I will compress the 4 files (the TXT and the 3 XSAs) and name the resultant one SD_HDD.ZIP Greets -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html
SD played from HDD
Hi again I will upload this text document with the 3 XSA files to Funet. Please, take a look. http://www.arrakis.es/~ivalat/SD_HDD.txt Is it clear? Suggestions are welcome (including grammatical and orthographical corrections ;-). Greets -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html
SD working
Hi Finally I got a version of SD Snatcher that works almost perfectly from HD. It's not the version that Mari van den Broek uploaded to Funet (the one of StarCracks). For some strange reason with the StarCracks version some (a lot of) graphics appear distorted on the screen (with my configuration: Sunrise IDE+A1GT). Mari told me that the version of StarCracks runs perfectly in his computer, though (he uses a SCSI interface). I will upload this new version to Funet soon (with detailed instructions of what you have to do to run the game). By the way, how can I change to Z80 mode in MSX-DOS2? I want to try the FDD emulation with START.COM at 3,58 MHz. Greets -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html

HDDEMU
Hi Now I know why I couldn't load games from the disk drive with HDDEMU. I was using a prehistoric version: 1.01(1995) Is version 1.04 (1998) the latest one? Greets -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html
SD-Snatcher by StarCracks
Hi Could someone send to me by e-mail this cracked version of SD? (DSK images compressed, otherwise the e-mail will be very large). It seems that is the only English version that runs well with START.COM Thanks in advance Ivan -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html

I'm sorry I was wrong. D2F is for MSX-DOS and MSX-DOS2 (I've tested again the program). So you were right; I can work in drive H: (RAMDISK) with D2F. I tried again to load SD Snatcher with FDE and it didn't work. Curiously I also tried to run Illusion City with FDE and it loads correctly the game. The sintaxis of D2F is: D2F a: filename "The disk in drive a: will be compressed and saved as filename.xsa" appears when you execute D2F. I only see 1 drive to work with... > 2. set up a ram disk to write the XSA file to and copy that to other floppy > then D2F is only for MSX-DOS (not MSX-DOS2). D2F
Hi I was wondering if it is possible to make a XSA image of a disk game with D2F (for MSX) and only one FDD (turboR computers only have one). Greets -- For info, see http://www.stack.nl/~wynke/MSX/listinfo.html
