Mukin Jika OS Anda Win XP coba anda pasang kembali USBnya apakan pada saat itu komputer dapat mengetahu bawah usb disk dipasang tetapi pada saat anda masuk di my computer tidak dapat terliha/tidak ada driver yang merupah driver usb,jika ya maka kemukinan driver remove terhide dari regiternya jika ya coba langka beriku ini masuk ke regedit lewat : Klik Star-Run Ketik regedit Masuk Ke HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer Cari NoDrivTypeAutoRun (Jika Tidak salah Tulis) hapuslah dengan menmilihnya dan tekan Tombol Del Coba Anda Pasang Kembali USB Tersebut jika berhasil maka di My Komputer ankan mucul Driver tersebut. Sebelumnya ada atau memang sejak awal dibuat tidak ada oleh si peng-install OS? (admin IT di kantor, misalnya?) Kalau sebelumnya ada dan sekarang tidak ada, coba periksa dulu. Biasanya itu disebabkan oleh virus atau sebangsanya. Atau kalau system restore-nya aktif, coba restore ke tanggal di mana menu Run tersebut masih ada. saya tidak tahu virus ini merusak apa saja. yg jelas dilayar dekstop muncul icon jenis *jpeg dengan nama message from my princess dgn ukuran + 90an Kb. dan kalau icon ini di delete, CD room akan otomatis eject dan icon tersebut muncul lagi. lebih parahnya, antivirus tidak bisa diginakan, dan di my document akan muncul 2 jenis file *jpeg (..saya lupa nama filenya). ketika menggunakan fasilitas run, akan muncul tulisan mr cool face, dan waktu membuka notepad akan muncul tulisan2 rayuan,dan virus ini juga masih berfungsi ketika masuk ke safe mode...,dll...(...mungkin msh byk lg yg blm ketahuan...). Ok Bro, Kayaknya dulu gw juga pernah ngalamin hal spt ini, sempat frustasi empat hari, ee ternyata masalahnya ada di password yang dimasukkan, Coba create user password dengan kombinasi huruf besar dan huruf kecil, contoh : ProDesign atau Prodesign tanpa pake tanda petik yaa. Kalo anda pake huruf kecil semua ga' bisa tuch.., Semoga membantu, mungkin ada pendapat ITers yang laen. Mas, itu sama kasusnya kaya yang dulu pernah saya alami. Setelah dicek bersama antara internal dengan provider, ternyata ada virus disalah satu pc sehingga menyebabkan traffic tinggi. Akhirnya solusinya, kita trace satu persatu deh pc client and ketemu. Setelah di'obati', traffic normal kembali. Semoga bisa membantu.
