I'd argue that not counting points on *any* servers is a glitch. The
rewards are untradable, so please open them up to community servers.

The fix for the out-of-date notifications not working should be released in the 
next update.  It's in the TF beta right now.  Fixes that require updates to 
Steam binaries take a little while to push out and extra care.

Hey guys,

What's the quickest way to update TF2 servers? It seems when I update mine It 
takes about an hour yet the big communities seem to have there's up and online 
in 10 minutes.

Required for TF2, optional for other games.

The srcds base in and of itself (regardless of which mod is running)
gets an update that is *not* required.
All TF2 servers will get a content update of some description that
will make the update mandatory.
