Re: [LegacyUG] Print maternal lineage
I would find a completely maternal lineage report just as unfulfilling as a completely paternal one. That's why I suggested the ability to enter two individuals. I suppose the report could continue to have the ability to enter just one individual and then request either a paternal or a maternal lineage that goes as far back as possible. --Paula From: Ron Taylor To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Sent: Mon, February 27, 2012 9:00:05 PM Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Print maternal lineage Yes...that is essentially what I was describing. I have used that one. It very closely matches the DAR application form. Knowing that that form only requires siblings for the earliest generation, I'm guessing it would not meet the OP's need. --Paula From: James Cook To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Sent: Sun, February 26, 2012 8:35:41 AM Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Print maternal lineage Didn't see any replies, but I think LTools has a lineage worksheet that will print between any two people - male or female. Re: Re: [LegacyUG] Print maternal lineage
Paula, What you have asked for sounds like what I have requested before. I need a report that shows a line between me and the oldest ancestor in a particular line. When I do a report for my family, I wish to show each direct line from me (or them, as the case may be) back as far as I can go. The Master Genealogy had that, called a Direct Line Ahnentafel. I used it often and it has been the only thing I have missed with Legacy. Jane Sarles On , Paula Ryburn wrote: > Not that I know of.
