Two things make it very UNIQUE: 1. The axle & wheel assembly is hydraulically lowered to drive it on the highway. When you get the trailer/shed unit out onto your ice fishing spot, you release the hydraulic pressure and the axle & wheels retract up into the trailer frame - effectively lowering the steel trailer frame down onto the ice. 2. The steel frame is designed such that there is one fair sized rectangular area that has no steel frame or reinforcing members in it. That area is about 36" by ~60". Also, the tongue on these trailers is either removable or foldable - to get it out of the way. Once the "Ice Fishing House" is lowered onto the ice and you get your heater going, you bore your holes in the ice within that open, unobstructed rectangle.
