If the crash is related to the fast preview window, start Hugin with pressed ctrl key and deactivate the fast preview window. Then some functions are not accessible. But when you can load the images now, the crash is related to the fast preview window. The ctrl key pressed works for me, after trying 32 and 64bit versions on Win7-x64. Also I have an Intel HD graphics card on the notebook (Intel core 2 duo SU7300 on Dell Inspiron). I'm not familiar with Window but I think I remember that sometimes graphic card driver issues can cause problems: https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!searchin/hugin-ptx/win$20graphic$20card$20driver Do you load images per drag and drop or do you use the load images button? Does that make a difference? Did you try to trash the prefs file? Can you make some of your image files available so people can test on their platforms?
