We should get this settled sooner rather than later as there are dotDorset and BUnix folks interested in knowing more about it too. C4L have confirmed that the date and are fine for the tour. The car park is normaly empty after 6pm when everyone in the building has gone home so there should be no issue's with leaving the cars in the car park. The tour would last about an hour which includes the tour of the facilities and a short presentation about C4L. For transport to C4L there is an on site car park, bus stops and taxi rank close by. The bus's which I know go past are M1, M2. Looking at bybus.co.uk bus's 1b, 1c and 18 go past well. I didn't think of that, I am not sure on what the travel arrangements would be from/to The kings arms/Dorchester to/from Westbourne where C4L are.
