meh, you just have to build communities like UA. Sadly UA have organisation issues themselves, for example I've been waiting to join the hlstats team for about 6 months now, but because they are a registered US charity this causes various liability issues with certain other investments. There is no ideal, but the kids will often get to the proper places in the end; one can only hope that the mature nature of the proper places will come through and provide solutions.
