Karena VMWare itu virtual memori ...seandainya anda memakai OS linux (Redhat)dan Hardware salah satu tidakk terinstall maka di vmware pun tidak bisacontohnya misalnya soundcard atau VGA maka hardware tersebut tidak bisa terinstall dengan baik. JIka PC tersebut akan di gunakan untuk server atau file server kadang selalu konflik dengan aplikasi samba (snmb down) Mungkin itu saja yang saya alami. Mungkin setau saya karena telkom telah membagi-bagi bandwith (trunk size) antara perumahan (masyarakat) dan industri...berbeda . Coba bapak Cek backbone diantara swicth tersebut dan lihatlahh lampu let di antra swict tersebut dalam keadaan nyalah yang tidak normal seperti menyalah dalam keadaan sibuk? 2.Coba bapak lihat jika bapak mempunyai DC dan lihat lah dengan perintah Netstat jika menampilakn server yang tidak ada dibapak mungkin jadi broadcas. 3. Pertama sudah di check dengan anti virus dengan update terbaru, tapi tidak ditemukan virus. Kedua di check dengan program spyware, dengan update yg terbaru, tapi juga tidak ada spywarenya. Saya juga sudah coba cari artikel di google, tapi nggak ada yg pas. Mungkin rekan2 bisa membantu...
