2008-11-14 Thread shaun everiss
well I tried it again, no joy, I tried to play the pc eamon but it doesn't feel
right me having to go to vertual focus, feels disjointed.
I really don't feel like I am playing the game, like I am in the game, I feel
like I am playing the game on my computer, which I don't want.
I want to feel like I am in the game and not have to remember to push things
like vertual focus.
If the game had audio and sfx maybe.

try hitting Alt enter to come out of full screen mode, which for some
reason causes merry hell with Hal.

then, just press enter on the first option to install.

Re: [Audyssey] Eamon trouble

2008-11-14 Thread dark

Hi Sean.

the Eamon stuff apparently comes with basic, which is probably why it runs
okay on my windows Xp machine and doesn't require me to use dosbox or
similar.

what I found is when the games are maximized to full screen (as they are by
default), hal can't interact with them at all, so it's necessary to press
alt enter to get them back to a manageable console window.

the games themselves are actually text, however by default the main hall
(where you access all the other games), is graphical.

You can alter this in the control panel (option 7 from the first menue,
then option 2 to alter).

there is unfortunately one miner issue. The program uses a huge amount of
menues, arrow keys and enter style menues.

while the options are readable, it's a highlight box which actually shows
you what option you've selected. Unless you can check the text colour or
highlighting, there won't be an indication with a screen reader.

Once you actually start one of the adventure games though, everything is
pretty standard if stuff, with a limited parza, but heavy focus on turn
based combat and stats.

the only issue I'm having currently with hal is that when windowed, some
longer lines of text seem to disappear off the edge of the window and not be
displayed. i'm mucking about with console window settings to try and fix
this, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: [Audyssey] Eamon trouble

2008-11-14 Thread dark

Hmmm Sean.

Having played interactive fiction using the vf on several interpreters for
quite a few years, personally i don't mind switching.

Actually, i'm at the point now where I go into and out of vf naturally and
don't even register that I'm doing it, i'm much more taken up with the game
itself.

Of course, the text has to be atmospheric in the first place, and I'm not
sure if Eamon can do that, but I'll give it a chance.

Hi Charles,

Or if you are real lazy and spend allot of time at the command prompt you can
write a batch file that looks like

echo off
exit

Now put that in c:\windows and call it e.bat. So now all you do is type e and enter
rather than exit and enter. grin

I also have a short cut icon on the desk top to the command prompt. And then
there are a bunch of little batch files such as GoBak.bat, BoBas.bat, GoKit.bat
etc to take me to the directories where I make back up files, check things out
etc.

[Audyssey] Games for blind children?

2008-11-14 Thread John Bannick
Folks,

7-128 Software has just released a set of seven computer games for blind
children.

They are called Pizza Games and include:

Here Comes the Duck! A word game for 2 year olds. Kind of like jack in the
box.

And six more games for 3 - 7 year old kids:

The Letters Game
The Spelling Game
The Dictionary Game
The Numbers Game
The Numbers Plus Game (Addition)
The Numbers Minus Game (Subtraction)

All of these work with JAWS and self-voice.
They're inexpensive and work with Windows, including Win98, XP, and Vista.

We've been working on these with Perkins School for the Blind and the
Visually Impaired and Blind Users Group here in Boston.

They run in our Pizza Box, which is like our existing Game Book that
contains our games for people 7 to adult.

They come in two sets: Baby Bear, for kids 3 - 5, and Mama Bear, for kids
5 - 7. But you can also get individual games, the same as we do with the
Game Book.

We also plan to release next week a Home Schooling edition that lets the
home teacher create their own word lists.

Just wanted to get this in in response to Chris's post.

BTW. This also explains why I personally have not been posting much here
of late. Been in a very deep hole coding these puppies. And you developers
out there know how deep that hole can be.

Hi,
Generally speaking the armour follows the same principles as your weapons.
To b sure you can always view the item to make sure its mr, stamina, etc
is the same or better as your existing items. If you get say some sturdy
leather that may be roughly equal to common metal armour.

William L. Houts wrote:

I have a question about comparing gear in sryth and I couldn't seem to

common or good condition? I do think I read that it's better to have a
good dagger than a shoddy longsword, but I can't tell if the same
principle applies to armor.

Perhaps you could join the classroom yourself and learn a bit of english

Perhaps once you graduated you would know what a run on sentence is.
Perhaps after that, you could move over to the manners and etiquette

Perhaps after that, you could go out and contribute something to the

Perhaps if people patted the backs of those that donate their time to

That is nothing new. Not sure what is up with Jason as of late, I've not
been able to get a hold of him, and the fact his site has been hit with a
worm virus don't make matters any better.

[Audyssey] Eamon Deluxe For Vista Users

2008-11-14 Thread Trenton Matthews

Hello all:
For you folks that run on vista, including myself, here's an article I've

http://www.mydigitallife.info/2007/06/27/workaround-to-this-system-does-not-support-full-screen-mode-in-windows-vista/
To be safe on my part, I'm staying the orinal ms dos version of the eamon
adventures until another vista user can successfully get the deluxe series
to work. And yes folks, this of course is a microsoft problem obviously.

2008-11-14 Thread Bryan Peterson
First of all it's Blink Nation, not BLind Nation. As for your second
question, Myspace isn't necessarily very accessible to the blind and shows
no sign of becoming so anytime soon. And if you want my opinion Facebook is
even worse. But we're getting off topic here.

In my oppinion, blind nation isn't good.
Why not registering to a comunity like facebook or myspace?
We blind volks have much spetialised things, I don't think that we need
such

things like blindnation.
Sorry, but what a stupid name!

 Hi to Will,
Perhaps you could join the classroom yourself and learn a bit of english
grammar.

Perhaps once you graduated you would know what a run on sentence is.
Perhaps after that, you could move over to the manners and etiquette
classroom and pick up a few pointers.
Perhaps after that, you could go out and contribute something to the
community instead of standing back and taking cheap shots at someone that
is doing work benefitting others without a dime to show for it.
Perhaps if people patted the backs of those that donate their time to
help others out, instead of jumping on them for insignificant mistakes,
this would be a better world.

 Perhaps...

Good news. Liam got a full time job writing scripts for a company.

I am a slave to the corperate world. I get on the train at 5, get

I'm not exactly sure what the future will look like for LWorks. It is
possible the company may only need me part time, but.. For right now.
 I'm
going in on a daily basis. I will do the best I can to update
 existing

certainly will not close up shop. it's not fair to the people who

This is just an assumption but I think topspeed uses dot net framework? Maybe
you could try updateing that, even though I can't recall if I'm recalling

Exactly four years after the first public release of Top Speed 1.1,
an updated version of Top Speed 2 is available for testing. Top Speed
2.1 has some bug fixes compared to 2.0 aswell as some minor new
  features:

   the menu has been rearranged
some new sounds, tracks and cars
   more realistic physics model
support for custom tracks in multiplayer Known issues:
In the menu, two sounds won't be playing simultaneously anymore,
except in the local internet game selection menu, where this issue
   can still occur.
The ReadMe contains some 'empty' sections. This will be fixed in the
   final release.
Sometimes the game crashes when you leave the assign keys section of
the options menu The X-Sight Interactive TS2 Utility Pack also could
contain some bugs or problems. As this pack isn't a product of

to Damien Sadler for contributing the TS2Pack. Also a thank you for
Arjan Tool, Melanie van Egmond, Axel Vugts and Florian Bijers for the
   initial testing.
Note: This is a release candidate version, which means that the game
could still contain some bugs and issues. Please mail your bug

To the best of my understanding once a character has the tokens they

I have purchased some adventure tokens in Sryth. But I'm the kind of player
who deletes his characters if I decide there's something I could do better
and would like to know if the adventure tokens are available to my new
character or if they're simply lost?

Re: [Audyssey] Eamon trouble

2008-11-14 Thread shaun everiss
well I won't bother with this.
it may be just me but when I first tried the games in dos out on windows, even
when they worked I was never envolved, usually I can get into the story line,
check the hints if I am stuck or for background info.
However now I have to remember my screenreader functions as well which means I
am not playing the game, I am reading the game with a boring speech synth.
And that makes it not fun at all.
So its good we have hugo.
I have tried to play some others in hugo to, some of which are good especially
with the music although some music does mangle speech with its volume, mostly
though its good.
At 09:24 p.m. 13/11/2008, you wrote:
Hi Sean.

the Eamon stuff apparently comes with basic, which is probably why it runs
okay on my windows Xp machine and doesn't require me to use dosbox or similar.

what I found is when the games are maximized to full screen (as they are by
default), hal can't interact with them at all, so it's necessary to press alt
enter to get them back to a manageable console window.

the games themselves are actually text, however by default the main hall
(where you access all the other games), is graphical.

You can alter this in the control panel (option 7 from the first menue,
then option 2 to alter).

there is unfortunately one miner issue. The program uses a huge amount of
menues, arrow keys and enter style menues.

while the options are readable, it's a highlight box which actually shows you
what option you've selected. Unless you can check the text colour or
highlighting, there won't be an indication with a screen reader.

Once you actually start one of the adventure games though, everything is
pretty standard if stuff, with a limited parza, but heavy focus on turn
based combat and stats.

the only issue I'm having currently with hal is that when windowed, some
longer lines of text seem to disappear off the edge of the window and not be
displayed. i'm mucking about with console window settings to try and fix this,
but any suggestions would be appreciated.

I did try dark, however it just didn't feel right.
Yeah I also go in and out of vf but even when the text is like it is if the
menus are at the top of the screen especially well it really lowers the
purpose, I can't play without being interupted by the switch.
This is not helped that when I first had the system with windows, for about 5
more years I ran on and off with my old dos system, still playing games and
enjoying them.
After it died well.
At 09:27 p.m. 13/11/2008, you wrote:
Hmmm Sean.

Having played interactive fiction using the vf on several interpreters for
quite a few years, personally i don't mind switching.

Actually, i'm at the point now where I go into and out of vf naturally and
don't even register that I'm doing it, i'm much more taken up with the game
itself.

Of course, the text has to be atmospheric in the first place, and I'm not sure
if Eamon can do that, but I'll give it a chance.

Personally, i always just used the various skip paragraph functions to go
streight there in vf, so skipped the menues in If games.

I haven't yet tried a game with the win frotz map file though, which seems
(from the application notes), to have a custome application key for reading
the last message output by the game.

if that works that might solve your problem.

I'll be reinstalling Win frotz and win tads this weekend, so i'll let you

[Audyssey] dragonsword sounds will work

2008-11-14 Thread Kellie and my lovable Lady J.

Hey Michael,
I have been playing around with dragonsword and I have gotten the sounds to
work. I will do my best to explain how just let me know if ou need me to
clarify anything.
I read the online directions on dragonsword.com how to put the sounds in but
it is slightly different for our client. You will go into the vip mud folder
and then to the sounds folder. Under this folder you will create the ds
directory and inside that create the action subdirectory. so, essentially
creating a folder within a folder. You will then unzip the sounds into the
action directory. Then once you connect to the game remember to enable msp
sounds and you should be set. it is working just fine on my end now.

That's the one where you had to escape the maze right? I seem to
remember there was a Leprechaun who would give you gold if you caught
him and then a villain who would throw you to a random location and
 also
steal your gold if he caught you. I never did complete that one.

 Hi.
There's a windows version of the great escape on braille soft.
 I have that version.
That's the first text adventure I played on the apple computer. I'd
like to find a good accessible emulator to mess with those again.
I also remember lemonade stand, apples, space invadors, dragon maze,
 and a lot of others.

Re: [Audyssey] Eamon Deluxe

2008-11-14 Thread Rick

I got it installed and configured for text mode.
But it's so slow . I waited a half hour for it to read the intro screen and
it still didn't finish.

Is there any way to speed it up?
I had better luck with PC eamon.

I didn't get anything, I put the install and the edx files in the root
run install,
then push c
then push enter
wait.
push enter.
then go to task manager and end the ntvdm process.

[Audyssey] vip mud

2008-11-14 Thread Kellie and my lovable Lady J.

Hey all,
I know there are many people who have asked questions or don't understand
the use of vip mud. I am willing to try and put together a tutorial for it
since I use it frequently. I can't promise how good it will be written since
I am not the greatest at writing but I understand vip mud a least a bit.
What I want to know is what sort of trouble is everyone having? what
questions are there or what are people unsure of? This way I can work off
that and address the issues. I do not understand how to actually write my
own scripts yet. though I would like to learn, but the rest of the stuff I
am comfortable with.

Re: [Audyssey] vip mud

2008-11-14 Thread Kirstan Mooney
I haven't looked at Vip for a while, but one thing that *really* puts me
off, is the need of having to know a little scripting to make even the
easiest Trigger. I remember it seemed very difficult, but I sure would love
to know how, to give this client a decent go. I currently use Gmud, which
is such an easy client to make triggers, alias's and macros in. I also got
a bit lost, when I tried to figure out, if Vip could have macros too?
So, any help with these things would be greatly appreciated.
Kirstan.

Windows command line, formerly Dos, ec as it still comes in handy these
days for some older games and programs.

Re: [Audyssey] vip mud

2008-11-14 Thread Chris Hallsworth
Hi thanks a lot. I got it to work, but I'll have to research on how to play.
I was able to look in different directions but that's about it. Sorry but
this is all new to me. It's like Mirc but a lot different that's for sure.
Think my friends will enjoy it though once I at least understand the
concept.

the use of vip mud. I am willing to try and put together a tutorial for
it

since I use it frequently. I can't promise how good it will be written
since I am not the greatest at writing but I understand vip mud a least a
bit. What I want to know is what sort of trouble is everyone having? what
questions are there or what are people unsure of? This way I can work off
that and address the issues. I do not understand how to actually write my

A good trailer. It could have been better, I think, if there was more
description such as what monsters were attacking, the weapon used to defeat
them, and that sort of thing, but we'll find those things out when we play.

Greetings gamers,
USA Games Interactive would like to announce the release of the long
awaited audio trailer for Mysteries of the Ancients Alpha 1. In this
trailer you will follow Angela Carter as she explores an underground
temple. However, unlike the full game Angela Carter has been given most of
her weapons at the beginning of the game so that we might better show off
some of her new weapons, attacks, and what is in store for later levels of
the game
Developers note. .Do to financial reasons we have not been able to
purchase original music and have not yet completed adding original sound
effects to MOTA. Music and player sounds for the trailer have been
borrowed from Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness.

Hi Tom,
I really liked the new MOTA trailer.
There was only one thing I didn't understand.
What sounded like Gold Boys
Could it have been gold coins?
I noticed the pistol ammo didn't sound like it should but think that is
probably a placeholder sound.

It would be nice to identify what she is shooting at or killing such as
skeleton in 30 feet.
and after killing it
dead skeleton.
Good work!

 Hi Ryan,
MS Dos hasn't shipped with Windows since Windows 95. However, Windows XP
does have what is called the Windows command prompt which will run
several older Dos applications. To access it just press the Windows
Key+r and type command. Press enter on ok and you will get a command
prompt in order to type commands.
Now, I really do feel like an old fart. You younger kids really have no
idea what using computers were like say 15 years ago when Dos was the
only thing we had. Windows had just came out, butJaws for Windows,
Window Eyes, etc didn't exist yet so we happily typed commands all day
long. It might do everyone some good if they could learn about the
Windows command line, formerly Dos, ec as it still comes in handy these
days for some older games and programs.

I haven't looked at Vip for a while, but one thing that *really* puts me
off, is the need of having to know a little scripting to make even the
easiest Trigger. I remember it seemed very difficult, but I sure would
love

to know how, to give this client a decent go. I currently use Gmud, which
is such an easy client to make triggers, alias's and macros in. I also
got

a bit lost, when I tried to figure out, if Vip could have macros too?
So, any help with these things would be greatly appreciated.

 Hi Tom,
I really liked the new MOTA trailer.
 Good work!

 Greetings gamers,
USA Games Interactive would like to announce the release of the long

of her weapons at the beginning of the game so that we might better show
off some of her new weapons, attacks, and what is in store for later
 levels of the game
Developers note. .Do to financial reasons we have not been able to
purchase original music and have not yet completed adding original sound

Re: [Audyssey] Games for blind children?

2008-11-14 Thread Thomas Ward

Hi Chris,
I guess it really depends on what age group you are looking at.
Obviously, many of Jim Kitchen's games such as Skunk, Hangman, Yatzi,
Snakes and Ladders, etc would be great for children. The 7-128 Gamebook
sold on my web site is generally for kids ages 7 to adult. GMA Mine
Buster and Solitare are probably are alright for older kids. The
Spoonbill games like Uno, Solitare, Hearts, etc also would be ok too.
Like I said I guess there are quite a few, but it would be helpful to
know the age group in question.

Re: [Audyssey] vip mud

2008-11-14 Thread Kellie and my lovable Lady J.
I kept getting frustrated when I first started. It is like the text fiction
games only in real time with a multy user player base.

The best way to get it, is patients, practice, help from others and reading
the help files as well as going through the mud school if the particular one
you play has it. If it is a good dmud you can ask for assistance on there
and ppl will answer any questions you have at the time.

I play materia magica and that is how I really got comfortable.
Each mud has their own way of entering commands however the basic idea is
the same. some of the basic general commands that cross over are the
directional commands, up down, east west, etc. open or close on object, such
as a door. look for looking in a room. That can be expanded to look at
something as well.
kill for attacking something flee for running from a battle. There are many
many more commands, some specific to the mud you try. How much detail
required to make a command work also depends on the mud. I didn't know
anyone when I started on MM. I read help files and just asked questions and
slowly but surely I learned it. You won't understand all there is to know
right away. you become mor knowledgeable as you go along. I really urge to
ask for assistance in game as well as reading help files since each game can
varry so much.

Sorry but this is all new to me. It's like Mirc but a lot different that's

Re: [Audyssey] Daus.

2008-11-14 Thread Thomas Ward

Hi Trenton,
Well, with Windows 98 and ME Dos was used to bootstrap the Windows OS,
to load it, but it wasn't pure Dos as we understand Dos. You could
however run Dos applications through the Windows command line shell,
command prompt, as you can with later Windows operating systems, but
Dos, the operating system, was not really a fully functional Dos
operating system like shipped with Windows 95.
Windows 2000 and Windows XP, however, have no Dos in them. They are
built on a completely different kernel, and the command prompt was
provided for backwards compatibility with older Dos applications and
various command line utilities.

Re: [Audyssey] random appearance of monsters

2008-11-14 Thread Thomas Ward

Hi Charles,
Well, i wouldn't go as far to say it isn't worth the work. I do agree
adding random monsters would improve replay value a lot. I've been
thinking about the problem and there could be a way to do it without
killing myself. So after I get done getting level 1 stable I will look
into random monsters more and see if it is remotely possible without a
lot of extra work. I get that request so much that it almost seams like
a major disappointment for gamers if I don't do it.
Not only that, but I do see what everyone is saying. I've played MOTA
alot this passed week and it is to the point where everything is
automatic. Shoot this centaur, grab the gold key, grab the dagger/sword,
go kill the skeleton behind the statue, get the potion and gold coins,
etc. It would be very nice if instead of a skeleton it would be a harpy
or centaur. Instead of a centaur you get a skeleton or harpy. Whatever
just make it different enough that the game isn't totally the same thing
all the time. Besides if I add more random items it might improve its
sales chances. Always something to keep in mind.

Charles Rivard wrote:
Rats. It isn't worth the time, expense, and effort. Ah well. No
problem. What we get'll be good, I'm sure. Some ideas may be cool,

Re: [Audyssey] Daus.

2008-11-14 Thread Thomas Ward

Hi Charles,
Grin. I still write batch files. Most of the time I do it for software
development purposes. Like if I have a large Java project i use a batch
file to automate the compile process and create the jar file.
I also use a command line C/C++ compiler called gcc, and the best way to
build stuff is use a batch file that compiles everything for me. It
takes all the grunt work out of typing everything.
So, hey, writing batch files are fun. I am still a command line geek at
heart. I sometimes miss the days when Dos was the only thing in town. At
least back then i could install the entire OS using Jaws for Dos.

Charles Rivard wrote:
Ah. Wasn't it fun writing batch files and seeing them work after you

Unfortunately, the only skilled reader that could be found at the time
had to stop reading for me during the learning of COBOL. I had to
drop out of a fast-paced course due to this.

Hi Ryan,
Yes. In Windows 95 you could restart Windows 95 in MS Dos mode which
would reboot into MS Dos 7.0. However, that feature was removed from
Windows 98. At least the pif files that caused the system to reboot into
Dos mode at any rate. I do remember at the time if you had a system
running 95 around you could copy a couple of files to your 98 system and
force it to reboot into Dos mode. Though, I can't remember how to do it
these days. Too long ago.

Hi Claudio,
Sorry, but I really can't do that. In my opinion that would be dishonest
as well as cheating myself out of a chance to sell Raceway. At this
point there aren't that many Raceway pre-orders, perhaps 50, to fill and
giving away 150 to 200 copies would kill any chance of making anything
off of it. I can't afford to do that since I have invested quite a bit
of money into the production of that product.

But there's an easy way:
We could make a deal.

Yes yes I know that this isn't the product the user want, but anyway.
I don't need the game...

Hi Phil,
Scansoft Karen is saying gold coins. I guess your misunderstanding of
what Karen is saying is not being use to hearing her Australian accent.
Though, I am quite use to it since I always play using that Sapi 5 voice
so I don't notice that problem as much.
That said, I'd like to point out that MOTA is fully Sapi 5 compliant. So
you can use any Sapi 5 voice with the game you like or own.
Now, as for the monsters here is what you heard. The breaking bones were
skeleton warriors falling to the ground and shaddering. The charging
hoof beats and the male voices belonged to the centaurs. The female
enemies with the electric lightning bolts were harpies. I shot one with
a shotgun and the other with the HK MP5. Unfortunately, do to a bug in
the game you can't hear there wings flapping as they fly towards you. I
don't know what is up with that, but in any case I killed them before
they could get their licks in.

Cheers.

Hey all,
I know there are many people who have asked questions or don't understand
the use of vip mud.

Hi Trenton,
All of the menus, stats, etc are spoken by Sapi 5 compliant voices. So
if you have a TTS engine like Realspeak, ATT, Cepstral, or MS Sapi that
is what it will use to speak everything.

Cheers.

2008-11-14 Thread Thomas Ward

Hi Charles,
Actually, the game does announce what weapons I am using. You might
want to listen
to the trailer again. When I get a pistol out of Angela's inventory it
will say
pistol. When i take out a shotgun it says shotgun. When I take out the
HK MP5 it
says M)P5. If you listen closer to the trailer you will pick up which
weapons were

demoed in the trailer.
Smile.

Charles Rivard wrote:
A good trailer. It could have been better, I think, if there was more
description such as what monsters were attacking, the weapon used to

Greetings gamers,
USA Games Interactive would like to announce the release of the long
awaited audio trailer for Mysteries of the Ancients Alpha 1. In this
trailer you will follow Angela Carter as she explores an underground
temple. However, unlike the full game Angela Carter has been given
most of her weapons at the beginning of the game so that we might
better show off some of her new weapons, attacks, and what is in
store for later levels of the game
Developers note. .Do to financial reasons we have not been able to
purchase original music and have not yet completed adding original
sound effects to MOTA. Music and player sounds for the trailer have
been borrowed from Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness.

[Audyssey] Top Speed

2008-11-14 Thread Kevin Weispfennig
Hi Gamers,

i wanna say a few things:
Top Speed is a really cool game and i play it verry often. But that
with the curfes. Like if a sighted person playes one of there Car
racing games they knew when to brake because they see the Curfes
faster. Like they are driving on a straight area and then there's a
hairpen right. They see that verry fast and have time to brake. But
in Top Speed or so you get Hairpen Bum YOu can't hear which Site
and you hear it way to late. Can you make that the Copilot is
saying it a little urlyer because then you have time to brake or
something. But like in the new adventure WHICH IS GREAT BY THE
WAY there are manny hairpen turns. But you crash really often in
to them because you don't know which direction because you hear
Hairpen and then Crash. So that can be a little urlyer. That's the
onnly thing that i have to say. I really like the new Top Speed
version. It's cool.

But that with the curves...

Hi Phil,
Scansoft Karen is saying gold coins. I guess your misunderstanding of what
Karen is saying is not being use to hearing her Australian accent. Though,
I am quite use to it since I always play using that Sapi 5 voice so I
don't notice that problem as much.
That said, I'd like to point out that MOTA is fully Sapi 5 compliant. So
you can use any Sapi 5 voice with the game you like or own.
Now, as for the monsters here is what you heard. The breaking bones were
skeleton warriors falling to the ground and shaddering. The charging hoof
beats and the male voices belonged to the centaurs. The female enemies
with the electric lightning bolts were harpies. I shot one with a shotgun
and the other with the HK MP5. Unfortunately, do to a bug in the game you
can't hear there wings flapping as they fly towards you. I don't know what
is up with that, but in any case I killed them before they could get their
licks in.

Cheers.

Hello Thomas!
That's hard to hear that you are working on a projekt that you don't like.
But there's an easy way:
We could make a deal.
You drop the projekt and finish raceway.
The buyers from the mota game will become raceway for free.
Yes yes I know that this isn't the product the user want, but anyway.
I don't need the game...

Kirstan.

Hey all,
I know there are many people who have asked questions or don't understand
the use of vip mud.

Oh, I meant the ms dos prompt had the same features as just plain dos as apose

Sorry don't wanna tell someone else that it is if that's not right, but I do

  Hi,
Umm... no. As i said up thread Dos was used to boot the Windows 98 OS,
but you really couldn't reboot and run Dos on its own like you could do
with Windows 95. You could use a 98 Dos boot disk to run Dos that way,
but it didn't contain everything that true Dos has.

2008-11-14 Thread Thomas Ward

Hi Phil,
Actually, that should be quite doable. The Genesis 3D engine was
designed to aim up, down, or level as well as the direction you are
facing. All I need to do is uncomment those commands to make it active
in MOTA.
The only reason I didn't earlier is the fact this was suppose to be a 2D
platformer and not really an FPS title. Though, if everyone is game for
it, hey, I can have it in place tonight.

Hi Bryan,
It would be a piece of cake. As I just told Phil the code to aim up and

keystrokes to let you move the aim up and down, and change a couple of
boolean flags and wham it works.

Hey all,

It's been a very long time since I've played this game, and I'm

gotten a guild character with guild bonuses and such.

However, I forgot the path to take to get to Trithik. Not really sure
how to figure that out. Right now I'm just attempting to finish this
quest.

Also, how can I raise my Melee Rating? It's 26 right now which is a

Thanks.

the Travel link. If you're going from Hawkelor, you travel to the Hart
Hills, then to southwest Tysa, then Western Tysa and through to northwest
Tysa. Trithik will be one of the linksyoucan go to from there. I'm having
a little doubt right now, and thinking it might be Western Tysa, but the
principle is the same and I'm pretty sure it's northwest.

Hope this helps!

Subject: [Audyssey] Sryth: Trithik

Hey all,

It's been a very long time since I've played this game, and I'm getting
into it again. I now have a guild subscription, and had just gotten a
guild character with guild bonuses and such.

However, I forgot the path to take to get to Trithik. Not really sure how
to figure that out. Right now I'm just attempting to finish this quest.

Also, how can I raise my Melee Rating? It's 26 right now which is a bit
low.

Thanks.
