[ITCENTER] Inbox tidak jalan di Outlook 2003..?
Dear Teman, mo tnya, saya konfigurasi ms outlook 2003 utk email dari server email saya, untuk settingannya mulai dari incoming mail server(POP3), outgoing mail server(SMTP) sudah sesuai dengan server emailnya, setelah selesai konfigurasinya, saya tes dengan tombol Test Account Settings, dan hasilnya ms outlook berhasil mengirimkan testing email ke server email saya, saya juga coba mengirimkan email ke beberapa account lain misal ke yahoo ato google lewat ms outlook dan berhasil, cuma masalahnya, ketika email server saya menerima email dari luar , kenapa inbox di outlook saya tidak bisa keluar email yg ada di server mail saya, artinya outlook saya cuma bisa kirim email aja, tidak bisa terima email, ini kenapa ya..??, mohon pencerahaanya...many2 tx ya... Ada suatu kebijakan IT yang bunyinya kira-kira begini semua fasilitas kantor termasuk e-mail, internet digunakan hanya untuk menunjang bisnis perusahaan, dalam arti hanya untuk keperluan kantor. Jadi kalo untuk hal - hal pribadi atau join milis mendingan pake yahoo aja atau gmail. Nah masalah admin di kantor anda yang berperilaku demikian, itu bisa dilakukan atas seijin manajemen, nah dia melakukan itu atas sepengetahuan manajemen apa enggak. Karena orang IT bukan penguasa server, orang IT bukan penguasa bandwidth. Menyadap e-mail karyawan bisa saja dilakukan untuk kepentingan kantor. Contoh kasus : untuk mengetahui siapa yang membocorkan informasi rahasia ke pihak pesaing. Hallo semua, Mau coba kasih saran soal pemakaian barang pribadi di ktr dan sebaliknya. Jadi memang harus dibuat policy tentang hal ini yang tentunya mengikat secara menyeluruh (IT policy). Namun memang masih diperlukan kebijakan lanjutan utk disetiap unit. Karena mungkin ada kebutuhan dan kepentingan yang berbeda di setiap unit. Bukan pesimis tapi mmg banyak constraint utk hal ini. Tinggal unit masing² itu saja ada kebijakan lainnya yang disesuaikan dgn sikon dan kebutuhan masing² nanti. Contohnya di tempat saya segala bentuk media data yg dibawa oleh client itu hrs di screening dahulu. Begitupun data yg keluar baik lewat email atau dgn media lain itu hrs sepenegtahuan dan persetujuan atasan. Ada lagi yg lain yaitu dilarang instal sembarangan ke pc atau laptop, dsb. Yang jelas memang sebaiknya tidak boleh membawa keluar masuk sembarangan segala peripheral komputer dan medianya. Mungkin utk lengkapnya bisa googling saja. Banyak kok. Semoga manfaat.
