I'll check HootSuite if it can deliver each of our channels,  it would be
great and no need to draw a complicated route and so a chart. Just need to
decide which will be the main source of the content.

I disagree too, but I think Florian meant something else. He meant in
terms of automated content delivery, the streams would be the same as a
base, not necessarily as a daily activity stream where other things can
be added. It's a social network obviously.

We have an official one that's manned by an unknown person and I'd like
to have this under our control.

The point is to be more inclusive in all available mainstream channels. (Of
the topic, do we have TDF or LibreOffice in linked.in can be focused on
enterprise and professionals? )

My offer is to use a content delivery service.

One source will be automatically posted to all other channels. Will keep
all our channels updated automatically, easy and centric :)

Dlvr.it has good at this but the problem is Google+  is included in paid
service.

Alternatively we can use the new and crazy https://ifttt.com/wtf which can
use Google+ too.

If you agree with my offer i can work on it and try to present you a scheme
about how we can distribute our content.

Then we have other pages like the TDF group on Facebook and the
LibreOffice page on Google +, this one being different from the
community.

I suggest that we give clear indications that these two "channels" are
not the preferred one, and redirect everything to the first two
conduits. Therefore we don't update these and post in a two or three
posts that we'd like people to migrate over the two other accounts.

Does it make sense?

and PlanetTDF accounts and i will be pleased to hand over them.

Sure you may use whatever name you'll decide as the QA team. But in my
opinion leaving the name unchanged will be better. LibreOffice QA may
be misleading. QA-quality assurance may not be very known term for
regular users and can be confused with question-answers... Anyway,
your decision  :)

Using the @tdforg account has been grown by tradition, as in the early 
days, nobody know which name we would end up with. It has about ~8k 
follower.


What would the plan be? Migrating all followers from @tdforg to 
@libreoffice, or creating a separate account?

Thanks Zeki for these useful guidelines! I already did follow them by
myself, but now I'm sure I'm doing okay :).
PS: how about renaming the "LibreOffice Bugzilla" to "LibreOffice QA"?
It's not just a feed from new and fixed bugs anymore. As stated in the
guidelines I'm trying to get some user interaction (ask what's the
problem the user is dealing with, and get the user to the right direction).

Am I allowed to reply with @LibreOfficeBugs (LibreOffice bugzilla) to
reply to every LibreOffice specific thing, or only related to QA
(problems/bugs/...)? Not sure what's the range here. If someone is
managing the @LibreOffice account, we may cover the same area.

Only the @LibreOfficeBugs account. If we discuss to do all user
interaction with the @LibreOffice account (for all QA, questions, ...) I
would like to have access to that account to.

As i've said before(and request of Joren) i have prepared a draft for
the account administrators of these accouns in TDF Marketing Pad:

good reference to the admins.

As i handed over the Bugzilla account to QA team-Joren is the new
account keeper. I want-and should to- hand over to Ask.LibreOffice
account to someone from the ask team. Please contanct with me about
this.

Also, i pointed the importance of social media before, and i repat
that we should not miss this opportunity. So we should need a better
social media marketing.
