Well that split nut is fixable by making another with the acme tap I showed you 
all on ebay

I have pix and can take some if someone wants a specific.

It has the drive motor and new acme rod and comes with a porta cable router 
7539 plunge router (3 1/4 HP)boxes of gears and parts.  Pictures can explain 
better then I can with the last picture showing the worn plastic nut that holds 
the acme screw and how bad it is worn.

You can see what a whole project looks like without cutting a single chip

Starting on Nov 3 the Google web site went with the new format to all Groups.

I was not aware of this change over until NOV 5. 
When I could not check on the number of posting this month for our/this contest.

 

So all posting needed to be counted by hand.(BY ME!) And Yesterday! I almost 
had a stroke when I saw 85 new postings, in one day! ;-)

 

I can say this Month has been one for the record books. (if those record books 
were still in use.) ;-p

Tim that's Tim Krause's quick change gear changer. you are missing the bracket
