BEAST OR THE
NUMBER OF HIS NAME. John does not tell us to ADD THEM TOGETHER. It is not
that we cannot add them together, but the point is John does not TELL US TO
ADD THEM TOGETHER. We then will take a different tact to solve the riddle.
We will use EXACTLY WHAT THE BIBLE TELLS US: 600, 60 and 6. We will start
with the REVERSE GREAT SEAL, the SEAL THAT DANIEL GAVE TO US. Embedded at
the base of the PYRAMID ARE THE ROMAN NUMERICAL LETTERS: "MDCCLXXVI".

Now you would normally read that as 1776, which is correct. THAT IS THE
"OBVIOUS" MEANING OF THOSE LETTERS. But what is the HIDDEN NUMERICAL VALUE
OF THOSE LETTERS? And what if we took all of the Roman Numerals together
and added them up? The Romans used the following letters for their number
system: DCLXVI with D=500, C=100, L=50, X=10, V=5, nd I - 1. The M letter
was not used until much later. Now if we take these letters and add them
all up, we come to 666. If we take them as Scripture gives the number, we
come up with this in descending order:

SEAL OF THE UNITED STATES, WE COME TO SOMETHING QUITE INTERESTING INDEED.
What if we were to BREAK DOWN THE CODE BURIED WITHIN THE LETTERS, USING THE
OCCULTS OWN PRINCIPLES OF NUMEROLOGY AS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PYRAMID?  You
will notice in the MASONIC JEWEL that there are in fact THREE SEPARATE
TRIANGLES, EACH ONE OFFSET TO THE OTHER. You know also there are THREE
SIDES TO EACH TRIANGLE. In the occult, each side has a meaning. In the
occult, each plane of creation has a TRINITY ASSOCIATED WITH IT. THERE ARE
THREE PLANES TO CREATION: HEAVEN, EARTH AND HELL. This means there ARE NINE
SIDES TO THE MASONIC TRIANGLES. It just so happens there are also NINE
LETTERS IN "MDCCLXXVI". What would happen if we broke them apart into
GROUPS OF THREE? IN OTHER WORDS WE WOULD GO:

Using the occult principal of applying values to the THREE CORNERS OF THE
PYRAMID, in accordance with occult numerics, with these values placed in
their respective positions of importance by their SEQUENCE, and the FIRST

technically "state" churches and must remain unpartisan.  They must abide
by the IRS rules.

amendment applies.  And the government may NOT tax a non-501(c)
unincorporated church. A church is a group of individual people who have
already paid income taxes.  Taxing a church is double taxation.  The

church incorporates it voluntarily gives up some Constitutional rights and
comes under the IRS rules.  Just as one gives up certain rights when they

hate it, hence, Waco.  But then the Feds hate the Constitution, too.

Please read the enclosed article very carefully.  Advocates for
preservation of the Second Amendment seem to be getting farther
and farther adrift from the real issues, and more and more being
drawn into debates of the "merits" of their right to keep and bear
arms, apparently in a desperate attempt to justify those God given
rights. Those arguments were decided over two hundred years ago
and should not now be *allowed* up for new debate.

PLEASE, recognize that any debates on the MERITS of the Second
Amendment are "distractions" that gun control advocates are using
to direct the argument away from the real issues and to waste your
time fighting the wrong battles.  Those who want to destroy the
Second Amendment know they cannot win the argument honestly,
and so they have redefined the terms of the debate.  Please, please,
don't fall for it.

The Myth of Gun Control

  The term "Militia" was defined at the time the Bill  of
 Rights  was enacted,  as "all able bodied males  between  18
 and 45."

  That  has since been codified into American law  as  10
 USC.  311 (b) which  divides the "Militia" into two  groups,
 the  "organized"  and  the  "unorganized."   The  "organized
 "Militia"  consists  of  the National  Guard  of  the  Union
 States.   The "unorganized Militia" consists of all  members
 of the militia not in the  "organized militia."

  So,  who are these other members of the  militia?  U.S.
 Code  Section  311(a)  states: "The militia  of  the  United
 States  consists of all able bodied males at least 17  years
 of age" In other wordsthe people are the militia.

  The  supporters of gun control would like Americans  to
 believe  that  the Second Amendment to the Bill  of   Rights
 doesn't  exist  as a "right".  They claim that it  is  being
 misinterpreted,  and  no longer means a natural  right,  but
 instead,   a privilege from government.  They say the  right
 to  gun  ownership referred only to the state  militia,  now
 known  as  the  National Guard.  But, the  Second  Amendment
 says "the right of the people to bear arms," NOT " the right
 of members  of the militia to bear arms."  "The right of the
 people to keep and bear  Arms, shall not be infringed."

  The  Constitution did not grant the right.   It  simply
 acknowledged  it.  The right  to keep and bear arms  existed
 prior  to  the Bill Of Rights, prior  to  the  Constitution,
 prior  to  the Articles of Confederation, and prior  to  the
 Declaration of  Independence.

  What  then is the purpose of the Second Amendment?  The
 Court  in  United States v.  Cruikshank, 92  US  542,  1876,
 defines it this way.  "This, "the Second Amendment"  is  one
 of the Amendments that has no other effect than to  restrict
 the powers of the National Government."

  But,  even  more importantly, what is to  restrict  the
 powers of the State  governments from disarming the  people?
 Our  forefathers  believed that an armed  populace  was  the
 best  protection against government despotism.   Noah   Web-
 ster, supporting the Bill of Rights, wrote: "Before a stand-
 ing army can rule,  the people must be disarmed as they  are
 in almost every kingdom in Europe." Samuel Adams hoped  that
 "the  Constitution  never be  construedto  prevent   the
 people of the United States who are peaceable Citizens  from
 keeping their  own arms."

  Is it conceivable that the Founding Fathers would leave
 such an obvious gap in our protection? The right to keep and
 bear  Arms is inextricably bound to  the right to  life  it-
 self.  If one has a right to his or her own life, it  stands
 to  reason  that one has a right to defend that  life.By
 extension,  property must be included.  A person gives up  a
 part of their life in exchange for some form of compensation
 (most often money) which in turn is exchanged for  property,
 real or personal.   One's property represents small segments
 of life exchanged for something  tangible.

  We  all know that we are not all of equal ability  when
 it comes to self defense.   Denying an individual the  means
 of  self  defense  is to deny the right  of  self   defense.
 Accordingly, the right to keep and bear Arms to defend life,
 liberty,  and  property is inexorable.  The fact  that  "the
 right  to keep and bear Arms for a  lawful purpose"  existed
 before  the  Constitution  was written is  verified  by  the
 Supreme Court.

  In  United States v.  Cruikshank, 92 US 542, 1876,  the
 first  case  the  Supreme Court heard regarding  the  Second
 Amendment, the Court states:

  "The right there specified is that of "bearing arms

SUMMARY OF IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE ALLEGATIONS JANET RENO

We the people, present these charges against Attorney General Janet Reno:

1. DERILICTION OF DUTY (Ruby Ridge, Idaho - 1992)
Janet Reno refused to support the conclusion of a Justice Dept.
investigation that found an FBI sniper shot which killed Vicki Weaver was
unconstitutional. Senate testimony showed that an FBI sniper killed Vicki
Weaver by shooting her in the head as she held her baby while standing with
the door open on her front porch. The FBI snipers were shooting at the
Weavers from over 200 yards away using rifles with 10 power scopes. The
snipers and assistant FBI director Larry Potts, testified that they had the
right to shoot and kill anyone if that person was holding a gun. Chairman
Spector pointed out that such a situation did not warrant the use of deadly
force according to FBI policy. On the House floor, Idaho representative,
Helen Chenoweth, called for the resignation of Potts who was also
responsible for the WACO disaster and a personal friend of FBI Director
Freeh, the Reno appointee. Randy Weaver’s attorney called for Lon Horiuchi,
the sniper, to be tried for murder based on the Justice Dept. investigation.
Instead Horiuchi and Potts received paid leave for over two years. (SENATE

2. FAILURE TO UPHOLD THE 4TH AMENDMENT OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION (Waco,
Texas - 1993)
Janet Reno approved the CS military gas attack that led to the deaths of
over 80 men, women and children who had never been charged with any crime.
She also stated that she "could not find anything wrong" with FBI actions in
Waco despite overwhelming video based evidence that the FBI was responsible
for the deaths of the Davidians. An aerial video tape shows a tank
destroying a Davidian building while people were still inside. Autopsy
reports indicate that six bodies found in the rubble of that building were
crushed to death. The Forward Looking Infared (FLIR) tape clearly shows heat
images from bullets being fired at the Davidians as they tried to escape
from the burning buildings. Janet Reno also could find no violation of the
Posse Comitatus act which expressly prohibits the use of military equipment
and personnel to enforce laws against American citizens unless authorized by
the U.S. Constitution or act of Congress. (HOUSE BRANCH DAVIDIAN INCIDENT

3. ABUSE OF POWER (Firing of all U.S. Attorneys - 1993)
Janet Reno fired all 94 United States Attorneys, a move unprecedented in
American history, shortly after her appointment in March 1993.  She stated
that the replacement of all U.S. Attorneys was a "joint decision" with the
White House. The liaison with the White House was the third highest ranking
Justice Dept. official, associate attorney general, Webster Hubbell, who is
now a convicted felon.

4. WILLFUL NEGLIGENCE (Fiske Appointment - 1993)
Janet Reno appointed Robert Fiske as a special independent prosecutor to
investigate the Clintons’ Whitewater dealings even though Fiske was a lawyer
for International Paper Inc., the company that had sold land to the
Whitewater partnership of Clinton and McDougal. Fiske was also a lawyer for
the Bank of Commerce and Credit, which received laundered drug money
transfers from the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, (ADFA) as
explained by ADFA marketing director Larry Nichols. Bank records show that
the laundering abruptly ended when Barry Seal, who ran a Mena Arkansas drug
trafficking ring was assassinated in 1986 just before he was to testify
before a grand jury. ADFA was created by Bill Clinton, who was the only
authorized payer. BCCI created one of the worst scandals in savings  loan
history when it collapsed in 1985 and was shut down in July 1991. As
president, Clinton dismissed charges against the head of BCCI, Clark
Clifford, who was the former LBJ defense secretary. (CITIZENS FOR HONEST

5. OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE (Arkansas U.S. Attorney - 1993-present)
Janet Reno has refused a 1993 FBI investigation recommendation to prosecute
Chuck Banks, the former Arkansas U.S. attorney who was to be tried for
obstruction of justice for shutting down a federal drug investigation that
implicated many people within the state and local governments. The
investigation found compromised local judges and prosecutors, drug
trafficking at Mena, money laundering through ADFA, suppression and
distortion by the media and information about the murder of Kevin Ives and
Don Henry as well as five other subsequent deaths. Assistant U.S. attorney
Bob Govar, who resigned in protest, received much information from Jean
Duffey, the head of a drug task force investigation that was shut down by
Judge John Cole. Duffey was attacked with 200 false press articles,
threatened with imprisonment on an illegal warrant issued by the same judge,
pressured to turn over her investigation to the people she was investigating
and

Treachery in Our Midst,
A Biblical response to 'Blinded by Might'
(a new book by Cal Thomas and Ed Dobson-- no relation to Dr. James Dobson)

It is with grief I tell you that we are once again being betrayed and sold
out to our ethical, cultural and political opponents - by Christian
leaders. There is treachery in our midst.

I have just finished reading the new book, Blinded By Might; Can the
Religious Right Save America.

Have you seen it, or read it? Blinded By Might was written by Cal Thomas,
syndicated newspaper columnist and radio commentator, and Ed Dobson, pastor
of Calvary Church in Grand Rapids Michigan, (no relation to Dr. James
Dobson of Focus on the Family).

Both men were high level leaders in the Moral Majority. Both were close
associates of Jerry Falwell. Their book is a "mia-culpa" for having been
involved in the political realm, and a challenge to the Church, Christian
pastors, and individual Christians to abandon the culture wars.

I know this is hard to believe. I still can hardly believe it. But I have
read the book slowly and thoroughly. That is why I am so grieved.

I give you Cal Thomas' own words: "We have tried to build a strong case for
the church to lay down its impotent weapons of political activism in
exchange for the greatest force we have to change the world: the gospel of
Jesus Christ." (Page 191)

I believe this book is in many ways more dangerous than the
child-pornography at Barnes and Noble; and certainly more deplorable (in
content and aim) than some of the most villainous books of history.
Furthermore, the interview the authors did on 60 Minutes was tragic. I ask
you for the opportunity to present my case, quote from their book, and then
refute their arguments using scripture and logic. Allow me to make some
opening remarks.

The Grief

First, writing this is grievous because these men are Christians. They are
brothers in Christ, and I do not relish drawing swords with Christians.

Secondly, however grievous, I must respond. Too much is at stake. These men
are using out-of-context Bible verses and fatally flawed logic to
emasculate and disembowel the Church, her pastors, and ultimately the rank
and file. They seek to gut us of courage and vision; they seek to pervert
or dismiss our duty; and they seek to justify cowardice, retreat, and
escape - all in the name of Christ.

Third - I must confess, I am angered: They have falsely represented Jesus,
and they have spoken treacherously concerning our duties as Christians.

They have said Jesus is not political - yet the scriptures teach he is King
of kings, Ruler of the nations, that all thrones were created by Him and
for Him, that the government is upon His shoulder, that the increase of His
government and peace will have no end. He warns kings and judges to obey
him, or he will strike them down if His wrath flares up (Psalm 2).

They have said Jesus does not have a "political agenda" concerning laws and
government and the judiciary - yet the scriptures show that God has clear
laws and guidelines for thieves, murderers, rapists, and those committing
assault; The word of God deals at length with legal/judicial questions. He
says of Himself there is one Lawmaker - Him.

I am grieved that they have changed Christ, the Man of war, into the cosmic
coward; that they have painted the one who has a two-edged sword and a rod
of iron into one bearing articles of surrender; they have denied the
political and cultural crown rights of King Jesus, and have made Christ,
His law, and His church subservient to wicked politicians and governments.

I am distressed that they use the Bible to further their agenda of glorious
defeat, courageous cowardice, and commanded surrender.

Like Satan's temptation of Christ in the wilderness, they misquote the
Bible for an unbiblical end. They use out-of-context verses and horrible
Bible interpretation, while they ignore volumes of Scriptures dealing with
our duty in the civil realm.

In this dark hour, the church militant - in other words Christians and
Christianity that are sweeping and victorious in their sphere and
authority; a Christianity that serves, leads, and prevails in the
political, judicial, educational, business and cultural realms - the church
militant is under attack. Obviously we are attacked by the enemies of God -
but far worse; we are under siege from theological traitors and assassins
in our midst. These are those that misuse God's Word like a surgeon's knife
to castrate us of our will to fight, and disembowel us of our hope for
victory.

We expect cries for our surrender from the enemy's camp. However, the cries
of "Amen," and the raising of white flags tattooed with Bible verses from
our chaplains is something new. The Red Cross used to be our rear guard,
caring for the wounded: under the leadership of Cal Thomas and Ed Dobson,
it would be the vanguard, announcing our intention to lay down our arms.

Lawyer Confirms Georgia School Shooter On Ritalin

Tuesday, May 25, 1999

CONYERS, Ga. (Reuters) - A lawyer for a schoolboy who police say wounded
six classmates in a shooting rampage at a Georgia high school confirmed
Tuesday that he was taking the drug Ritalin, usually prescribed for
hyperactivity.

``He was taking Ritalin, that was the only medication he was under,''
Atlanta attorney Don Samuel said. ``We're going to be looking at that, but
we have no reason to believe that was (the cause).''

None of the six students hit in last Thursday's shooting at Heritage High
School in Conyers, Georgia, about 25 miles (40 km) east of Atlanta,
suffered life-threatening injuries.

Samuel, in an interview with NBC, said he believes accused shooter Thomas
``T.J.'' Solomon, may have suffered some kind of mental problem before he
opened fire last Thursday with two guns taken from his stepfather's locked
gun cabinet. He was reportedly distraught over the end of a high school
romance.

``It (the shooting) is not because he is evil, it's not because he's
malicious. Something went terribly wrong in his mind,'' Samuel said.

The boy has been charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to children,
possession of a firearm and taking weapons on to school grounds. Because he
is 15 years old, Solomon would face a maximum of five years in jail if
convicted as a juvenile.

Rockdale County District Attorney Richard Read, however, filed a court
motion Monday asking that Solomon be tried as an adult. The boy's lawyer
said he would fight that motion.

``He is a young boy, he is not an adult,'' Samuel said, adding that the
youth would get mental health care in a juvenile jail that may not be
available in a prison for adults.

``There was no anger, there was no hostility, there was no malice,'' the
lawyer said. ``He is everybody's next door neighbor.''

Solomon, who allegedly fired 14 shots inside the school, then put the
barrel of the revolver in his own mouth just outside the building.
Assistant principal Cecil Brinkley, who retires from a 40-year teaching
career Friday, convinced him to surrender.

The alleged shooter is being held on 24-hour suicide watch at a juvenile
jail in Lawrenceville, Georgia, about 20 miles (32 km) from where the
shooting occurred.

It could have been ALL these things. SO WHAT?

One can't do much in a real sense about most of the things that
may be equally culpable in the equation that resulted in a wanton
massacre.

We can however, remove guns from the equation. Then if people go nuts
or
become immoral or enraged, it's not as devastating.

Guns will go because it's the easiest solution.

And it's about time.

Notice To All Politicians:

It is time to speak plainly for the good citizens and patriots of this
nation who believe unendingly in the Constitution of the United States of
America.

Though foreign governments may disarm their subjects, we will not go down
that road.

We will not disarm and see our freedoms stripped away.  The lessons of
history are numerous, clear, and bloody.  A disarmed population inevitably
becomes an enslaved population.  A disarmed population is without power,
reduced to childlike obedience to-and dependence upon - the organs of a
parental state.  A disarmed population will lose-either piecemeal or in one
sweeping act - those basic rights for which the citizens of America risked
their lives and fortunes over 200 years ago.

We Will Not Disarm.  The right to self-protection-the internal directive of
every living creature, be it mouse or man - is the most fundamental right
of all.  It is a right that must be exercised against the predators of the
streets, against the predators hidden within agencies of law enforcement,
and against the most dangerous predators of all - those to be found in
government, whose insidious grasping for power is relentless and never-ending.

We Will Not Disarm. Not in the face of robbers, rapists and murderers who
prey upon our families and friends.  Nor in the face of police and bureau
agents who would turn a blind eye to the Constitution, who would betray the
birthright of their countrymen; nor in the face of politicians of the
lowest order-those who pander to the ignorant, the weak, the fearful, the
naive; those indebted to a virulent strain of the rich who insulate
themselves from the dangers imposed upon other Americans and then preach
disarmament.

We will not surrender our handguns.  We will not surrender our hunting
arms.  And we will not surrender our firearms of military pattern or
military utility, nor their proper furnishings, nor the right to buy, to
sell, or to manufacture such items. Firearms of military utility, which
serve well and nobly in times of social disturbance as tools of defense for
the law-abiding, serve also in the quiet role of prevention, against both
the criminal and the tyrannical.  An armed citizenry - the well-regulated
militia of the Second Amendment, properly armed with military firearms - is
a powerful deterrent, on both conscious and subconscious levels, to those
inclined toward governmental usurpation's.  An armed citizenry stands as a
constant reminder to those in power that,  though they may violate our
rights temporarily, they will not do so endlessly and without consequence.
And should Americans again be confronted with the necessity of - may God
forbid it - throwing off the chains of a tyrannical and suffocating regime,
firearms designed to answer the particular demands of warfare will provide
the swiftest and most decisive means to this end.

Any law which prohibits or limits a citizen's possession of firearms of
military utility or their proper furnishings, provides an open window
through which a corrupt government will crawl to steal away the remainder
of our firearms and our liberties.

Any law which prohibits or limits a citizen's possession of firearms of
military utility or their proper furnishings, being directly contrary to
the letter and spirit of the Second Amendment, is inimical to the
Constitution, to the United States of America, and to its citizens.

Now-today-we are witnessing the perilous times foreseen by the architects
of the Constitution.  These are times when our government is demanding - in
the guise of measures for the common good - the relinquishment of several
rights guaranteed to Americans in the Constitution, foremost among which is
the right to keep and bear arms for our own defense.  These are times when
our government has abdicated its primary responsibility-to provide for the
security of its citizens. Swift and sure punishment of outlaws is absent,
and in its place is offered the false remedy of disarming the law-abiding.
Where this unconstitutional action has been given the force of law, it has
failed to provide relief and has produced greater social discord.  This
discord in turn now serves as the false basis for the demand that we give
up other rights, and for the demand for more police, more agents of
bureaucratic control to enforce the

The Great American Crossroads

Dear American,

You are losing your right to keep and bear arms. Shortly after the Oklahoma
City Bombing on April 19, 1995, many of you learned about a network of
people you wrongly thought were responsible for the deaths of 168 Americans.
As you watched in horror, you became convinced – although you supported the
Second Amendment, that many of you had to distance yourself from such types.
It became un-poplar to be labels with the various negatives that were given
to people who called themselves "militias".

For the next few months after that bombing, you had the opportunity to hear
and read all their rhetoric. You heard all of it. Some of you have continued
read their opinions via the Internet, short-wave radio, and even in some
cases, AM talk radio. Still, you choose not believe them – to write them off
as mere "kooks", and a justification to expand the power of an already
all-powerful government – the one you fear and loathe toady.

Today, you, the Second Amendment activist - you the conservative - may be
throwing up your hands in defeat. The political inertia to legislate away
the right to keep and bear arms – and your Liberty, is now on auto-pilot.
Your executive branch of government has proven to you it cares nothing about
your nation’s security, your personal security, or the laws of the nation as
a whole. You attempted to elect a legislature to keep the power of the
regime in check. Now, you have even lost faith in them. You now look at
Washington, DC as the municipal model of hypocrisy for the world.

You are now at a crossroads. You, as well as the rest of us have lost more
rights and freedom in the last 7 years, than during the entire war of
1861-1865. You now fear that by the turn of this century, you – all of us
will find ourselves against a wall, with virtually everything you believe –
everything you were taught – your entire value system of life, will made
criminal behavior, and shunned by the social power of the day.

Yet, we are Americans. And being an American once stood for something –
something that is being stamped out of existence. Some of you may now be
contemplating your own personal future – and what your next generation faces
in their future. You dare not speak it, or even think it. To do so, will
bring a terrifying vision that would bring into question every moral fiber
in your soul. You are truly at an American Crossroads that has not been
approached on this soil since 1865.

It was made public on June 15, 1995 in Washington, D.C. at a Senate
Subcommittee hearing on Domestic Terrorism. It was the following statement
that troubled many then, as will trouble many today. As you watch your
legislators at work in Washington today, remember these words:

"…The only thing standing between this type of [legislation] and armed
conflict between the citizens and this government is Time…."


It is a frightening thought. I can say from personal knowledge, that the
person who made that statement was frightened by it also. It frightens him
today. It was spoken by a person who at the time, represented in part - the
militia movement in the United States of America.

Four years later, there are many who in their minds, know they owe the
militia movement – those so-called "patriots" - those right wing crazies -
an apology. Like it or not, virtually all of their fears and predictions
have become reality in four short years. What you are seeing in Washington,
D.C. , and what is going on in your soul today, is why they were arming
themselves; training themselves; and trying to warn you. Today, many of them
are rotting in jails for mere political reasons. Some have left the country
in disgust. Others have abandoned the battle, only to stand as a witness for
the ages, and to prove to themselves that their fears had merit. They were
not criminals. They were not terrorists. They were Americans, just like you.

I personally witnessed a tragedy last night. A had to visit a successful man
in a federal jail awaiting trial for a crime he did not commit – a crime
with no victim. It is a crime for speaking his mind against government
policy - and daring to hurt no one. He is not a "militiaman". He is not a
right-wing extremist. He has never committed a crime in his life. He is not
even an American. He is European.

The man was one who loved America and the Americans he knew. He loved to
visit the Home of the Free and the Land of the Brave. He would tell his
friends and family back home about it’s beauties and treasures. A man who
remembered when Americans of his generation liberated his continent from
oppression. He was there – under the dark boot of tyranny. While going over
the details of his plight, this gray hared

GEORGE W. BUSH, Mikhail Gorbachev, George Shultz, your children, and the
Balkan war -- how are they linked? Why does it matter? And who is George
Shultz? How did he help rewrite history, redefine morality, and prepare
America to accept the atrocities that are now paving the way to the new
world order?

If you are as concerned as I am about America's shift from traditional
values and factual education to global values and psycho-social strategies
for "lifelong learning," you would want to know the answers. You might also
wonder why Texas Governor George W. Bush would choose George Shultz, who
negotiated the 1985 U.S.-USSR Education Exchange Agreement, as advisor on
his presidential exploratory committee. Or why Robert Dole chose Shultz as
an advisor during his quest for the presidency in 1996.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

These alliances reflect the new perspective that motivates our globalist
leaders to set aside the old rules of involvement and chart a new course
for the world. From their point of view, the old-fashioned national
sovereignty (or independence) is out, and global solidarity is in. Now it's
up to the media and our educational "change agents" to persuade the masses
to accept their view of the earth as a global village. NATO's recent
decisions fit right in, for the mainstream media messages that accompany
the attacks on Serbia help desensitize the public to actions that ­ from
the traditional perspective ­ would have been an unthinkable violation of
America's foundational laws and values.

But the old rules don't fit in the new world order. "Nations that stick to
stale old notions and ideologies will falter and fail," said former
President Bush, when introducing the Republican version of our
international education system.2 Al Gore would surely agree. At a
1991Communitarian conference in Washington, he said, "Seeing ourselves as
separate is the central problem in our political thinking." 3

Gore's conclusion was quoted in the book, Spiritual Politics, co-authored
by Corinne McLaughlin, the first task force co-ordinator for the
President's Council on Sustainable Development. McLaughlin, who likes to
quote Djwhal Khul, spirit guide to theosophist Alice Bailey, also taught
her mediation strategies at the Department of Education, Pentagon, and the
EPA. 4

"There really is only one sin--separateness," she states in her book. "War
is more likely to spring from rampant nationalism, ethnocentrism, and
intolerant religious fundamentalism--all extreme and separative attitudes.
. . . What is needed as a cure for separateness is a deep sense of
community-that we're all in this together." 5

SHULTZ AND GORBACHEV

Mikhail Gorbachev shares her contempt for nationalism and religious
fundamentalism, i.e. biblical Christianity. The goal of this unrepentant
Communist continues to be a socialist world government with power to manage
and monitor every human resource according to the will of an elite "Council
of the Wise."

Back in 1995, George Shultz served as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of
the Gorbachev Foundation, which had been "created to assist in the process
of building global consensus for our common future." The same year, he
co-chaired Gorbachev's first annual State of the World Forum in San
Francisco together with Ted Turner, Maurice Strong,6 and other
international leaders "chosen for their internationally recognized
contributions to designing our emerging global civilization." Among the
speakers was author Sam Keen, who announced that --

"The ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the
population by 90% and there aren't enough people left to do a great deal of
ecological damage." 7

Attending the Forum as a member of the press, I heard the thundering
applause that followed Keen's statement. Whether Shultz agreed with
audience or not, this popular suggestion shows the Forum's general attitude
toward human lives. Despite the noble rhetoric about saving the oppressed,
the overriding sentiment indicated that people count only if they conform
to the new ideology and serve the world community. Therefore the masses
must be trained, managed, and monitored -- and the loss of lives due to
politically expedient conflicts matters little. The major players in this
transforming process are the media, the international education system, and
a global surveillance system. All are nearly in place 8-- thanks to Shultz,
Clinton and others who share their vision for managed conformity and strive
to fulfill it.

SOVIET INDOCTRINATION IN AMERICA

Shultz's friendship with Gorbachev dates back to his years as Secretary of
State in the Reagan administration9 ­ a time when many of us simply trusted
the Republican cabinet to represent American families. In the early
eighties, few of us realized that Shultz and David Hamburg, President of
the globalist Carnegie Corporation, were using their authority to negotiate
a binding international

The Bible and our Constitution

While making certain not to endorse any denomination of religion over
another, the founders of this nation made it emphatically clear that the
principles upon which this Nation was built are based squarely upon the
Bible.

Virtually every one of the 55 writers and signers of the United States
Constitution were members of various Christian denominations: 29 were
Anglicans, 16 to 18 were Calvinists, 2 were Methodists, 2 were Lutherans, 2
were Roman Catholic, 1 lapsed Quaker and sometimes Anglican, and 1 open
deist--Dr. Franklin who attended every kind of Christian worship, called
for public prayer, and contributed to all denominations.

George Mason is called the father of the Bill of Rights, for he insisted
that the first ten amendments be added to the Constitution. The purpose for
such an addition? "The laws of nature are the laws of God, whose authority
can be superseded by no power on earth," Mason said.

James McHenry was a member of the Continental Congress, a state legislator,
a soldier, and a signer of the Constitution...as well as the president of
the first Bible Society in Baltimore. McHenry stated:

Neither...let it be overlooked, that public utility pleads most forcibly
for the general distribution of the Holy Scriptures.

The doctrine they preach, the obligations they impose, the punishment they
threaten, the rewards they promise, the stamp and image of divinity they
bear, which produces a conviction of their truths, can alone secure to
society, order and peace, and to our courts of justice and constitutions of
government, purity, stability, and usefulness.

Charles Cotesworth Pinckney also signed the Constitution, and served as a
delegate to the national Constitutional Convention and an author of the
Constitution of South Caroline. Pinckney was a statesman, soldier, planter,
a brigadier general and a candidate for President and Vice-President. Like
the rest of the signers of the Constitution, he too recognized the
Sovereignty of God:

"Blasphemy against the Almighty is denying his being or providence, or
uttering contumelious reproaches on our Saviour Christ. It is punished, at
common law by fine and imprisonment, for Christianity is part of the laws
of the land."

And, for those who fear this sort of Law breeds intolerance or disrespect
for others, Patrick Henry boldly declared:

It cannot be emphasized too strongly that this great nation was founded,
not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel
of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been
afforded assylum, prosperity and freedom of worship here.

Likewise, the Constitution of the United States was drafted so as to be in
accordance with the Scriptures, to be the legal foundation of a republican
form of government based on that model which God had ordained for the
children of Israel. Indeed, Thomas Jefferson even suggested that the
national seal be a portrayal of "the children of Israel in the wilderness,
led by a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night." Much of the
Constitution and our American common law and organic law is also derived
from the principles of the Magna Carta, which expressly forbade monarchial
tyranny.

In accordance with the spirit of Liberty which motivated those Righteous
men of Principle so many years ago,

We the members of the U.S. Taxpayers Party gratefully acknowledge the
blessing of the Lord God as Creator, Preserver and Ruler of the Universe
and of this Nation...

The U.S. Constitution established a republic under God, rather than a
democracy.

In a republic governed by Constitutional law rooted in Biblical law,all

The Federal Constitution, Product of a Christian Ethos

Is the United States Constitution the product of a Deistic conspiracy
breaking covenant with our Sovereign Lord? Alternatively, is it a
reflection of godly Christian men whose intent was to establish a Christian
republic? My opinion is that the historical data will permit neither
conclusion, and that the truth lies somewhere between them.

Historical survey

There can be no dispute that the colonial Puritan commonwealth had petered
out by the eighteenth century. And while the First Great Awakening may have
revived individual devotion to Christ, it did not restore the Christian
weal. Deism had been introduced into the intelligentsia and other upper
classes, especially in New England, and both Anglicanism and
Congregationalism had grown cold and rationalistic.

It would be a mistake, however, to suppose Deism and Enlightenment were
notions widely disseminated in the populace, or that the American society
had become largely indifferent to the Faith. Admittedly, Enlightenment
fascinated many American intellectuals (even the stalwart Jonathan Edwards
was mesmerized by Isaac Newton), but at that nascent period of our
country's history, most did not perceive that secularization is the logical
conclusion of Enlightenment and therefore they often tried to fit the newer
Enlightenment ideas into the older Christian mold (modern Reformed writers
like Kuyper, Van Til, Rushdoony, and Hills have exhibited now futile this
attempt really is).

Religion of the founders and the founding

The Federal Constitution was forged in just such an ideational atmosphere.
While it would be overreaching to call it a Christian document, it is
equally erroneous to conclude that just because it does not explicitly
recognize Christ's authority, it exhibits a patently anti-Christian bias.
This latter view is expressed, and often quite cogently, in works like
James R. Wilson's Prince Messiah's Claims To Dominion over All Governments
and the Disregard of His Authority by the United States, In the Federal
Constitution. I am ambivalent about the thesis of works like these, because
while I endorse entirely the thesis that Christ exercises mediatorial
dominion over the nations, and that that dominion should be publicly
recognized, I do not agree that the United States Constitution was
intentionally designed to subvert that authority. The data just will not
bear out these accusations. I especially draw the reader's attention to M.
E. Bradford's "Religion and the Framers: The Biographical Evidence,"
Benchmark, Fall, 1990, IV; John Eidsmoe's Christianity and the
Constitution: The Faith of Our Founding Fathers; Stanton Evans's The Theme
is Freedom: Religion, Politics, and the American Tradition; American
Political Writing During the Founding Era, edited by Charles S. Hyman and
Donald S. Lutz; and R. J. Rushdoony's This Independent Republic and The
Nature of the American System.

If the framers generated an intentionally anti-Christian document, it was
certainly in spite of their individual Christian convictions. The extensive
investigations of Bradford, Eidsmoe, Evans, Rushdoony and others, as well
as an examination of the source documents of that era, reveals that the
majority of the founders of the nation and framers of the Federal
Constitution were professedly Christian men who deemed impossible a just
civil order not anchored in godly faith. They made statements to this
effect again and again. It is quite a stretch to conclude their omission of
explicit recognition of Christ's authority, shortsighted though it may have
been, reflects an assault on Christian orthodoxy.

The real problem with the Federal Constitution

The main problem with the framers of the Constitution was not, in fact,
that they pulled off a Deistic or secularist coup d'e tat, but that they
lacked the foresight to realize the possibility of the emergence of an
anti-Christian ethos capable of employing a chiefly procedural political
document to undermine the Christian Faith. The Federal Constitution, in
fact, is largely such a procedural, rather than substantive, document.
While all procedures imply a substantive presupposition (which for the
Constitution is Christian), it is evident the framers were only interested
in marking out the bare guidelines of a federal system of government, and
while presuming the covenantal or contractual character of civil
government, did not position themselves to create a formal covenant with
God similar to the Scottish Solemn League and Covenant. Recall too that at
this time the various states were almost little countries, and the union
essentially a confederation of these states. Significantly, most of the the
states' constitutions required a religious (Christian) profession for
office, and thus the framers' intent in writing the Constitution was not to
explicate their religious views but to fashion the guidelines of a federal
system of government. The

Was George Washington a Christian?

This is a question often asked today, and it arises from the efforts of
those who seek to impeach Washington's character by portraying him as
irreligious. Interestingly, Washington's own contemporaries did not
question his Christianity but were thoroughly convinced of his devout
faith--a fact made evident in the first-ever compilation of the The
Writings of George Washington, published in the 1830s.

That compilation of Washington's writings was prepared and published by
Jared Sparks (1789-1866), a noted writer and historian. Sparks' herculean
historical productions included not only the writing of George Washington
(12 volumes) but also Benjamin Franklin (10 volumes) and Constitution
signer Gouverneur Morris (3 volumes). Additionally, Sparks compiled the
Library of American Biography (25 volumes), The Diplomatic Correspondence
of the American Revolution (12 volumes), and the Correspondence of the
American Revolution (4 volumes). In all, Sparks was responsible for some
100 historical volumes. Additionally, Sparks was America's first professor
of history--other than ecclesiastical history--to teach at the college
level in the United States, and he was later chosen president of Harvard.

Jared Sparks' decision to compile George Washington's works is described by
The Dictionary of American Biography. It details that Sparks began . . .

. . . what was destined to be his greatest life work, the publication of
the writings of George Washington. [Supreme Court] Justice Bushrod
Washington, [the nephew of George Washington, the executor of the
Washington estate, and] the owner of the Washington manuscripts, was won
over by an offer to share the profits, through the friendly mediation of
Chief Justice [of the Supreme Court, John] Marshall [who from 1804-1807 had
written a popular five volume biography of George Washington], who also
consented to take an equal share, twenty-five per cent, with the owner. In
January 1827, Sparks found himself alone at Mount Vernon with the
manuscripts. An examination of them extending over three months showed that
years would be required for the undertaking; and with the owner's consent,
Sparks carried off the entire collection, eight large boxes, picking up on
the way to Boston a box of diplomatic correspondence from the Department of
State, and the [General Horatio] Gates manuscripts from the New York
Historical Society. Not content with these, he searched or caused to be
searched public and private archives for material, questioned survivors of
the Revolution, visited and mapped historic sites. In 1830, for instance,
he followed [Benedict] Arnold's [1775] route to Quebec. The first of the
twelve volumes of The Writings of George Washington to be published (vol.
II) appeared in 1834 and the last (vol. I, containing the biography) in
1837.

In Volume XII of these writings, Jared Sparks delved into the religious
character of George Washington, and included numerous letters written by
the friends, associates, and family of Washington which testified of his
religious character. Based on that extensive evidence, Sparks concluded:

To say that he [George Washington] was not a Christian would be to impeach
his sincerity and honesty. Of all men in the world, Washington was
certainly the last whom any one would charge with dissimulation or
indirectness [hypocrisies and evasiveness]; and if he was so scrupulous in
avoiding even a shadow of these faults in every known act of his life,
[regardless of] however unimportant, is it likely, is it credible, that in
a matter of the highest and most serious importance [his religious faith,
that] he should practice through a long series of years a deliberate
deception upon his friends and the public? It is neither credible nor
possible.

One of the letters Sparks used to arrive at his conclusion was from Nelly
Custis-Lewis. While Nelly technically was the granddaughter of the
Washingtons, in reality she was much more.

When Martha [Custis] married George, she was a widow and brought two young
children (John and Martha--also called Patsy) from her first marriage into
her marriage with George. The two were carefully raised by George and
Martha, later married, and each had children of their own. Unfortunately,
tragedy struck, and both John and Patsy died early (by 1781). John left
behind his widow and four young children ranging in age from infancy to six
years old.

At the time, Washington was still deeply involved in guiding the American
Revolution and tried unsuccessfully to convince Martha's brother to raise
the children. The young widow of John was unable to raise all four, so
George and Martha adopted the two younger children: Nelly Parke Custis and
George Washington Parke Custis, both of whom already were living at Mount
Vernon.

Nelly lived with the Washingtons for twenty years, from the time of her
birth in 1779 until 1799, the year of her marriage and of George
Washington's untimely death.
