Rich, on the control panel, there is an icon for user accounts. If you will look around with you JAWS cursor, you will find a statement like: Change the way a user logs on or off. Click that link. Then browse around a bit more when you have the Change window opened. You will see links relating to the password. I think you are actually wanting to put a password on the BIOS? Once this is done no-one can use the computer at all unless they enter the correct password. However you would need sighted help in order to do this as the bios is not accessible with speech? Another way to do it is to go to User Account and delete all the accounts listed apart from your own. The put a password on your own ccount and ensure the Guest Account is disabled. You can use Outlook, if you have it either 2007 or 2003 will work. Outlook Express cannot be used with Win 7, you need to use its replacement Windows Live Mail. Outlook Express does not come with Windows 7. Windows 7 has no Email client included. Windows live Mail is supposedly a lot like Outlook Express. [JAWS-Users] Latest Jaws 11 release trouble
Just last week I downloaded the latest Jaws 11 release. Since then I've been noticing that when I stop the "Say All", with the Control key, I have 1 or both of the following problems. Either it does not stop, when I press the Control key, or if it does, when I resume, it is several lines down from where I stopped it. Have any of you noticed this?
