RE: [otrs] Once again :-) CentOS 4.x and OTRS :)
Cool thanks i'll be working with a copy of the database and see how it goes... Basically I'm going from otrs v. 2.0.4 -> 2.2.4 So looks like I need to run the upgrade from 2.0.4 -> 2.1 Then run the upgrade from 2.1 -> 2.2does this sound correct? -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Nils Breunese (Lemonbit) Sent: Tuesday, December 18, 2007 1:36 AM To: User questions and discussions about OTRS.org Subject: Re: [otrs] Once again :-) CentOS 4.x and OTRS :) Isaac Gonzalez wrote: > Hi again Nilsdo you use mysql server db on same machine as OTRS... [otrs] RE: Escalations
I had this same problem, and ended up writing a script that runs out of cron every 5 minutes to query the database for tickets more than an hour old with no assigned agent. I'd be happy to forward it along if you are interested. (it's pretty short.) -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dan Knoblauch Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2007 6:56 AM To: otrs@otrs.org Subject: Escalations I am wondering if there's a way to have ticket escalation notifications sent to an alternate email address that could trigger a pager? We have SLAs that need to be considered with incoming new tickets and if a ticket is not worked on within a specified amount of time it needs to notify an alternate administrator to respond to the issue. I have been unable to determine whether this is possible or not. Can anyone provide any assistance please? Thanks, Dan Knoblauch. [otrs] LDAP support
Hi folks, We are trying out otrs for our work assignment, and trying to get LDAP support working. Using the help pages, I was able to get users authenticated when they have been added as users previously. However, we would like new users to authenticate automatically, without having to manually add them. Is this possible ? Any pointers on how to get this working ? Thanks ! (2) Of course you probably need to do some modifications, for your customer attributes: First: you have to define the colum index for the customer user attributes, which are available in your cvs (lines 28 and following). Second: uncomment/add/modify lines which contain attributes that you do(n't) need or which are named differently in your customer mapping in the following statements: $CommonObject{CustomerUserObject}->CustomerUserUpdate( ...and... $CustomerUserData{UserID} = $CommonObject{CustomerUserObject}->CustomerUserAdd( ...maybe I forgot to mention that this script is very simple and works only with one customer user data backend. regards, Torsten Thau - -- Torsten Thau, Dipl.
