Call EJBs from remote web server.
I am using J2EE server to deploy my Enterprise Java Beans(EJBs).Since servlet chaining/forwarding is not supported by Tomcat we have put our servlets on Java Web server. These servlets will do a lookup for the EJBs residing on J2EE.The problem starts here: How can i call the EJBs which are residing on a remote server(obviously j2EE) from my servlets which r on JWS. i mean how to do the lookup in servelets for the beans residing on another server on another m/c. But I am asking myself, why not just do it all in JSP? and, is there anything available in Javascript that couldn't also be done in JSP, Beans, taglibs, etc.?
