ensamblar and they are coherent with the word stitch.

that's OK - the process with `msgmerge` is quite tolerant of what source you 
use to translate.  Worse case the latest strings don't get translated, but it 
is still better to have a partial translation than none at all.

Yes. Some time ago I thought about that possibility too, but
"ensamblar", according to the RAE, goes more towards to join, to adjust,
to assemble. "Empalmar", instead,  goes more in direction to interlace,
which seems to be the intention of the author(s). But I could be wrong.

Its Ernesto friend, anyway, consider that file a first revision...I might
make another one...and change the file to es_la.po..I left some translation
strings empty because i could not find words to refer to them..and I think
one needs a correction to see if there is a spanish translation, im talking
about feature matching...

There are some suggestions i think it might come in handy, for example where
it says empalmar, you could use the frase ensamblaje del panorama for

Cpfind can also be used with caching the keypoints to files. In this
setting the cached files can be removed at the end with this cleanup
setting. (for cpfind it would be "--clean %s" and the other setting

If you are using TortoiseHG, you will find the "push" button in the
context menu "TortoiseHG/Synchronize" and also in "TortoiseHG/
Repository Explorer" (Menu Synchronize/Push)
For easier pushing you can modify the setting: Select "Repository
Settings" in the "TortoiseHG" context menu of the folder. In the
section "Synchronize" add a new setting with an alias/name e.g.
"writeRepo" and the URL 
ssh://your-sourceforge-usern...@hugin.hg.sourceforge.net/hgroot/hugin/hugin
, close the settings dialog. (This needs to be done only once.)
Before pushing you can select this setting in the combobox.

yes.  it takes a little while to get used to it, but basically it is:

In recent versions you can go to the About menu and copy & paste the full 
version string and other feedback-relevant information from the System tab.

In Kubuntu (but I don't know if it is the same on other systems) I can also 
copy the full version string from under the logo in the About menu.

fixed with the patch, so it won't make it into 2010.4.  But thank you for

Should be OK.  I merged it into the exiting es.po.  There was one small 
technical typo on line 412 at character 50 (the carriage return control 
sequence).

Where did you uploaded the new po file? It's not in the public
repository nor in the bug tracker.
If you commited your changes to your local repository you need to push
them to the repository at SF so that other people can also use them,
otherwise they are only in your local repo.

[hugin-ptx] Cpfind feature detection and extraction technical details

Just wondering if any paper has been published in regards to the
technical details behind the feature detection in cpfind? I've found
the panotools wiki page, but am looking for more details (is the
detector Hessian, Harris, DoG, etc. based).

My interest is evaluating feature detection and description between
historic repeat photo pair (www.mountainlegacy.ca). I've found many
detectors implemented for use of research at featurespace.org, but
thought it might interesting to include a comparison with cpfind.
