PC CLIent ada yg kena virus dg gejala sbb: - kirim email dg subject : wish you x merry christmas dimana x adalah account email yg ada di address book - begitu terhubung dengan internet akan langsung kirim email tsb diatas Sudah coba discan pakai Mcafee, norton dan avg dgn patch terbaru tidak ditemukan virus. Dilihat di registri juga tidak ada proses yg aneh. Mohon bantuannya dong krn sudah mentok nih! hi guyz, nanya dong.. kompie gw setiap masuk windows ada warning window yg berjudul 'Windows File Protection' dengan isi pesan (kurang lebih): please insert the windows XP CD...bal bla.., lalu tombol 'RETRY' 'ABORT' dan 'CANCEL'. kalau di klik cancel keluar lg warning : are you sure want to keep the last version of windows XP? kl di OK yaudah ketutup, tapi sering bgt muncul lagi dan lagi setiap beberapa menit. Bbrp hari yang lalu saya beli monitor philips 107s second... saya coba tes dari pagi s.d malam untuk menonton tv. Mohon info dari rekan2 yang sudah berpengalaman dengan monitor philips, apakah normal klo monitor tersebut bunyi seperti stabilisator (kletek..kletek.. kurang lebih gitu... :) trus menjadi sedikit redup? btw, untuk info monitor tsb saya langsung colok ke saklar, ngak pake stabiliser bukan dari PSU komputer. Saya ada sedikit pengalaman mungkin bisa membantu ; 1. Install mail server di server anda , bisa mdaemon,exchange,sme dari linux ataupun semua jenismailserver. 2. Minta isp anda untuk mengarahkan mx record 10 domain anda ke ip mail server anda karena kalau tidak maka mail server anda cuma bisa ngirim e_mail tapi tidak bisa terima e_mail, itu kalau mail server anda satu kalau mail server anda dua , minta juga isp anda untuk mengarahkan mx record 20 domain anda ke mail server anda yang kedua ( dua mail server menghindari queueing yang terlalu banyak dan bisa juga pemisahan antara smtp server dan pop3 server) , bila domain anda belum mempunyai mx record minta isp anda untuk create. 3. setelah poin 2 selesai maka e_mail akan masuk ke mail server anda dalam jangka waktu paling sedikit 1 x 24 jam setelah perubahan dan akan replicate ke seluruh dunia paling tidak dalam kurun waktu 2 minggu. Sepertinya juragan Indra mo install winXP ya?or win NT series?kl mmg gtu biar ga perlu install software2 application lg, pilih 'upgrade' maka file system win98senya akan direplace/upgrade dgn file2 system baru, tanpa mengganggu file2 system yg sdh terinstall sebelumnya. Namun perlu diingat tdk semua aplikasi under win98se bisa kompetibel dgn winXP. Dan bila di pilih New install maka file system Win98se akan dipisah dari file system OS winXP or win NT, sebagai contoh saat boot akan kluar 2 pilihan (dual boot) apakah boot via win98SE or WinXP. Mohon bantuan rekan-rekan, Sekolah kami ingin membeli Projector bekas (ngak kuat kalau beli yang baru) hehehe. Rencananya akan digunakan di lab. komputer. Kemarin lihat di singapore banyak pilihannya dari hara SGD 200 merek ASK hingga SGD 800 untuk Infocus. Apa yang harus diperhatikan dalam memilih projector bekas, supaya ngak sia-sia belinya. = Pertama-tama tentukan dulu spesifikasi yang Anda butuhkan. Kalo ruangan besar, minimal butuh 1500-2000 Lumens (apalagi kalo rencananya mau digunakan dengan kondisi pencahayaan terang, bukan gelap kaya bioskop). Setelah itu cek lamp timer. Sudah berapa lama umur lampu dipakai? Harga lampu ini lumayan mahal loh... dan harus rutin diganti setiap 1500-3000 jam. Sisanya yah liat fisik deh, tombol2, feature, kelengkapan, lensa (zoom/focus), etc. Itu aja sih IMHO... masalah kebisingan, progressive scan, dsb-nya itu tidak perlu diperhitungkan (apalagi untuk Anda yang tight budget). Asal nyala dan masih bagus (plus murah) rasanya udah qualified. [ITCENTER] Bagaimana cara menghilangkan BAD SECTOR pada Harddisk???
Dear Para Master Komputer, Saya punya permasalahan mengenai harddisk saya. HD saya berkapasitas 20GB dan merknya Seagate Baracuda, problem yang sering terjadi adalah ngehang ketika saya hendak memindahkan data dari partisi C: ke D:. Hal pertama yang saya kira mungkin dari OS-nya yang bermasalahan sehingga menyebabkan hang pada proses pemindahan data, tetapi setelah saya teliti lebih lanjut ternyata di HD saya ini terdapat BAD SECTOR. Mungkin karena itu sering terjadi hang saat pemindahan data. Buat para master2 komputer...Bagaimana cara menghilangkan BAD SECTOR pada Harddisk??? Terima Kasih. Menurut saya yang bagus dan murah kalau kita pake senao yang 2511 dan antennanya pake kenbotong. Kalau ilmu murni seperti psikologi bisa semakin relevan dari abad ke abad seperti yang ditulis William James si bapak Psikologi aliran pragmatisme itu sehingga terus di cetak ulang,sedangkan yang terjadi pada sebagian buku komputer justru sebaliknya - lain ladang, lain ilalang!. Padahal kerja nya tiap-tiap hari tak bisa dianggap enteng - kalau harus menyelesaikan program - dahi bisa jadi berkerut, mata menjadi sayu dan wajah yang sudah tidak fresh tambah tampak buram karena terlalu banyak tersedot efek elektomagnetiknya komputer. Ilmunya terus berkembang dan berlari secara estafet tapi nama di belakangnya jarang-jarang tercatat, tetap saja teknisi - si para tukang. Kalau katanya Umar Kayam, sumber daya manusia dengan pengertiannya yang ekonomis - materialistis - teknokratis (Dialog, Siap Pakai dan Terampil - Kompas,4 Februari 1997). Bahkan Umar Kayam sempat mengulas tentang pikiran C.P. Snow -novelis dan ahli fisika- yang dikhawatirkannya hanya sekedar menjadi obrolan yang Utopia bahwa manusia manusia seperti kita terlalu mengkotak-kotakkan antara eksakta dan Non-eksakta sehingga tidak mampu menyeberangi berbagai bentuk cabang ilmu. Sejauh mata memandang di teknik sangat jarang yang tahu karya sastra, tulisan pramoedya ananta toer, Budi Darma atau lain-lainnya bahkan yang se-kontroversial Ayu Utami pun bisa menjadi pembicaraan yang cukup membuat roaming telinga apalagi sejarah khususnya Indonesia di tahun 1965 yang masih menjadi pembicaraan cukup sengit sampai sekarang, yang gencar justru komik-komik dari jepang yang dioper dari satu tangan ke tangan berikutnya dan sesekali foto-foto aktor aktris mandarin yang banyak menghias serial cinta di televisi - setidaknya itu pendapat pribadi dari saya, dari yang saya amati, dari tempat dimana saya kuliah. Kalau membuat program memang canggih dan hebatnya bukan main bahkan kalau misal ada VCD dan DVD-nya bisa mendapat label two thumb's up! . Sedang untuk urusan sastra hanya dianggap isapan jempol belaka,- Lalu salah siapa ini? warisan abad pertengahan yang terlalu menspesialisasikan universitas ke dalam fakultas-fakultas? salahnya orang eksakta? orang non-eksakta? atau salahmu sendiri? Memang pengertian-pengertian tentang hal ini akan lebih membawa ke arah pesimisme lebih-lebih ilmu murni yang selalu dianggap lebih tinggi dari ilmu-ilmu tukang tersebut - ilmu-ilmu teknik, sehingga kita jadi cenderung tidak mau bergerak dan stagnant. Alasannya, Buat apa? mau apa? toh akhirnya sudah kita tahu! Putus asa terlebih dahulu karena sudah menyadari jalan akhirnya nanti, seharusnya ini bisa menjadi kasus yang cukup unik. Ilmunya terus berkembang dan berlari secara estafet tapi nama di belakangnya jarang-jarang tercatat, tetap saja teknisi - si para tukang. Kalau katanya Umar Kayam, sumber daya manusia dengan pengertiannya yang ekonomis - materialistis - teknokratis (Dialog, Siap Pakai dan Terampil - Kompas,4 Februari 1997). Bahkan Umar Kayam sempat mengulas tentang pikiran C.P. Kalau membuat program memang canggih dan hebatnya bukan main bahkan kalau misal ada VCD dan DVD-nya bisa mendapat label two thumb's up! . Sedang untuk urusan sastra hanya dianggap isapan jempol belaka,- Lalu salah siapa ini? warisan abad pertengahan yang terlalu menspesialisasikan universitas ke dalam fakultas-fakultas? salahnya orang eksakta? orang non-eksakta? atau salahmu sendiri? Memang pengertian-pengertian tentang hal ini akan lebih membawa ke arah pesimisme lebih-lebih ilmu murni yang selalu dianggap lebih tinggi dari ilmu-ilmu tukang tersebut - ilmu-ilmu teknik, sehingga kita jadi cenderung tidak mau bergerak dan stagnant. Alasannya, Buat apa? mau apa? toh akhirnya sudah kita tahu! Putus asa terlebih dahulu karena sudah menyadari jalan akhirnya nanti, seharusnya ini bisa menjadi kasus yang cukup unik. Ga salah juga sih bung Albert.. pentium 3 juga bisa remote2 ... buat gua.. processor 2.8, fsb 800, cache 1Mb, HT.. jalan dgn ram 1 Giga..
