EXPERD merupakan perusahan headhunter yang bonafide.
Banyak company yang melakukan outsource Human Resource Department untuk 
recruiting menggunakan model seperti ini karena lebih ekonomis. Biasanya 
  company nasional menggunakan cara ini. Sedangkan company yang 
multinational biasanya sudah punya HRD sendiri yang kuat.
