[otrs] System::Time objects not working
Hello everyone I recently created a stat using the System::Time time functions, and although it worked for long time, now is just not responding. When I try to generate the stat it just stays reloading forever and at the end it throws a misconfiguration message which is not explicit, and when I go into the log, it doesn't show anything. Can anyone help me? [otrs] URL insertion not working with firefox and Chrome
Good morning to you all! Currently I'm using the latest installation of OTRS, so I'm getting every juice out of the WYSIWYG rich text editor. With that being said, I'm using the URL insertion to add some file locations instead of attaching them. The thing is that when I try to execute them with Firefox or Google Chrome I get the following error. Not Found The requested URL /otrs/\\server\file location. The funny and ironic thing is that with Internet Explorer it works like a charm. So I'm assuming it's and explorer issue, but wanted to know if anyone found the way to fix it?. Cheers! Hi Stephen You have to change the css class used in the Header. Hi Nils! I actually just made a copy of the StateAction.pm file, just to see if a dropdown list would appear in the Static-File option once I selected the radio button. And now is worst because the Static-File option is no longer available, it just disappeared. Any clue why that could've happened. Re: [otrs] OTRS Terms of use (Alexander Halle)
Hey there! My main question is, if I can have another completely different server to store the attachments. If I can, than I need to know if what is the correct way to set the ArticleDir (I'm trying with //servername/folder). I've tried giving permissions to the Apache user (Allow services to interact with desktop) but that sounds that's giving permission over the same server which has the OTRS installation not another server. If I set the ArticleDir locally meaning c:/folder, it works, but I need it to be in another server. Thanks for all the help, hope anyone can help me. [otrs] Status view as default view
Hi all! I would like to know if there's a chance to make the status view as the default view. So that when the agent logs on the first screen he sees is the status view. [otrs] Escalation messages in agent frontend
Hello I was wondering if there's a possibility to remove the messages displayed in the frontend when a ticket has escalated, this because some people, myself included, find it annoying to have a message for every single ticket with an error icon. [otrs] Agent notifications and generic agent
Hi I wanted to know if there's something special to do if you're using Windows to execute the generic agent and the escalation notifications. Because I created a bug and the agent told me that I have to execute this with cron. When I installed OTRS, cron for windows was installed, but I don't know how to use this. So I would like to know how to use the generic agent and escalation notifications using Windows. [otrs] Generic agent not runing
Hi I added a job to the generic agent, and scheduled it to run itself at 10 minutes every hour. When I click on run now it works, but it doesn't run when scheduled. I'm working on Windows so I don't know if that affects anything, this because I don't have the cron command. I don't know I'm just guessing. I really need help with this, so if you could help me I'd be very glad.
