I just got back from SHARE and it was a very good PARTY.
And it was good to see a LOT of new faces in the VM and LINUX sessions.
And Rick filmed a LOT more than just the PARTY, probably enough to do a 
feature length MOVIE of VM'rs at there best and at there not so best. ;)

You should not have been surprised. Admitted, your products are niche
products. However, they have filled a very important niche for some very
large VM shops. Without them, TPF development would be very primitive,
small scale, and expensive compared to what it is today. VPARS and VTAPE
were absolutely essential as enablers for growth in this area. In
addition, you have set a very high standard in customer support, one
which is met by very few. I wonder how the knights overlooked you in the
past.

morning.  Since I have never been able to attend SHARE I never
expected that I would be inducted into the Order of the Knights of
VM.  And being on VM's 35th birthday makes it even more special.

I am extremely honored to have been nominated and inducted into the Order of
the Knights of VM.  When I read my name on the list it came as a complete
surprise.  

 

My thanks to whoever nominated me and those that thought I was worthy of
such an honor.  I do love VM and wish I could have attended its birthday
party to give my thanks in person.
