David, yes, it is the one you made. A mutual friend of ours who is on this
list sent me the link. I swear that the instructions said signature picker,
but like you said that wasn't there. As far as choosing using up and down
arrows, there were combo boxes at the sig new and sig reply/foreward tabs
that said either none or the signature I typed in. I had them on my
signature. Is that what you meant? Thanks. Judy

My guess is that you possibly missed the part where you need to select your
signature by up or down arrow.

It's been well over a year since I did that tutorial so I just refreshed my
memory as to it's contents, no where does it say signature picker. There is
a button that is called stationary picker but I just past over it as it had
nothing to do with the subject of the recording.

My next recording that I am considering doing will probably be the same
thing in outlook 2007 if time and ability come across my desk.

Naturally I am presuming you are referring to the recording I made last year
and not somebody else's.

I was directed to the tutorial on how to create a signature line using
Windows 7 with Office Outlook 2003. when tabbing through I did not find a
tab called signature picker, but one just called signature. I used that and
followed the directions. Then when I sent a test message, there was no
signature. I checked again and in the signature new and signature
reply/forward tabs my signature was showing. My question is whether there is
a keystroke to press before sending an email that will put the signature in
there. Thanks. Judy & Tallie

Re: [JAWS-Users] Changing block sender in O E.

2013-05-07 Thread Rich

Thanks, I've got it working.
Any thoughts on me not being able to create a new message to the 2 JAWS web
sites?.
I can reply to an existing message to JAWS but I can not create a new
message. I did try going to the web site and in the help section, I clicked
on each of the 2 JAWS web sites and got a message that my e mail could not
be delivered.
When I was at my computer at work, I was able to get it to work and started
this thread.

I probably should change the subject line somehow.

That's because, Jaws changed that key combo because windows-C is the key
that brings up the chamrs in Win 8. The correct command to append to the
clipboard for Jaws 14 and up is windows-jaws-c.

The Jaws key is either the insert or Caps Loc if you have laptop keypad

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

I think it was a difference in the clipboard in windows 7, not jaws, I have
been told that replacing the windows 7 file clipbr.exe with a copy of the
one out of windows XP fixes this,

I do not use jaws 14 at this time so can't tell you if the clipboard
functionality is different in it, but it works fine with windows 7 Home
Premium, and jaws 13

if you do not have a source on the XP version of this file let me know and
I'll pass you one I have here for just this use

[JAWS-Users] Changing block sender in O E.

2013-05-07 Thread Rich Hamel
Hi all,
I have XP and 14 and outlook express.
How can I remove a sender from the block sender list in OE?
I've tabbed to remove and hit OK.
The name is removed from that list but when I restart the computer, the
sender name has returned.

Plus, I get a mail demon something when I am trying to e mail JAWS, and get a
message the e mail can not go through.
I am now trying from another computer.
I got the e mail address from the JAWS site and clicked on it there as well as
trying in my address book.

Thanks.
