[DX] Myynnissä SDR MK1.5 Andrus -vastaanotin
Suomen DX-Liitolla on testikäytössä otsikossa mainittu SDR-laite. Testit alkavat olla valmiit ja juttu Radiomaailmaan tulossa. Laite on palautettava toukokuun aikana, ellei joku haluaa sitä itselleen ostaa. Hintapyyntö on 480 dollaria eli jotain 370 euron luokkaa (laite ei ole SDXL-myynnissä eli toimimme vain välittäjänä, ilman katetta). Testien mukaan laitteessa on monia monia hyviä puolia, mutta myös toivomisen varaa. Keskiaaltokuunteluun se ei liene kovin hyvä kapeahkon kaistan takia. Voisi kyllä käydä esim majakkakuunteluun. Koska olen ollut liiton tilin/toiminnantarkastaja pitkähkön aikaa, niin muutama kommentti: * Talous on ollut vuosikausia riippuvainen valtionavusta. Pienen valtioavun aikaan jäsenmäärän tasaisesti vähetessä meillä oli vuosikausia syömävelkaa, eli edellisen vuoden menoihin käytettiin tulevan vuoden jäsenmaksuja. Kun valtioapu saatiin nostettua aiemmalle tasolle muutamaksi vuodeksi, niin ensin poistettiin oman pääoman miinus jonkin verran plussan puolelle ja samalla päästiin tekemään varauksia. Eli ei sitä tuloa ollut piiloitettavaksi saakka. * Mikäli olisi ollutkin, niin ei olisi ollut mitään mieltä kehitellä keinotekoisia tuloksen piiloittamiskonsteja. Kyllä ministeriöt katsovat nämä tilit ja kekkuloinnilla on ollut eräissä yhdistyksissä erittäin lyhyet ja karmeat jäljet. * Ihan asiallista kommenttia on tullut kulusäästöistä ja etenkin näistä ulkomaanmatkoista. Olen seurannut asiaan liittyviä linjakeskusteluita ja konsensus on että pikkuvarakkaille keski-ikäisille ei enää matka-avustuksia anneta. Eli menorakenne muuttuu tältä osin. Sen verran olen hiljaa mielessäni vertaillut, että matkatuki on aika hyvin osunut niille jotka ovat tehneet töitä joko lehden, tarvikepalvelun tai kesäkokousjärjestelyiden tai muun isomman projektin parissa. Jos näitä työtunteja ja kohdennettuja matkakuluja verrataan, niin aika pian huomaa hommia tehdyn todella alhaisilla tuntipalkkioilla. * Keräys on tietysti asia, johon jokainen osallistuu rahkeittensa mukaan. Osallistumattomia ei kenelläkään ole oikeus irviä, mutta ihan kassatilanteen projisointi puolustaa varakkaampiin kohdistuvaa positiivista ryhmäpainetta. Eli kerätään nyt kehitysrahasto, jota sulatellaan tänä ja tulevina vuosina. [DX] Säännöt ja väännöt Liitto ja talous
Hei, itse olen asiallisten sääntökökoelmien kannattaja, koska joka tapauksessa Suomen DX-Liitto toimii järjestäytyneesti ja säännellysti. Ilman sääntöjä ei voisi olla minkäänlaista pistelaskentaa tai kilpailutoimintaa, koska jokainen toimisi täysin omien sääntöjensä puitteissa. Se miksi näkisin uudet säännöt hyväksi on se, että: 1. Turha parku ja valitus saataisiin toiminnasta pois. Näitä on nähty pitkin vuosia erinäisistä asioista. Mielestäni uusien sääntöjen jälkeen toiminnan rajat ja toimintatavat selkeytyisivät. Ja päästäisiin ´harrastamaan oikeasti dx-kuuntelua, ilman turhaa ja repivää kiistelyä. Yksi aihe ovat olleet uuden tekniikan tulo markkinoille, ja siitä on oikeasti käyty aivan liian rasittavaa väittelyä. Se olisi saatava loppumaan ja sääntöuudistus nähdäkseni toteuttaisi sen. . 2. Suomalainen voisi harrastaa dx-kuuntelua siellä missä kulloinkin on [kunhan vastaanotinkalusto on Suomen sisällä] Toki saattaa olla, että sääntöjä ei koskaan saa pilkulleen viilattua, mutta mieluummin ja oikeastikin sääntöjä tulisi tulkita niin, ettei niitä ole luotu lakitupaa varten, vaan iloisen harrastustoiminnan ohjenuoriksi ja toimintasäännöiksi. [Ehkä ihan lakipykälä/ lainsäädäntötarkkuuksiin kannattaa on syytä mennä? ;) ] QSL-määritelmä on hyvä olla, mutta ehkä se tulee kirjoittaa vakiintuneen käytännön mukaiseksi- ei kait siinä mitään ongelmaa liene. Talous? Valtionavun leikkaus on valitettava asia. Toivottavasti jatkossa saadaan edes jonkinlainen panos valtioltakin harrasteen edistämiseksi. Toiminnan muuttaminen enemmän valtioapukelpoiseksi lienee aika vaikeaa? Tulonmuodostusta pitäisi kuitenkin saada lisää, jotta tärkeät toiminnot saadaan turvattua jatkossakin. Ehkä jäsenten rahapussiin joudutaan turvautumaan hiukan entistä enemmän jatkossa? Travikepalvelun toiminta? Radiot, laitteet välitys. Ei taida olla nykyaikaa Nuorisojäsenalennus tuli käyttöön, kun olin itse hallituksessa joskus muinoin. Nuoria jäseniä ei kuitenkaan taideta enää saada houkutteillakaan? Nuorisoalennus on aika vanhoillekin jäsenille annettu etuus. Tosin ei heitäkään montaa taida olla, joten alennuksen poistaminen ei taida paljoja euroja kassaan tuoda? Vain muutama toteamus ja retorinen kysymys- ihan vain lämpimikseni, noista ei Euroja massiin synny. Olen kokeillut tähän keskusteluun kepulaista lähestymistapaa eli ensin nukkunut yön yli. Pari yötä keskustelua seuranneena oma näkemys on kiteytynyt jotakuinkin seuraavasti: Olen Radiomaailmassa julkaistun pistelaskentaehdotuksen (jossa tosin oli hirveän paljon muutakin ja pistelaskenta vain yhtenä pykälänä) kanssa hyvin pitkälti samaa mieltä. Paljolti siksi, että esitetyssä asetelmassa ei ollut hirveästi radikaalisti uutta ja aiempia käytäntöjä muuttavaa. Yksi suuri uudistus siellä kuitenkin oli ja juuri siitä olen eri mieltä. Pistelaskuehdotuksen ainoa radikaalimpi uusi ehdotus on, että kimpassa raportoidulta asemalta saatu vastaus muuttuisi rankissa yksittäisen kuuntelijan henkilökohtaiseksi rankkipisteeksi. Tämä kuitenkin sotii jotenkin myös koko pistelaskuehdotuksen henkeä vastaan. Jos kerran kaikki muukin voidaan tehdään kimpassa, niin miten kimppavastaus voi yhtäkkiä olla henkilökohtainen? Loogisesti kimpparaportista tulisi siis saada kimppapiste. Riston ja Jarin kommentteihin kannattaisi mielestäni tarttua! Kun Risto lupasi kehitystyöpanosta, kannattaisi se hyödyntää. Miten saataisiin onlinelokiin mielekäs ‘kilpailumuoto’? Sellainen, joka ei pohjautuisi pelkkiin plussiin, mutta ei myöskään pelkkään lokausmäärään. Ja joka olisi silti riittävän yksinkertainen (eli ei liian keinotekoinen) ja samalla mielekäs. Jokin, joka samalla dokumentoisi tulevien (ja miksei menneidenkin) vuosien varrella kertyneet kuuntelutulokset, ja jota voisi kenties tarjota Suomen rajojen ulkopuolellekin. Kommentteja? Moi, ja anteeksi jo etukäteen- Minusta on tullut pahin joka asian kommentoija tänne :( Tämä pohjaa vähän siihen, että aikoinani pidin lyhyen ajan sitä Kuullut Asemat-palstaa RM:ssä. Kun asemien raportointi on useimmilla mennyt vaikeaksi (siis syystä jos toisesta). Niin, eikö olisi järkevää luopua koko raportoinnista? 1. Jokainen voisi tallennella kiintolevyilleen tai minne tahansa lyhyet tunnistettavat pätkät kuunteluistaan ja asemistaan- mielellään tässä tapauksessa ajattomastits. kaikki kuuntelijan äänitteet olisivat hyödynnettävissä. JJa sitten kuuntelija laatisi listan vaikka ON-Line loki tyyppiseellä systeemillä . Kerran/ asema. 2.Samoin hän kirjaisi saamansa QSL:t. 3. Kaikki laskettaisiin yhteen ja kappas kuuntelijoiden uudet asema+maapisteet olisivat siinnä. Jokainen voisi keskittyä kuunteluun ja tehtävä olisi koota asemansa kasaan. =Senhän jokainen tekee joka tapauksessa, kun raportoi asemiaan. Joukossa on kuuntelijoita, jotka eivät tallennea asemiaan. Puuttumatta siihen, miksei, niin he ovat ongelmallinen taspaus kyseisen kilpailun osalta Hmmm. Näin, SX-Kuuntelu voisi oikeasti päästä uudelle järkevälle tasolle ja kilpailutoimintakin ehkä elpyisi. Samalla prosedyyrillä voitaisiin kisata vuosikilpailujakin/ maanosakilpailuja jne Ja nykyiset SDXL-liiton lautakunta/komiteasysteemit toimisivat toiminnan valvojina kuten tähänkin saakka. Niin ehdotus vanhojen QSL:en yhdistämisestä ääniteasemiin (joita kuuntelijalla on) perustuu puhtaasti siihen, että kokonaistuloksellisuus on se joka MAHDILLISESTI saisi kuuntelijat mukaan -ehkä inaktiivisemmatkin voisivat innostua kaivamaan arkistonsa. Kisan erottaminen joksikin omakseen/ aikarajojen luominen sille on mitä todennäköisin keino tuhota ajatuksen toimivuus. Wikö olisi mukava lopultakin saada selville/ talteen, montako maata/asemaa pisteineen minulla on olemassa? Mutta, tämä oli ajatulkkseni, minä yritän vaieta tästä hetkiseksi.. AHE PS. Olemassa oleva QSL-systeemi voisi toki toimia rinnalla- etuvartiosakin jos niin halutaan. Alpon kommenttien innoittamana pari ajatusta lisää ... Olisihan se aika hienoa, jos pystyisimme luomaan systeemin, johon kuuntelijat haluaisivat tallentaa radioasemien ääninäytteitä. Tällaisella kokoelmalla voisi olla jopa historiallista arvoa. Vähän kuin youtube, mutta audiopuolella: minkälaisia asemia vuosikymmenet ovat kantaneet mukanaan, kuinka kuulutukset ovat muuttuneet, miten vastaanotto-olosuhteet ovat kehittyneet, mitä maailmalla on milloinkin tapahtunut jne. Mukana olisi ääninäytteitä maista, joita ei ole enää olemassakaan, asemia, jotka ovat vaikuttaneet merkittävästi historiaan, kieliä, jotka ovat häviämässä jne. Tällainen audiopankki voisi jossain vaiheessa toimia myös opiskelijoiden ja tutkijoiden lähteenä. Me voisimme kilpailla siitä, kuka mitäkin erikoisuuksia onnistuu nappaamaan: asemien ensikuulumisia, huikeita hifikuuluvuuksia, historiaa muuttavia uutisotsikoita, merkittävien tapahtumien taltiointeja, ihmeellisten clandestine-asemien idejä jne. Ehkä SDXL voisi jopa anoa apurahaa tällaisen rakentamiseen. Vielä Alpon ja Jimin innoittamana pari ajatusta lisää Olisi myös hienoa, jos pystyisimme luomaa virtuaalisten QSL:ien tietokannan nettiin. Sinne kuuntelijat voisivat tallentaa skannatut kortit ja kirjeet. Olemme käyttäneet aikaa ja vaivaa niiden keräämiseen, joten olisi hienoa, että ne säilyisivät myös jälkipolville ja olisivat kaikkien vapaasti nähtävissä. Ne voisivat olla myös mielenkiintoisia historiallisia dokumentteja. present footprints today are
15430.000, suffers by minus 60 Hertz whistle tone in Tokoy though,
but latter not heard in Europe,
and 17840.006 kHz.
On various remote units near Tokyo Japan the 15430 kHz signal is poor S=4-5,
but little stronger on 17840 kHz.
Both heard stronger in Europe than in Japan.

1. Noted nearby CNR{probably as jamming program} on 15610 kHz and co-channel
US WEWN English underneath.
AOKI list show 15608/15607 also VoTibet shortwave broadcast, but in Chinese
language, also from Yangi Yul-TJK at 1200-1230, 1300-1335, and 1333-1400 UT.

Firedrake/CNR1 jamming search May 2, after 1333: nothing certain found 11-18 MHz; east Asian propagation is quite poor, except: 13795, JBA carrier at 1341, could be the real Firedrake, or Kuwait 15610, hummy carrier at 1337 over presumed WEWN, or maybe WEWN itself dysfunxional; and a het on low side 15607 = V. of Tibet, Tajikistan (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST) ** COLOMBIA. 6010+, May 2 at 0449, praise music in Spanish, no doubt La Voz de tu Conciencia, in the clear now with no XEOI, but about to get blocked by RHC English after 0500. I had just been nulling WLW and hearing a different station playing music in English, probably previously heard XEDKR, Radio Red AM in Guadalajara, but there`s also now-Spanish KHSE in The Metroplex TX (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST) ** MEXICO. 730, May 2 at 0519 UT, Spanish talking over and over about pelotas, presumably sports format XEX México DF as the DF fits; thought it might be a late béisbol game from further west, but then at 0521 talking about Barcelona. With XEX nulled, another SS about ``Las reinas de Radiorama`` and ``Ke Buena`` ID, i.e. XEHB in Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua. XEX is allegedly 100 kW at night, and XEHB only 1, but their 50 kW day transmitter may be getting some extra usage. On the Ke Buena slogan, be aware that there is another one on 730, per Cantú, XEEBC in Ensenada BCN, 1/0.25 kW.
