I run context in a task queue with four worker processes. It is possible that context is invoked simultaneously to process distinct input files by tasks running in separate worker processes. I see periodic fatal errors, as follows: mtx-context | fatal error: no return code, message: luatex: execution interrupted However, the same input files can be processed by context directly without errors. Is it possible that context running in simultaneous but separate processes conflict? In the newer source one finds lxml-tab.lua:

I tried some different dates and the number is indeed typed twice every time in
french. I think this problem appears recently because it was not the case with
"ConTeXt - 2011.05.18 22:26" "LuaTeX-0.70.1".
I still think it’s a bug because it’s not expected to have the day number
typed twice when one call \date (in "lang-def.mkiv", the date format is
declared as "\c!date={\v!day+,\v!space,\v!month,\v!space,\v!year" for french).

I just discovered that it was not fixed for my Windows-Minimals (ConTeXt ver:
2011.06.18 14:13 MKIV).
Adding the above line makes it work. This is fixed with my Ubuntu-Minimals. I'm

The erroneous behaviour is at least in the following version, I cannot check

By the way, these ', " etc. are standard defines in XML and as such
were also present in ConTeXt.

Uppercase /lower > case are unicode sensitive; as Wolfgang already wrote > string.lower(..) and string.upper(..) can help , but they depend on unicode.utf8.lower()/upper() are a better choice for non-ASCII text. (I still believe the default string manipulation functions should be Unicode aware by default, and the 8-bit ones should be an alternative, not the other way around). the document I am building should be multilingual and therefore I need at the

I see that I was not quite clear with my explanation.
The situation is the following:
in a function which runs over the months of the year at a certain moment I need
to insert at the ConTeXt side the monthname. However the monthname returned by
the following statement is all lowercase, which is ok for the translation of
the labeltext. In the document however I need the labeltext in with a starting
uppercase letter. The question is therefor how to achieve this uppercase first

Sometimes the info is very long. Now it is displayed in one long line that
scrolls off the screen. How can I change this. Ideally would be if I could
give in the macro call where a new line should start, but just automatically
formatted would be good enough.

[NTG-context] bib module cripples authors?
Hi,
an other issue with bib: already at the stage of running bibtex three or more
authors are "shortened".
See an easy example:
\setupbibtex[database=mytry_x.bib]
\starttext
Test
\completepublications
\stoptext
The referenced "mytry_x.bib" looks like this:
@BOOK{daunerliebkonzenschmidt,
author = {Peter Schlechtriem and Horst Konzen},
}
@BOOK{schlechtriemschmidtkessel,
author = {Peter Schlechtriem and Horst Konzen and Karsten Schmidt},
}
And the resulting bbl lookes like this:
