About a week and a half or so ago I received a packet from the claims admin from Minneapolis. I'm guessing it's the same as the one Jeremy got. Verify licenses submit corrections etc. I too am short several thousand dollars and have 60 days to prove volume licenses were indeed purchased. More fun added on top of a building project. This is the very reason that the technology directors need to be a part of the Iowa Core implementation process. I am going to leave my personal opinions about the value of the ICC training aside, but we all need to be active in the planning at our buildings. If you are not currently a part of this core group, put yourself in it for building and district level planning. I know we all hate meetings especially finding more to attend but the ONLY way we will have access to the MS money (at least this batch) will be with ICC tie-ins. Karl H. Once we know more of what the DE wants on those plans for the Microsoft money, we will address that. Until then, we are just planning on doing it. Our Curriculum Director is well aware of the money that is available, but also knows that nothing can be done yet. We never sent those originally, since the form said we didn't need to. We listed the vendor and our purchase information on a spreadsheet that the vendor supplied us. I figured that would be enough.
