SUPAYA GENERASI KEMUDIAN, KELAK MENDAPATI LINGKUNGAN YG LEBIH ADIL KHUSUSNYA DI BIDANG HUKUM DIBANDING KITA SAAT INI. BEBERAPA KEPUTUSAN PRESIDEN SUHARTO UNTUK KELUARGANYA Koran Tempo, Kamis 18 Mei 206 Masyarakat Transparansi Indonesia, mencatat 79 keputusan presiden bermasalah selama tahun 1990-an. Keputusan itu bermasalah diantaranya karena menjadi keputusan untuk keluarga presiden (Suharto). Ini beberapa diantaranya, No. 20 tahun 1992 tentang Niaga Cengkeh Badan Penyangga dan Pemasaran Cengkeh yang dipimpin Hutomo Mandala Putra ditunjuk sebagai pelaksana tata niaga dengan harga yang ditetapkan sepihak oleh badan itu. No.57 tahun 1993 ttg Pembebasan pungutan utk sedan yang dipakai usaha pertaksian Ketentuan ini menguntungkan Siti Hardijanti Rukmana (Tutut), yang mendatangkan sedan Proton untuk armada taksinya. No.90 tahun 1995 ttg Sumbangan Sukarela sebanyak 2 persen laba saham ke Yayasan Dana Sejahtera Mandiri. Kata mengimbau lalu diubah menjadi wajib melalui Keputusan Presiden nomor 92 Tahun 1996 agar dana lebih deras masuk No 42 tahun 1996 ttg Pembuatan Mobil Nasional Untuk mendukung proyek mobil nasional milik Hutomo Mandala Putra, Soeharto memberikan arahan kepada Menteri Perdagangan dan Industri, Menteri Keuangan serta Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal untuk memberikan kemudahan. No 1 tahun 1997 ttg Pengembangan kawasan Jonggol, Bogor sebagai kota mandiri Sebagai penyelenggara pembangunan kawasan Jonggol, ditunjuk PT. Bukit Jonggol Asri, yang sahamnya dimiliki Bambang Trihatmodjo. komentar Anwar Nasution, sejauh ini, lembagnya (BPK) belum memiliki bukti audit yang emnunjukkan Soeharto melakukan korupsi. Sebab audit yang dilakukan BPK hanya berfokus pada 12 yayasan yang dikelola Soeharto. Padahal, di luar yayasan itu, banyak pintu masuk bagi BPK untuk membuktikan korupsi Soeharto, Banyak tambang emas pada masa dia berkuasa yang bisa emnjadi obyek audit. Tambang emas itu antara lain berada di sektor Kehutanan, PT Pertamina dan bank-bank milik negara, kami bisa meng-audit itu. kata Anwar. Pertanyaannya : APAKAH PEMERINTAH SBY-JK MAU MENGGUNAKAN PROSES HUKUM UNTUK MENGETAHUI KETERLIBATAN SOEHARTO DALAM TUDUHAN2 TSB ? Aplikasi Open-Source seperti Web Server Apache pun diakui sebagai aplikasi terbaik di dunia. Dengan memakai aplikasi Open-Source kemungkinan terkena virus juga lebih kecil karena sistem Open-Source lebih aman, papar pak Toosa. Selanjutnya ceramah Pengelolan ZISWAF Melalui Internet oleh Ustadz Epri Abdurrahman Rafi dari PortalInfaq.org. Melalui Internet, pendaftaran dan pencatatan bagi para muzaki dapat dilakukan secara on-line. Laporan alokasi zakat pun dapat diketahui secara online dan terus-menerus. Selain itu ada reminder berkala. Jangkauannya cukup luas karena informasi di internet tidak mengenal batas negara. Pernah dalam 2 hari PortalInfaq.org berhasil mengumpulkan dana Rp 30 juta. Saat ini PortalInfaq termasuk satu situs zakat utama di internet. Ustadz Epri menjelaskan Pengelolaan Zakat melalui internet Ceramah terakhir dibawakan oleh Ustadz Amang Syafruddin yang tengah mengembangkan TV Madani Depok. Ustadz Amang memaparkan beberapa strategi pengembangan TV Madani dari penggunaan sistem pemancar yang efektif (apakah dengan satelit atau pemancar lokal) mau pun dengan strategi pengembangan content untuk TV tersebut yang tidak hanya berisi dakwah, tapi juga entertainment Islami yang memikat. Ustadz Amang Syafruddin memaparkan strategi pengembangan TV Madani Depok Beberapa kendala pembangunan TV Islam dipaparkan oleh Ustadz Amang Syafruddin seperti terbatasnya izin frekuensi yang dimonopoli oleh beberapa TV Swasta. Padahal menurut Ustadz satu frekuensi tersebut bisa dipakai oleh 10 stasiun TV tanpa terjadi interferensi. Sebagai contoh untuk Radio, Frekuensi 99 MHz saat ini dipakai oleh 3 Stasiun radio yaitu: Delta (99.1 MHz), FeMale (99.5 FM) dan Draba (99.9 MHz). Moderator Agus Nizami menyatakan meski ada kegagalan TV Islam yang ada seperti TV Ar Rahman (yang belum berhasil mendapat izin frekuensi) serta TV Global (yang akhirnya terjual) semoga TV Madani Depok berhasil mengudara dan dinikmati masyarakat luas. Setelah itu disusul dengan acara tanya jawab yang diikuti dengan antusias oleh para peserta. Acara berlangsung semarak. David Ben-Gurion was born David Green in Plonsk, Russia (now in Poland) in 1886. He settled in Palestine in 1906. As chairman of the Executive of the Jewish Agency for Palestine from 1935 to 1948, Ben-Gurion directed all Jewish affairs to transform the country from multi-ethnic/multi-cultural area to a Jewish state to redeem its Jewish nature. His activities ranged from land development and settlement of immigrants to secret activities against natives and later (after the Palestinian revolt of 1936 jolted the British rulers) against the British. Here is an excerpt from Rabin's memoir about Ben Guion: We walked outside, Ben-Gurion accompanying us. Allon repeated his question, 'What is to be done with the Palestinian population?' Ben-Gurion waved his hand in a gesture which said 'Drive them out!' (Yitzhak Rabin's memoires, leaked censored version of Rabin memoirs, published in the New York Times, 23 October 1979; Rabin's description of the conquest of Lydda, after the completion of Plan Dalet). Ben-Gurion never bothered to learn the language of the native people he lived amongs in Palestine before 1948. In Shabtai Teveth official biography we read also such things: Four days after the constituent meeting, on October 8, 1906, the ten members of the platform committee met in an Arab hostel in Ramleh. For THREE DAYS they sat on stools debating, and at night they slept on mats. An Arab boy brought them coffee in small cups. They left the hostel only to grab an occasional bite in the marketplace. On the first evening, they stole three hours to tour the marketplace of Ramleh and the ruins of the nearby fortress. Ben-Gurion remarked only on the buildings, ruins, and scenery. He gave no thought to the Arabs, their problems, their social conditions, or their cultural life. Nor had he yet acquainted himself with the Jewish community in Palestine (mostly non-Zionist Orthodox Jews prior to 1920). In all of Palestine there were (in 1906) 700,000 inhabitants, only 55,000 of whom were Jews, and only 550 of these were (Zionists) pioneers. (Shabtai Teveth, p. 9-10). He advocated transfer of the Palestinians stating that: With compulsory transfer we have vast areas I support compulsory transfer. I do not see anything immoral in it. But compulsory transfer could only be carried out by England Had its implementation been dependent merely on our proposal I would have proposed; but this would be dangerous to propose when the British government has disassociated itself from compulsory transfer. But this question should not be removed from the agenda because it is central question. There are two issues here : 1) sovereignty and 2) the removal of a certain number of Arabs, and we must insist on both of them. The religion known to most of us as 'Judaism' is in fact Talmudism. It is the religion of the ancient Pharisees. PKI, Timbang Dulu Sebut saja namanya Ira (nama samaran). Dia putri satu-satunya sebuah keluarga kurang mampu di Sukabumi. Ayah-ibu Ira telah meninggal dunia. Kini ia tinggal bersama neneknya. Meski kurang mampu, Ira berharap bisa menamatkan pendidikan minimal di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Ketika itu Ira duduk dibangku kelas 3 SMA. Ia bimbang sekali, uang SPP-nya sudah beberapa bulan menunggak. Belum lagi biaya ujian nasional nanti. Ingin bekerja untuk mencari tambahan biaya sekolah , tapi bekerja apa. Ingin berhutang uang, pada siapa? Kehidupan tetangga kanan kirinya pun tak jauh berbeda dengan dirinya. Seorang teman laki-laki beda kelas sebut saja Joko (nama samaran juga tuh), menawarinya sebuah transaksi mudah dan menghasilkan uang cepat. Yakni jual beli keperawanan. Yah Ira ditawari untuk menjual keperawanannya pada pria yang kebetulan menjabat sebagai wakil rakyat daerah. Setelah melalui rayuan gombal dan tawar-menawar, akhirnya sang pejabat membuat surat perjanjian dengan Ira. Disepakati kedua belah pihak, transaksi berlangsung di sebuah hotel dengan harga Rp 3 juta. Usai malam transaksi tersebut, tak dinyana beberapa bulan kemudian, Ira hamil. Dari sejumlah uang yang disepakati, Ira hanya menerima uang Rp 350 ribu. Sisanya masuk ke kantong Joko. Ira berusaha menuntut tanggungjawab sang pejabat . Namun bapak wakil rakyat tadi mungkir, alasannya dalam surat perjanjian tertulis jelas bahwa ia tak bertanggungjawab apapun yang akan terjadi pada Ira nanti. Jadilah Ira menanggung malu dan derita selamanya. Impian menamatkan sekolahnya di depan mata pupus sudah. Itulah sepenggal kisah Cerita Pagi, sebuah program TV swasta yang tayang setiap hari pukul 7.30. Sebuah kisah yang mengiris hati. Tahu nggak sih Girls, bisa jadi kisah-kisah Ira lain terserak di bumi pertiwi ini. Kisah para perempuan yang berusaha mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dengan menggadaikan kehormatan, tubuh, fisik, harga diri dan iman demi uang. Selintas kita bisa terima tindakan Ira yang terjepit, namun apakah iya harus dengan menjual diri. Girls, di era kehidupan kapitalistik-liberal seperti sekarang, dimana ukuran uang atau materi mendominasi, memaksa orang melakukan pekerjaan apa saja. Tanpa pandang halal-haram. Bukan hanya sosok Ira yang terpaksa, banyak pula malah, gadis sadar diri sepenuh hati menekuni profesi yang menjatuhkan martabat perempuan seperti foto model sampul majalah panas, peragawati baju apa adanya, model iklan yang mengekpoitasi fisik, artis film panas, penyanyi erotis, tukang pijat plus, hostes serta PSK. Girls, seberat apa pun kehidupan yang kamu jalani, plis jangan sampai menjadi PKI alias Perempuan Kurang Iman. Hidup bahagia sesaat, ngap-ngap di akhirat. Iman kuat merupakan benteng dan filter hidupmu. Tentu saja girl, agar diri ini punya iman laksana batu karang di laut. Girls harus senantiasa memupuknya dengan rutin mengikuti siraman rohani atau kajian islam. Bergaul bersama orang-orang sholeh dan sholihah. Berusaha mentadaburi dan mentafakuri hasil ciptaan Allah. Kerlip bintang di langit, anekaragam tetumbuhan, hiruk pikuk disekitar kita. Menginsafi diri bahwa kita itu mahkluk lemah banget. Segala kekuatan hanyalah milik Allah. So, sandarkan diri sepenuhnya beban berat di dada, pada Tuhan semesta alam. Niscaya hidup terasa tenang dan ringan. Selain itu, biar tak salah langkah girls hendaknya juga menjadi perempuan haus informasi dan ilmu, dimana pun kamu berada. Kamu bisa mengakses infomasi dan ilmu dengan berbagai cara. Mau via TV, diskusi, internet, koran, majalah, baca buku sah-sah saja ko atau lewat cerita tetangga .eh salah kalau ini ngegosip ya. Janganlah ampe kita jadi Perempuan Kurang Informasi dan ilmu (PKI). Wah PKI lagi, PKI lagi nih .. Memang terhadap dua PKI negatif itu, girls kudu menimbang diri agar tak terjerat didalamnya. Oleh Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin Pertanyaan Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin ditanya : Setelah melakukan pemogokan, orang-orang yang mogok akan mengajukan tuntutan mereka, dan ketika tuntutan itu tidak dipenuhi maka apakah boleh melakukan perlawanan terhadap pemerintah dengan melakukan revolusi rakyat ? Jawaban Saya tidak setuju (bolehnya) melakukan revolusi rakyat dalam kondisi ini, karena kekuatan materil berada di tangan pemerintah sebagaimana telah diketahui, sementara revolusi rakyat tidak mempunyai sesuatupun ditangan selain pisau dapur dan tongkat pengembala. Ini tidak akan dapat melawan mobil-mobil tank dan berbagai senjata. Akan tetapi hal ini bisa saja dilakukan dengan cara lain jika syarat-syarat diatas telah terpenuhi walaupun kita tidak boleh tergesa-gesa dalam perkara ini. Karena negara manapun yang telah hidup sekian tahun dengan penjajahan tidak mungkin dapat berubah dalam sehari semalam menjadi negara Islam, bahkan kita harus memiliki nafas panjang untuk mendapatkan tujuan itu. Jika seorang ingin membangun istana maka ia harus meletakkan pondasi ; baik istana itu akan ia tempati atau ia akan meninggalkan dunia sebelum menempatinya, walaupun tujuan mewujudkan bangunan Islam tidak terwujud kecuali setelah sekian tahun, maka saya memandang hendaknya kita tidak tergesa-gesa dalam urusan-urusan seperti ini, dan jangan memprovokasi atau meledakkan revolusi rakyat yang umumnya hanya sesuatu yang rapuh yang tidak dibangun atas pondasai apapun. Seandainya kekuatan militer datang ke salah satu tempat dan menghabisi sebagiannya maka pasti yang lain akan mundur dari kegiatannya. Syaikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz ditanya : Apakah demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh kaum laki-laki dan wanita untuk menentang pemimpin bisa dianggap sebagai suatu jalan dakwah ? Dan apakah orang yang mati karenanya bisa dianggap syahid fii sabilillah ? Jawaban Demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh kaum laki-laki dan wanita bukanlahlah jalan keluar. Bahkan saya beranggapan bahwa hal tersebut termasuk dari sebab-sebab musibah, kejelekan, kebencian manusia dan terjadinya permusuhan antar manusia yang tidak sesuai dengan kebenaran. Adapun cara-cara yang disyariatkan yakni : menulis surat, memberikan nasehat serta berdakwah kepada kebaikan dengan jalan yang telah ditetapkan syariat yang tentunya telah dijelaskan caranya oleh ahlul ilmi, para sahabat Rasullullah dan orang-orang yang mengikuti beliau dalam kebaikan yakni dengan menulis surat dan berhadapan langsung dengan pemimpin untuk memberikan nasehat tanpa menyebarkan perbuatan yang mereka lakukan di atas mimbar sehingga menimbulkan sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan, hanyalah Allah yang menjadi penolong. Dan Syaikh bin Baz berkata sebagai bantahan terhadap Syaikh Abdurrahman Abdul Khaliq. Keenam : Anda (Abdurrahman Abdul Khaliq) menyebutkan di kitab Anda Fushul min Asy-SyarâEUR(tm)iyah halaman 31 dan 32 : âEURoeSesungguhnya diantara metode dakwah Nabi Shallallahu âEUR~alaihi wa sallam adalah demonstrasiâEUR. Saya tidak mendapatkan nash yang menunjukkan hal tersebut, olehnya itu saya mengharapkan penjelasan dari siapa datangnya pernyataan tersebut dan dari kitab mana Anda mendapatkan ? Jika perkataan tersebut tidak memiliki sandaran, maka wajib untuk rujuk dari pendapat tersebut karena saya tidak mengetahui ada nash yang menunjukkan hal tersebut dan telah diketahui juga bahwasanya demonstrasi menimbulkan banyak sekali kerusakan. Jika puna da nashnya maka sudah semestinya untuk dijelaskan dengan sejelas-jelasnya sehingga orang-orang tidak lagi membenarkan demonstrasi batil yang mereka perbuat. Hanyalah kepada Allah kita meminta agar diberikan taufiq dengan ilmu yang bermanfaat serta amal yang benar dan semoga Allah meluruskan hati-hati kita dan amalan kita dan menjadikan kita termasuk orang-orang yang diberi petunjuk karena sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pemurah lagi Mahamulia.
