kalo dah pake liano ya gak perlu vga external lagi sebenernya. karena memang diperuntukkan buat komputer value. kalo mau ditambah vga external juga silakan saja tergantung kebutuhannya seperti apa. yg ini mesti menyesuaikan dengan software/game yg mau dipake. kalo kualitas processor rasanya sama saja. performanya yg gak bisa disetarakan, karena embedded graphic processor. semetara intel gak punya. kalo sudah jadi cpu lengkap baru bisa dikomparasi. Pak orangbodoh, Apakah sudah coba cara saya, yang juga bukan orang IT dan juga termasuk orang bodoh seperti anda, antara lain : Menggunakan program Disk Cleanup dan Disk Defragmenter bawaan Windows yang bisa diakses melalui Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools ? Cara ini, akan membuat kerja komputer lebih cepat kalau tempat parkir data di harddisk kita acak-acakkan dan banyak yang tidak berguna. Mencoba membuang semua program yang di startup, saat komputer pertama dihidupkan, melalui Start, Run, ketikkan msconfig, tab Startup dan buang semua centang dan kemudian Apply dan men start komputer. Kalau sudah dilakukan, mungkin bisa dicoba dengan membuang sisa-sisa program yang penah di install dan kemudian di uninstall yang sering-sering data ini banyak dan mungkin sebagian tetap diproses. Kalau masih juga, coba selamatkan semua data dan install ulang Windowsnya dengan bersih. [ITCENTER] CPU tidak bisa menge Print ke Epson CX41
Rekan-rekan, Komputer di rumah, tiba-tiba tidak bisa menge Print dokumen, gambar atau apapun ke printer Epson CX41 (masih menggunakan paralel port). Kalau menggunakan Epson LQ1170, bisa, sehingga kesimpulan saya, kabel printer OK. Printer Epson CX41 itu saya bawa ke kantor, dicoba, ternyata program printernya bisa di install dan semuanya, OK. Kesimpulannya, mungkin ada setting yang berubah. Saya coba BIOS nya di buat default, tidak bisa, setting LPT on boardnya diubah menjadi Auto, SPP, 378 dan apalagi, lupa, semua tidak bisa. Kemudian saya pikir ada virus di komputer rumah, yang menyebabkan printer tersebut tak berfungsi. Jadi harddisk komputer rumah, dibuang partisinya, di create, di format dan di instal ulang Windows XPnya, langsung diinstall program printernya, ternyata tetap saja tidak bisa. Saat program printer di instal, ada error yang menghasilkan informasi, bahwa RPC server is too busy to complete installation. Kalau dilihat performance melalui Task Manager, usage nya selalu 100an. Kemudian saya pikir LPT1 buat deskjet printer nya rusak barangkali (walaupun pakai LQ1170, ternyata bisa), jadi saya coba pakai adapter USB - LPT1 . Ternyata tetap tidak bisa. Pertanyaan saya, apanya yang konflik atau rusak ? Mother board ? Saya cari motherboardnya, yaitu ECS K7S5A Pro, sudah tidak ada di pasaran. Terima kasih dan salam. Tidak juga, cukup tambahkan timah segar yang banyak di kedua kakinya bergantian, sesudah lumer, segera cabut capacitornya. Setelah capacitornya terlepas, gunakan sedotan timah untuk menyedot timah yang ada dilubangnya dengan pertama menambahkan timah segar, setelah terlihat lumer, segera sedot, maka lubang akan terlihat sudah tidak ada timahnya. Kalau sudah berlubang, masukkan capacitor pengganti, jangan salah polaritasnya, panaskan kaki dan PCB nya, berikan timah segar, begitu lumer dan berwarna bulat mengkilat segera tarik soldernya. Layer mother board sekarang mungkin sudah lebih dari 2 layer. Kalau saya, kalau menemukan hal tersebut : Periksa apakah saat tombol on di tekan, fan prosesor dan extra fan (kalau ada) berputar sebentar tidak. Kalau tidak, berarti power supply rusak. Ganti atau pinjam. Kalau ya, berarti power supply bekerja. Kalau fungsi komputernya tidak terganggu, itu bunyi fan yang as nya sudah kering. Ada beberapa fan yang digunakan di CPU, antara lain di power supply, di casing dan di CPU. Untuk beberapa Graphic Card juga ada yang menggunakannya. Coba bos masuk k BIOS, trus liat d hardware monitor di situ ada keterangan suhu CPU, kecepatan putaran Fan Processor, ma kecepatan putaran Fan Power supply. Kagem Nickolas, kalo core duo atau intel prescott suhu 60C masih biasanya. :P mungkin yg bisa dilakukan karena sepertinya juga kepanasan, karena kipas berputar sangat kencang adalah membersihkan heatsink prosesor yg kemungkinan kotor oleh debu. Cuma masalahnya kalo sudah suhu segitu, biasanya p4 bakal throtling down dan system berasa lambat. Malah saya sempet baca kalo prescott max temp bisa sampe 90ºc atau lebih. Atas Perhatian Solusinya, Terima Kasih [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] bos, mo nanya nich, kalo sekarang di install win98/vista/linux masih ada masalah ngga, kalo dari pengalaman BSOD waktu nginstall biasanya dari power supply, anda sendiri sudah coba di CPU lain, OS di coba di CPU lain pula ( vga ngga ada hubungan kalo BSOD ), kalo memori masalah biasanya udah dari awal ngga kedetect atau bunyi bip, saran saya coba ganti Power Supply yang watt-nya agak besar, atau kurangi pemakaian power untuk drive yang ngga perlu dulu waktu nginstall OS XP.semoga membantu. Mungkin, bisa membantu. Soalnya saya juga pernah mengalami hal seperti itu, untuk masalah 1 dan 2. 1. Coba bersihkan dengan penghapus pensil bagian kuningan VGA Card dan DDR-nya. Dan jangan disentuh tangan lagi bagian itu. 2. Coba pindah-pindah posisi DDR (dari slot paling kiri, kalau tidak bisa dari slot paling kanan). Soalnya saya pernah punya 2 MB yang sama, tapi susunannya ogah sama. Yang satu maunya mulai dari kiri (dekat prosesor) dan yang satu malah lagi ngotot mulai dari kanan slot. Coba satu keping dulu saja (lagian tipenya beda, ya?). Kayaknya MB-nya nggak rusak, deh. Jika semua mencukupi baik Proc maupun RAM. Kemungkinan terbesar adalah Motherboardnya. Saya pernah mengalami hal serupa meskipun beda merk setelah ganti Motherboad, nggak masalah. Pernah ngalamin hal yang sama pas install XP pake ECS K7SEMkatanya si harus up-grade BIOS.coba dulu aja siapa tw jadi bisadownload aja BIOS-nya ke Gigabyteoya cd XP nya masih bagus gasiapa tw dah baret2 gituato coba ganti CD-ROM yang masih mampu membaca dengan baik. Bisa beberapa sebab : 1. System windows 98nya sudah tidak bagus. = Solusi Install bersih Win Xpnya. 2. Memorynya ada masalah = Solusi, coba ganti Memori 3. Ada Hardware yang nggak cocok = Solusi copot dulu hardware yang tidak digunakan dan pasang belakangan, contoh Souncard atau yang lainnya. 4. Ada masalah dengan Hardisknya = Solusi, Format Hardisk dan Install Win XP 5. Motherbordnya masalah = Kalau masih garansi tuker aja,kalau sudah tidak garansi coba service atau beli baru. Saya punya Motherboard merk Asus yang bener 2x nggak mau di install Win 2000 / XP paling banter maunya Windows ME. Coba satu-satu Semua kondisi diatas saya pernah alami dan seperti itu solusinya. Kalo gitu,.. coba dengan cara yang aneh juga. Misalnya, kabel power untuk monitor di pindah ke PC, gitu juga sebaliknya. (sama ngga dengan solusi no. 2 yah?) Atau coba ganti dengan extender lain, tapi yg punya kabel ground alias isinya 3 kabel. Barangkali extender yg sekarang isinya hanya 2 kabel tanpa kabel ground. Kalau ada kerusakan setelah dipasang suatu peralatan baru, coba lepaskan kembali peralatan itu dan dicoba lagi. Kalau komputer bisa bekerja normal, berarti peralatan tadi rusak. Kalau sekarang komputer tetap tidak bisa bekerja normal, itu berarti, saat memasang, ada masalah, apakah ada yang terhubung singkat, atau putus, karena tersenggol saat memasang peralatan. Kalau tetap menjadi rusak, matikan komputer dan coba cabut semua Card PCI dan AGP yang terpasang. Sekarang coba hidupkan. Kalau mother board OK dan RAMnya OK, maka walaupun tidak bisa dilihat, akan bisa didengar, ada bunyi tit sekali, yang menyatakan mother board normal. Kalau tidak ada bunyi tit sekali, coba lepaskan RAM, bersihkan terminalnya dengan penghapus pinsil dan pasang kembali. Kalau tetap tidak bunyi, matikan dan coba pinjam RAM dari komputer lain atau RAM itu, dicoba di komputer lain. Kalau setelah mengganti RAM sekarang ada bunyi tit sekali, itu berarti RAM yang asal, rusak. Kalau RAM dicoba di komputer lain, OK, itu berarti mother board atau prosesor rusak. Coba lepaskan prosesor dan pasang kembali. Kalau tetap begitu, berarti prosesor atau mother board rusak. Kalau sekarang ada bunyi tit sekali, berarti mother board prosesor dan RAM OK. Sekarang matikan dan bisa mulai memasang Card AGP dan PCInya satu per satu. Yang paling mudah dan kalau ada cadangan, coba ganti VGA dan install ulang. Kalau masih masalah, ganti RAM dan install ulang. Kalau masih masalah, ganti HDD. Juga peripheral di slot PCI yang tidak perlu, dicabut dulu. Setelah buka2 w/s microsoft.com ketemu masalahnya pada type souncard tertentu, kalau nggak salah yamaha (atau cmi ya?), agak lupa. Coba anda surfing ke microsoft.com. Satu lagi, ada patch untuk ngatasi gagal shutdown di win '98. Saya juga pernah download filenya dari microsoft.com manjur. Coba masuk ke Start - Run, ketikkan MSCONFIG dan enter. Setelah System Configuration Utility menu tampil, pilih Selective Startup dan kemudian klik Tab Startup, maka akan tampil semua program yang akan berjalan, begitu kita nyalakan komputer. Hilangkan semua tanda centang, klik Apply dan OK. Kemudian akan ada pesan System Configuration yang menyatakan kita harus me Restart kalau perubahan yang kita lakukan akan berlaku. Restartlah komputer dan coba nyalakan matikan beberapa kali dan periksa apakah sekarang, masih sering berhenti (seperti hang). Kalau sekarang selalu OK, berarti masih sering berhenti (seperti hang)nya, disebabkan oleh adanya sofware yang bermasalah. Untuk mengetahuinya, masuk lagi ke MSCONFIG seperti tadi dan sekarang centang untuk 1 program yang sudah kita ketahui memang kita instalasikan dan klik Apply dan OK serta ulangi lagi prosesnya, sampai suatu saat, setelah kita centang program itu dan bermasalah, maka program itulah yang menyebabkannya dan harus kita uninstall. Aku juga pernah mengalami hal serupa, dishutdown atau restart tidak bisa,menurut seorang teman kadang wind98SE sering trobel,mungkin tidak cocok dengan hardware tertentu. Solusiku waktu itu mungkin bukan suatu solusi yg briliant,aku ganti OSnya menjadi windME.Dengan spesifikasi yg tidak ada perubahan sama sekali OS dan Hardware(CPU) dapat bekerja sama dengan baik. Selain itu aku juga pernah mengalami masalah serupa meski tidak menggunakan OS wind98SE,masalahnya aku baru aja install antivirus,kalo gak salah waktu itu pake McAfee.Aku coba uninstall ternyata masalahnya langsung terselesaikan. Semoga dapat membantu.
