Please try to uninstall the application with all settings and install it again 
to ‘My Documents’ folder. If the issue still persists, please mail to support

Please create a new MLO Cloud file, sync to it the file which has full data
and can be considered as more recent database. I think it should be your
desktop file with the latest changes.
Then open MLO Android, create a new profile and sync it with the Cloud file
which has just been synced with MLO Desktop database. Please check if all
tasks were transfered to MLO Android correctly. If everything is ok you can
delete the old profile on MLO Android.

Part of the settings are stored in the data file, so you probably be good
if you just transfer the same data file to the new PC. Some of the settings
are stored in the registry. Please send a request to support if you need

Are you able to reproduce the error on new test data file? If yes - please
send the steps of how to reproduce the problem to MLO support.
Using MLO Cloud you can sync several devices with the same sync profile and
this is a completely safe procedure. If you have any questions, please let
me know.

We already started this issue discussion under support email correspondence
but I will repeat the first answer here for other users who might faced the
same issue:
Please let me know if Cloud sync ever worked for you. If yes, after what
changes it stopped working. If no, please make sure that you followed these
instructions correctly:
1. Install and run the latest MLO for Windows version
2. Open your data file
3. Select File-Synchronization...
4. Click New...
5. Enter the Sync profile name (for example Bob's Cloud Sync)
6. Click MLO Cloud Sync Login... and enter your MLO Cloud credentials.
Click OK.
7. Click Browse... and select file on the Cloud you want to sync with
(for example Default) Create new Cloud file if needed and select it.
8. Click OK to save your Sync Profile
9. Click Close to close Synchronization dialog
10. Click  F9 (Tools-Synchronize) to sync your data to MLO Cloud
Please let me know the result. Thank you!

On you iPad you should specify the IP address of your Mac (not
Parallels). When iPad connects to Mac by this IP it uses one of the
listed ports. Since you configured the forwarding the request is
transfered from Mac to Parallels and you should be able to sync.

When using Crossover, the WiFi sync information box on the desktop
displays a generic IP address.  Therefore, the iPhone will not sync if
you enter that address.  Users must go into Mac preferences to locate
their IP address.  Once you enter that address on the iPhone, wireless
sync works perfectly.

Hi Bob, you can share one of your Cloud files with some other users, but
not just certain tasks in your particular file.
So basically you should create 1 Cloud file 'Work' to share it and second
Cloud file 'Personal' for internal use.

Alex,
MLO doesn't work with Gmail accounts directly, please remove all SMTP
settings and save changes to resolve freezing issue.
In order to use gmail account you have to install additional software.

If you use 'Print what'-- current selection and select copy selected tasks
with all subtasks visible in view, the contents are printed twice: first
with the folder, then separately.
It is not a bug, since if User selects parent tasks, all children are
included automatically. So is it enough to select just parents to see all
children printed. But if User selects children tasks also - they are also
printed by design.

On your Desktop, select:
1. Start
2. Run
3. Type ‘regedit’
4. Find folder ‘HKEY_Current_User’ find ‘MylifeOrganized.net’ folder
a. Expand it to see ‘Settings’ folder.
5. Export ‘Settings’ folder
6. Import it to desired location to bring your saved changes.

Please check a backup copy in MLO folder, MLO system automatically saves a
backup each time when users saves the data.
This file has .bak type and can be opened by MLO application.

Yes – that is a bug - for version 2.x the only way to stop the
notifications cominng is to edit the registry. This issue was fixed for 3.x

 Unfortunately, that procedure has not worked for the iPhone, and I've
 tried it several times. The iPhone pairs to the MLO file fine, it just
 won't sync once it is paired up.

 Can anyone suggest a solution?

Please check what 'Task synchronization action' is selected under
File-Outlook Synchronization. If you want your data is updated in both
sides - it should be set MLO-Outlook (Synchronize tasks)

a. Expand it to see ‘Settings’ folder.

6. Import it to desired location to bring your saved changes back.

I just tried my outlook mails drug and drop to MLO 3.6.2 and it worked
properly. Can you please try to restart your PC and check again? If the
issue is still present - remove MLO, install it to ‘My Documents’ folder
and try again how it works?

Please try to install MLO app to My Documents folder and un-install in
from Program files. Please save you data file before these actions.

Move your saved data file to newly created MLO folder in My Documents
folder and try Print option once again.

Print path should be ok now.
