AFAIK this is not possible, the notifications use the NotificationSenderName and NotificationSenderEmail values you have set in SysConfig. You could specify a "no-reply" and use something generic for the notifications. Also when any agent closes the ticket, the customer does not get any notification or any emails from OTRS system about the ticket being closed. Any clue?
