I ran 10.1.2 to 10.2.5 on 233MHz with RAM from 192 - 384 MB and a 20GB HD. It is reasonable to work with unless you are planning to do high-end graphic or video editing. I have since upgraded to Sonnet G4/500 and 512MB RAM which improves performance a lot. Btw, I bought the first 256MB from someone on eBay and the second one I harvested from my fiancé's TiBook 667 when he upgraded to 1GB. The other has a 256 on top and 128 on bottom. 384 total. Runs good and no problems. Both Macs have Sonnet upgrades but they worked well before the upgrades. It's not so simple, the two 'Books differ in their modules' ram-chip arraignment requirements. A PB G4 module can likely be used in a Pismo, but probably not in anything earlier. The Wallstreet uses 100MHz or greater As for the size, the Ti 550 can only use the 1.5 modules which are the same as the low profile module for the Wallstreet.
