  Jakarta - Turunnya nilai tukar rupiah dan Indeks
Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) saat ini, diyakini sebagai
koreksi normal biasa. Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri
Mulyani optimistis dana-dana asing yang parkir di
Indonesia belum keluar.

"Dari sisi komposisi pemain menurut saya tidak ada
alasan untuk terjadinya reverse capital outlook, kalau
terjadi profit taking mungkin saja terjadi pada
sekelompok pembawa dana atau hedge fund," ujar Menkeu.

Hal itu disampaikan Menkeu, usai melantik pejabat
eselon II di lingkungan Bapepam dan DJLK, Ditjen
Piutang dan Lelang Negara, Sekretariat Jenderal, serta
Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan Departemen
Keuangan (Depkeu), di Gedung Depkeu, Jalan Lapangan
Banteng, Jakarta, Selasa (16/5/2006).

Menkeu menjelaskan, dana asing yang masuk saat ini
masih tetap bertahan di Sertifikat Bank Indonesia
(SBI) dan Surat Utang Negara (SUN). Hal ini didasarkan
perilaku investasi dari investor SBI maupun SUN yang
bersifat jangka menengah (medium term).

Menkeu menegaskan, koreksi yang terjadi di pasar saham
dan rupiah saat ini, tidak serta merta membuat
pemerintah melakukan perubahan kebijakan.

Apalagi penurunan ini, lebih karena pengaruh pasar
global dan regional yang sulit dihindari. Sehingga
pemerintah menganggap tidak perlu melakukan perubahan
drastis.

"Saya rasa nanti dalam beberapa hari mereka akan
melakukan rasionalisasi dari respons pasar ini," tukas
Menkeu.

Menurut Menkeu, pelaku pasar juga akan
mempertimbangkan kembali kondisi perekonomian
Indonesia bila dibandingkan negara lain.

"Kemarin kita menikmati terlalu cepat kenaikan IHSG
maupun kurs, koreksi yang sekarang ini merupakan
koreksi normal dari perubahan yang sistemik,"
tukasnya. (ir)

ada positive expertise dan negative expertise. Makanya
harus berfikir positif dan juga berfikir negatif.
Karena akan selalu terjadi + atau -, cuma berapa kali
plus dan berapa kali minus...? jawabannya akan selalu
fuzzy. Kecuali bandar akan tahu pasti, lha karena dia
yg punya capital gede, yg repot kalau bandar saling
perang, akan fuzzy lagi jawabannya... :-)

Seperti tulisan saya terdahulu, hot money gak bakal lama ngendon di satu tempat.
Biasanya para fund manager asing memarkir dana kira2 1bln-1th lalu kemudian cabut.

Intervensi pasar BI cuma angin sepoi2 di tengah padang pasir, gak bakal kerasa lama.
 
Cuma saja saya tak mendoga index bakal jatuh bebas dari 1500-an ke 1300-an dalam 3 hari.

Kurang 15 lagi untuk mencapai 1350.  

Dari elliotwave nya mbah maka wave yg
dipake adalah yg merah.  Dan wave koreksi a, b, c sdh terjadi. ( yg mana
ya ?).  Sekarang adalah wave 1, yang lagi meluncur dan blon ketemu
terminalnya.  Mungkin terminalnya di 1350.  wave 2, naik 23.6% atau
38.2% atau 1400 – 1430.  lalu wave 3 turun lagi jadi 1150 (1430 –(1.382
* 200). Wave 4 naik jadi  1200 an. Wave 5 turun 200, eh ketemu deh di 1000
an. Lalu sy liat elliot wavenya mbah.  He he ketemu di garis 161.8%. 
cocok. Gambaran di kepala abah dgn chartnya mbah.  Kalo scenario ini maka yg
dipake adalah elliotwave mbah yg biru.

Oh ya kalo kate orang yg ndaki gunung,
kalo naik pelan2 tapi turun gunungnya cepet.  Tapi kalo  turun gunung
  kan ada batasnya yaitu kaki gunung he he.

Jadi ingat tahun 1999-2000 dimana pada saat booming 
internet stocks the FED terus menaikan suku bunga secara konsekutif dari sekitar 
4% menjadi 6% yang pada puncaknya menyebabkan trend bearish berkepanjangan pada 
NYSE dan NASDAQ. Pada saat itu NASDAQ sempat mencapai rekor highnya sekitar 5000 
dan sampai saat belum recover bahkan tidak mencapai setengahnya. Hal

Rekan - rekan ada yang bisa memberikan saya tentang data provider yang
bagus tapi ekonomis? Yang saya perlukan sebenernya data - data End of
day yang bisa diolah pake metastock (atau program lainnya). Kalau ada
yang tahu, tolong diberikan pencerahan.

PS: kalau datanya real-time pun tambah bagus, asal ya itu tadi, ekonomis.

Memang bagi seorang trader, tidak boleh percaya begitu saja apa kata
orang. Analisa orang lain hanya sebagai masukan saja untuk diolah
kembali sebelum take action. Tidak perduli seberapa akurat analisa
seseorang, tetap saja sangat riskan untuk mengikuti hal itu
bulat-bulat. Karena keakuratan itu adalah kisah kemarin, untuk besok
apapun bisa terjadi. Lagi pula dalam masa-masa bullish seperti kemarin
memang sangat mudah membuat perkiraan yg tepat dan akurat. Kan memang
hampir semua memang saham sedang rally :-) Luar biasa kalau tebakannya
salah mulu saat semua saham sedang paduan suara, alias kompak
rame-rame naik...

Kalau kondisi bursa dalam keadaan sekarang ini, dan bisa menebak mana
yg akan naik sebentar lagi dan mana yg akan turun secara akurat terus,
itu baru luar biasa. Tapi hal ini tidak akan mungkin terjadi.

So let's trade on our own decision...

maaf kalau tulisan saya menyinggung, bukan maksud saya. saya hanya memberitahu para trader jangan terlalu menubruk setiap saham yang direkomendasi pak oentoeng, perlu dilihat TA dan FA supaya maksud investasi di saham untuk oentoeng dan mendapat penghasilan tambahan buat anak istri malah menjadi boentoeng dan menjadi apatis dengan pasar modal. itu saja dan sekali lagi maaf kalau sudah menyinggung dan kalau saya lihat memang benar banyak apa yang ditulis oleh pak oentoeng benar. semakin benar setiap apa yang dikatakan pak oentoeng semakin banyak trader yang asal tubruk dan semakin gampang bandar mempermainkan.

Pak Oentoeng, kalau masuk bawa portofolio langsung
gede emang bahaya, justru saat ini harusnya masuk
karena sudah minus 8% dari Jumat kemaren, cuma
masuknya jangan banyak2, hari pertama (hari ini) 10%
dari dana portofolio, hari kedua 10% dst... lebih
aman..., kalau 3x masuk makin parah berhenti dulu :-)

Saya melihat market correction kemarin termasuk dalam kategori PKG (Partai Keledai Garam) - pameo terkenalnya Mbah JSX consultant yang kemarin sibuk nampungin durian jatuh hehheheh ... karena ketinggalan kereta waktu kemarin berangkat ke 1553.

singapura juga turun hampir 3%. Tapi IHSG, minus 96pt/6,3%, ini yg edan...Apakah besok rebound ?, let's vote1. Turun terus, secara teknikal beruang besar masih berkuasa.2. Penurunan hari ini sudah kelewatan, besok rebound di pertengahan

Saya lihat, kemarin dollar rata-rata menguat hampir ke semua mata 
uang 0-1%. Yg menjadi pertanyaan, Rupiah turun terlalu tajam. 
Menurut saya, sebenarnya untuk jangka pendek hal ini tidak masalah 
buat BI (cadangan devisa cukup besar bisa buat mengguyur pasar plus 
dapat gain karena dulu katanya Rp diintervensi agar tidak menguat ke 
8500)
Yg berbahaya adalah kalau pelemahan Rupiah terus berkelanjutan.
  
Soal Index rata-rata melemah 1 - 3 %. Hangseng  minus 400 point, 
singapura juga turun hampir 3%. Tapi IHSG, minus 96pt/6,3%, ini yg 
edan...
  
Apakah besok rebound ?, let's vote
1. Turun terus, secara teknikal beruang besar masih berkuasa.
2. Penurunan hari ini sudah kelewatan, besok rebound di pertengahan 
sesi 2.
3. Rebound dari pagi hari
  
Saya sendiri vote skenario 2
Skenario ini bukan memastikan tutup positif, tapi rebound (misal 
minus 30 jadi minus 5) 
  
Dan 2 key indikator adalah : 
1.USDIDR

Dear P'Thomas, bukannya pesimis, tapi menilai 
angka2 maut IHSG dari tgl2 tersebut terlihat JSX sedang berada di akhir ataupun 
bottom koreksinya, sementara angka maut yg terjadi hari ini merupakan dari awal 
dari koreksinya...
 
Berdasarkan Dow Theory (saya dulu sempet diajarkan 
dikit2 oleh P' Ruli seorang trader yg trade di komuditas), Saat ini JSX 
kelihatannya barusan / sudah menyelesaikan tahap ke tiganya (Dow theory hanya 
terdiri dari 3 tahap). Which means kemungkinan JSX akan melanjutkan koreksinya 
dengan starting over menyusuri tahap 1 kembali. Dan kemungkinan ngejar lobang 
gap kedua langsung dengan nge skip lobang pertama hehehehe..
 
Hal ini confirmed dengan volumenya yang lumayan 
besar.. so hati2..
 
But anyhow, saya coba berpikir secara logic, 
meskipun saya mencium BIG BEAR saat jumat kemaren, tapi saya rada kaget juga 
ternyata yang muncul SUPER BEAR ck..ck..ck.. (sempet makes me melongo campur 
haru) dan kemudian saya agak terganggu dengan dugaan salah satu rekan kita yang 
mengatakan volume tidak mendukung kejatuhan pasar...
 
Dipikir2 ada benernya, Why ??  Coba track back 
kenaikan super bullish kemaren2... kenaikan rata2 30 Pts selalu didukung oleh 
volume sekitar 3 T-an... sementara kejatuhan hampir 100 pts spt ini hari.. 
volumenya terjadi hanya kisaran 4 T... kan harusnya sekitar 8-9 T itungan diatas 
kertasnya bukan ??  Ada yg bisa bantu saya tjari jawabannya gak 
??
 
But again... spt istilah P' Wan Al... ente kudu 
perhatiin itu Balok GEDE jatoh dari gunung Es, jangan nekad ditangkep.. bisa 
MUOODARR.
 
So.. once again... be wise.. 
 

Well... tommorow JSX Bear ??? Maybe... mendingan 
nemenin saya nonton dan ngitungin mayat2

Wa coba tunjukin beberapa skenario :
1. DJ minus besar ( >=1%, kelihatannya tidak terjadi)
Nikei , KOSPI, HANGSENG jeblok lagi. IHSG bakal jatuh parah.

2. DJ minus tipis
Pengaruhnya masih jelek buat regional.

3. DJ plus banyak
Regional besok rebound dan berimbas ke BEJ.

4. Rupiah terpuruk dalam esok hari
IHSG bakal nerusin kejatuhan hari ini.

Saya lihat, kemarin dollar rata-rata menguat hampir ke semua mata 
uang 0-1%. Yg menjadi pertanyaan, Rupiah turun terlalu tajam. 
Menurut saya, sebenarnya untuk jangka pendek hal ini tidak masalah 
buat BI (cadangan devisa cukup besar bisa buat mengguyur pasar plus 
dapat gain karena dulu katanya Rp diintervensi agar tidak menguat ke 
8500)
Yg berbahaya adalah kalau pelemahan Rupiah terus berkelanjutan.

Soal Index rata-rata melemah 1 - 3 %. Hangseng  minus 400 point, 
singapura juga turun hampir 3%. Tapi IHSG, minus 96pt/6,3%, ini yg 
edan...

Apakah besok rebound ?, let's vote
1. Turun terus, secara teknikal beruang besar masih berkuasa.
2. Penurunan hari ini sudah kelewatan, besok rebound di pertengahan 
sesi 2.
3. Rebound dari pagi hari

Saya sendiri vote skenario 2
Skenario ini bukan memastikan tutup positif, tapi rebound (misal 
minus 30 jadi minus 5) 

Dan 2 key indikator adalah : 
1.USDIDR

Dear my friend.

 

Setelah adanya warning di gambar
teknik melipat kertas Jumat kemaren, berikut saya lampirkan peta situasi
pertempuran di JSX per tanggal 15 Mei 2006. terlihat
agak banyak darah yang tertumpah, namun sudah ada pasukan cadangan di beberapa
titik.

 

Gambar terlampir tetap memperlihatkan arah pasukan besar yang
bergerak maju (trend ke satu), walaupun kemaren ada pasukan kecil (trendline 2)
yang agak ngeloyor pergi meninggalkan barisan (akhirnya tewas
juga kan) ya lumayan
kan bisa
ngetest dimana sih pertahanan lawan. Semoga pasukan utama
mampu menembus rintangan pada saatnya nanti.

 

Para komandan diminta
merapatkan barisan terutama barisan uangnya J.

Kalau mau consider emas barusan di CNBC Asia udah turun US$ 25 jatuh ke level US$ 680an.. jadi bear marketnya ini meluas kecuali Shanghai SE yg naik lumayan.. (jam 19:10)ANTM secara jangka panjang sih tetap bagus prospeknya..

Huwahahaha, sama nih sama. Tapi ya saha untuk saham ini memang buy-and-hold. Nanti naik lagi kok, akhir bulan Mei ini SEHARUSNYA sudah sampai di level high yang kemarin - kemarin. Itu kalo kondisi penurunan index regional selese ya.
Ini juga gara2 engga ngedengerin MBAH yang udah ngasih tau kalo elliot wave bullish ke limanya udah sampe extension berapa kali (eh... correct me if I'm wrong).Tapi ya, saham ini FA-nya bagus kok. Cuma dari sisi TA nya saya engga tau... masih belajar ;-)

Seperti saya bilang tadi bahwa ada kemungkinan penurunan sd 70 
point,..ternyata 96 point dan bikin "es lilin penuh". Menandakan 
bahwa PASTI besok masih turun...Rabu reboundJum'at turun lagi..
Kalau acara ini benarJADI NGGAK USAH TANYA2 ke teman yg LAIN! 
Karena sama TIDAK TAHU-nya NGGAK usah tanya2, Hehehe
Coba kita lihat AGENDA BOZZ...bahwa PENURUNAN TAJAM, SANGAT BESAR 
hanya akan DITUNJUKKAN HARI INI! Minimal untuk minggu ini kita TIDAK

jauh lagi. Kalaupun toh ada sebenarnya DIA ngawur. Seringkali saya bilang di japri kalau untuk ke 2000 bukan RUTE yg SEKARANG!? Butuh TRUNCATION dahulu buat ELLIOTWAVE…..ya Mbah?3.Terus terang saya cukup "BEROENTOENG" tidak TERGILAS PENURUNAN
saat ini. Walaupun banyak CUAN saya yang LEPAS. Tapi ya begitulah keadaannya. Saya banyak "MENGEMASI" portfolio saya sebenarnya; ketika ada Pertandingan KING-KONG VS MAMMOUTH. Karena saya takut pertandingan akan DIMENANGKAN oleh KING-KONG. Ternyata SEMUA
(OVERALL…) pertandingan masih DIMENANGKAN BOZZ! Bagaimanapun saya BANGGA dengan BOZZ kita….karena TIDAK PERNAH NGIBUL!? Beberapa saat lalu kan sudah dibilang DON'T BE GREEDY…..ternyata untuk MENGANTISIPASI kondisi hari ini…..Kalau ada
yang KEGILAS…memang RESIKO DITANGGUNG PENUMPANG. Sudah bayar karcis kalau kehilangan CUAN pasti TIDAK DIGANTI seperti kalau lagi PARKIR di MALL.4.Saya juga sudah MENDETEKSI adanya PEMBALIKAN ARAH untuk IDR-
USD….dari sebelumnya saya bilang DANA CALPERS sudah siap diboyong! Karena saya TAHU PERSIS….saat ini kurang lebih 50%…posisi BOZZ adalah CASH in HAND!!! Asal tahu saja GEMBONG yang jualan TINS berhari-hari itu memang untuk SWITCHING ke IDR saat level 8700.
Beliau sekarang posisi PROFIT TAKING DOUBLE….TINS cost 1700-an di profit 2300-an…"unrealized gain" IDR dari spread 200 perak (8700-8900)…..Apapun CERITA di atas bagi saya; MBAH sudah MENGANTISIPASI adanya
INDEX ENGINEERING…..Kalau lagi gini saya sudah MENGHENTIKAN acara KUTU LONCAT…..karena tidak mau KO'IT…Asal tahu saja milis OB yang paling DITAKUTI BOZZ……Mbah mungkin yg DITAKUTI??? Milis ini yg paling sering DIKERJAIN dibandingkan milis
yg lain…..ya nggak Mbah??? Ndak tahu TO (Target Operasinya) siapa???Ayo BOZZ... kita terus bertanding di segala LINI!
