Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly. I’m thinking her mbx is corrupt. After doing some research I found related articles on insufficient storage but I don’t that that is the case. Any ideas? I don’t want to create a new mailbox and have the same issue. From: Michael B. You will definitely have to enable “unknown device support” in Exchange. Otherwise, you are going to need to look at HTTP logs to figure out what is going on.
