Re: [HCDX] R Rossii ceased Reg on SW?
Karel, The point is that we are on traditional New Year holiday here in Russia from Dec 31 till Jan 9. All regional programs will be on the air again starting from Jan 10... 73! Mikhail 04.01.2012, в 9:32, Karel Honzík написал(а): RUSSIA It is perhaps a too strong assertion from me but it really looks like Radio Rossii ceased regional programs relayed on shortwaves at the end of 2011. During the first week of January I failed to hear at least one of those transmissions I heard in December. That is why I compiled a detailed list of all regional programs on SW (acc. to WRTH 2012) grafically into a table and started to check specific frequencies. Here are few examples of my results: Magadan 5940+7320 kHz - no Reg at 2200 UTC (scheduled) Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy 6075 kHz - no Reg at 0610 and 1800 (scheduled) Krasnoyarsk 6085 kHz - no Reg at 2310 (scheduled) Arkhangelsk 6160 kHz - no Reg at 0910 and 1410 (heard in December) Ulan Ude 6195 kHz - no Reg at 2110 and 2210 (scheduled) Yakutsk 7230 kHz - no Reg at 0810 (heard in December) There are always relays of Radio Rossii (EUR version or Duble versions for Far East) at those time scheduled for regional programs. I have found out that this year (2012) I have not heard any R.R. regional program on SW yet. Maybe some of our Russian friends are able to confirm or deny it. It is a pity if it is true. Re: [HCDX] Fw: [INTRUDER ALERT] Golos Rossiye (= Voice of Russia) on 7200 kHz 0800- 1500 UTC
Some questions... What's the problem if 7200 kHz will be in our schedule during two last months of B10? HAMs have 195 kHz at least for their SSB/CW operation during these daylight hours here in Europe, and that is not enough? Maybe I am under a delusion, but 41 broadcasting m.b. starts from 7200 kHz, or still from 7205 kHz? It seems 65th anniversary celebrations of Victory in the Great Patiotic War is the main reason to keep SW relays till this date at least... 73! [HCDX] Radio Rossii broadcasting reductions on SW
It is not Radio Sweden, but nevertheless lamentably... It seems some of Radio Rossii SW transmitters will leave the air for good starting tomorrow due to stress of money. I do not have all info yet but among these for a long time usable ones will be: 5930 Murmansk (0100-2100 UTC during the summer seasons), 6085 Krasnoyarsk (2100-1700), 6160 Arkhangelsk (0100-2100), 6195 Ulan Ude (2100-0100), etc. I am listening now Radio Rossii on 5930 kHz and cannot still believe that March 27, 2010 will be the last day of SW relays from Murmansk... 73! Re: [HCDX] Special EDXC transmission
Thanks, Anton and Ronny, for your comments. I am sorry that my we do not verify reports for this transmission is really too peremptory... Unfortunately, I really do not have any time now to confirm these reports (even by e-mail). On the other hand, I would like to publish our QSL card to the end of this year - but first of all I am planning to confirm most of the old receptions reports (for last some years) for our St.Petersbrug and (I hope) our former Kaliningrad locations. A lot of new reports (and time that will require for them) will make my goal too difficult... I do not know about any plans for EDXC St.Petersburg 2006 special QSL card from other sources yet - maybe our St.Petersburg DX Club could help? In any case, we can know about it later this month after special announcement, or not... Our special program was already recorded on Friday evening in the studio of Radio Gardarika located in the very popular St.Petersbrug night club called Metro. There are two parts of this talk-show including English one with Alexander Beryezkin (EDXC 2006 organizer), Anker Petersen (EDXC Auditor) and Tibor Szilagyi (EDXC Secretary general) and Russian one with Valentina Jolkver-Krasnopolskaya (DW), Vadim Alexeyev (VOR) and me (only some words). Thanks. Besides, as you are actually asking for reception reports you should consider yourself obligated to verify these reports in one way or another. This is a matter of common courtesy. We in Delsbo Radioklubb have made several special broadcasts over the years and naturally, sending out QSLs have had high priority. [HCDX] Russian International Radio
Starting from this afternoon a new Russian broadcaster (program) is on the air. Unfortunately, I do not remember their exact mediumwave schedule via our high-power transmitters (I will define it tomorrow), but here are some details (UTC): 1215 kHz 1900-2100 1386 kHz 1900-2000 or 2000-2100 1494 kHz 1500-1700 1494 kHz 2000-2100 (starting from August 10) Just checked them at 1500 on 1494 kHz: news at the beginning, ID at 1504 as Russkoye Mezhdunarodnoye Radio - Rossiya vsegda s toboi (= Russian International Radio - Russia is always with you), a lot of Russian modern lyric pop songs, at 1518 they announced their schedule as 1600-0100 Moscow time (=1200-2100 UTC). I could not find any // SW frequencies during my short monitoring at beginning of the hour. My friend Alexander Beryozkin (he is a well known Russian DXer from St.Petersburg too) just informed me that Russian International Radio is a joint project of our Voice of Russia and our Russkoye Radio (latest one is a world's biggest FM network including more that 700 local FM transmitters here in Russian and in the CIS). No any information about their postal/e-mail addresses yet. If you will check any of these MW frequencies please send me a copy of your possible future messages to any DX electronic lists...
