Support in Premier account is great. It has consolidated billing that let's 
you pay once a month and you can do a bank transfer instead of just credit 
card payment.

I have only one complain, in the dashboard you no longer get to see the 
actual charges per day :( (Though there is a chrome plugin that estimates 
the cost, it's not as much fun as the default dashboard that used to show 
the daily costs for each resource consumed).

I was also surprised and thankful for Alexis's honesty. The fact that no 
one ever heard about this is interesting.

I tried to prevent my brain from calculating a what-if scenario. but 
couldn't. however I see that 50% of my current instance bill is less than 
500$'s, what a relief :)

I am very surprised to hear about the discounted instance pricing; that is 
a HUGE benefit that I would think Google would want to advertise; perhaps 
they have not decided if it will be a permanent feature of Premier?

With a Premier account all our apps instances benefit from the reduced 
pricing ($0.05/hour) as if they were reserved ones. That was a good 
surprise for us (as we did not see it mentioned anywhere) and we actually 
made savings switching to Premier while no longer having to perform this 
annoying optimization with reserved instances.
Premier also allowed us to pay our bills later (monthly invoice), which is 
great when you encounter growth and need more time for the money to come in 
(delays with Ad providers payments etc.).

About the support, you can issue tickets with a priority. Depending on the 
priority we set, we use to have an answer within 10 minutes to 24 hours. 
Then the quality of the support we received so far highly depended on who 
would deal with our tickets (we always have had our tickets resolved but 
sometimes the support guy is more efficient and gives more insights).

It was *really* hard to get a premier account when it was first published, 
'shut up and take my money' principle doesn't apply to premier accounts, 
they say it is easier now
I don't know how the experience is, but I haven't seen anyone with a 
Premier account complaining about the experience, so it must be good

To be honest, the only use case of a Premier account I can think of is to 
increase the minutely/daily limits of Appengine, they just don't do that 
otherwise (at least they didn't use to)

Other than that, support here is great
