selamat siang rekan2 pelaut salam Pelaut semoga kita selalu jaya dilaut serta dapat bekerja dilaut tanpa mengabaikan faktor2 keselamatan bekerja dilaut kalo saya boleh saran sekiranya pada suatu saat pada peringatan hari pelaut diadakan suatu bentuk bhakti sosial seperti pembersihan laut disekitar kepulauan seribu mengigat laut adalah tempat kita mengantungkan nasib apa salahnya kalo kita juga peduli dengan kondisi laut kita juga. demikian saja sekirannya saran saya semoga dapat menjadi sumbangan bagi pelaut indonesia. Rp 3,6 triliun? Bukan, sebenarnya hutangnya Djakarta Lloyd hampir mencapai Rp 6 triliun,” ujar Menteri BUMN, Dahlan Iskan kepada wartawan di gedung DPR, Kamis (17/2/2012). Hal ini lah yang membuat Dahlan cukup berat untuk membantu perusahaan kapal tersebut untuk lepas dari jurang kebangkrutan. "Utang sebanyak itu (Rp 6 triliun) siapa yang mau? Lebih baik dijual saja asetnya saja, uangnya buat bayar gaji pegawai. Kalau diberikan ke perusahaan BUMN lainnya sebagai anaka perusahaan siapa yang mau? Anda mau (menawarkan kepada wartawan) saya kasih dah, silahkan ambil," ujarnya. Kepada Komisi VI DPR-RI, dahlan juga mengungkapkan cukup berat membantu Djakarta Lloyd, kalaupun pihaknya berikan dana atau kapal buat kelanjutan bisnisnya, dikhawatirkan bisa disita orang karena perusahaan tersebut sedang berperkara hukum. "Memang ada aturan aset negara tidak boleh disita pengadilan, tapi bisa kah jadi jaminan, saat kapal tersebut berlayar ke Hongkong, disana disita orang karena tahu itu kapal Djakarta Llody, terus disita di Hongkong, aturan tersebut juga tidak bisa menolong," ungkap Dahlan. Sebelumnya Deputi Bidang Resktrukturisasi dan Percepatan Strategis Pandu Djajanto pernah mengatakan, berdasarkan audit 2007 total aset Djakarta Lloyd mencapai Rp 1,1 triliun, dan berdasarkan hitungan Kementerian BUMN saat ini aset Djakarta Lloyd hanya mencapai Rp 282,5 miliar. Beberapa Efek buruk Bagi Pengguna BlackBerry Belakangan diketahui bahwa BlackBerry ternyata memberi efek buruk bagi pemakainya. Berikut adalah akibat-akibatnya antara lain: 1. Rela disuruh antri, semakin panjang semakin tenang, gak menunjukkan gejala kekesalan sama sekali. 2. Yang tadinya ngedumel saat macet, sekarang tenang. 3. Berharap kena lampu merah berulang-ulang. Kalo lampu berubah jadi ijo malah kesel. Tetep nekad jawabin email/chatting. 4. Sering diklaksonin orang lain, sampe disaranin pasang stiker di belakang mobil "harap sabar, BlackBerry user". 5. Waktu BAB jadi tambah lama. Padahal isinya udah kosong tapi tetep aja nongkrong. 6. Tidur miring nungguin pasangan sambil BB di tangan. Kejar target ngabisin baca email. 7. Suka senyum-senyum sendiri. 8. Gak konsen kerja. 9. Bangun pagi yang pertama dicari BB dulu bukan yang lain. 10. Waktu diajak ngobrol orang tetep maksa jawab email/chatting. Cuek. Padahal yang ngajak ngobrol itu kadang bossnya sendiri. 11. Lebih senang disupirin daripada nyetir sendiri. Rela naik busway biar gak usah nyetir. 12. Jadi jarang marah tapi jadi sering dimarahin orang karena diajak ngobrol gak nyambung. 13. Kalo di tempat umum suka panik nyari stop kontak. Batere sekarat. 14. Kalo anaknya rewel langsung nunjukkin BB nya buat menghibur. 15. Sering lupa mencet tombol lift. Harusnya naik malah turun. Belum lagi kebablasan lantainya. 16. Kalo ngantri di bank pake nomor antrian, pas dipanggil di speaker gak denger. Pas kepala liat monitor kaget. Waks! Harus ambil antrian ulang. Tapi tetep tenang. 17. Langganan koran dan majalah masih tertumpuk rapi tak terbaca. 18. Sering kejedug karena kalo jalan mata tertuju ke layar BB. 19. Bikin tangan ga pernah kosong. [pelaut] NPWP MUDAH DAN GRATIS, SIAPA BILANG SUSAH?
NPWP mudah dan gratis, siapa yang bilang susah? Pertanyaanya apakah yang anda mengerti setelah mempunyai NPWP ??? Masalahnya bukan kita tidak mau membayar pajak ataupun tidak mau mempunyai NPWP, tapi apa keuntungan dan kerugian kita bila kita mempunyai NPWP? Saya ingin punya NPWP (bayar pajak) karena itu adalah salah satu kewajiban sebagai warga negara, tapi apakah kita harus mempunyai NPWP tanpa mengetahui apa dan bagaimana nantinya? seperti membeli kucing dalam karung. karena itulah saya beberapa minggu belakangan ini berusaha belajar mengenai pajak lewat buku,internet dan juga kekantor pajak. sekarang paling tidak saya mengerti sedikit mengenai itu, dan saya ingin berbagi pengetahuan dengan rekan2 pelaut sekalian. Saya mulai dari yg sedang hangat2nya sekarang ini. Sunset Policy 2008 Sunset policy 2008 adalah fasilitas penghapusan sanksi perpajakan berupa bunga yang diatur dalam pasal 37A undang2 ketentuan umum dan tata cara perpajakan (KUP). Siapa saja yang dapat memanfaatkan sunset policy? Seluruh masyarakat, baik orang pribadi maupun badan dengan ketentuan: 1.Orang pribadi yang secara sukarela mendaftarkan diri untuk memperoleh NPWP dalam tahun 2008 dan menyampaikan SPT tahunan untuk tahun pajak 2007 dan sebelumnya paling lambat tanggal 31 maret 2009. 2.Wajib pajak orang pribadi atau badan yang dalam tahun 2008 membetulkan SPT tahunan untuk tahun pajak 2006 dan sebelumnya yang mengakibatkan pajak yang harus dibayar menjadi lebih besar. Akibat tidak memanfaatkan Sunset policy Bagi masyarakat yang tidak memanfaatkan fasilitas sunset policy dan apabila ternyata berdasarkan data yang dimiliki dirjen pajak diketahui terdapat pajak yang belum dibayarkan, maka berdasarkan data tersebut, Dirjen pajak berwenang melakukan pemeriksaan untuk menagih pajak yang belum dibayar termasuk sanksi administrasinya, bahkan terhadap wajib pajak dapat dikenai sanksi pidana karena melakukan tindak pidana di bidang perpajakan. dari penjelasan sunset policy diatas saya bisa mengambil intinya. Sunset Policy hanya menghilangkan sanksi bunga bukan pemutihan atas pajak kita sebelumnya. artinya setelah Kita punya NPWP kita harus menyampaikan SPT tahunan PPh untuk tahun paling tidak dari tahun 2007 dan harus membayar pajaknya tanpa dikenai Sanksi berupa bunga 2% per bulan. Tahun pajak berikutnya pengisian SPT harus benar (gimana bisa benar kalo kita masih belum tahu),kalo salah dalam pengisian anda bisa dianggap menngelapkan pajak dan akan di selidiki oleh Dirjen pajak dan bisa kena Sanksi Pidana (masuk penjara). Cukup disini dulu sharing saya, (sebenernya masih banyak) Untuk catatan, sampai sekarang ini saya masih belum punya NPWP. tapi setelah tahu sedikit, cepat atau lambat kita diharuskan punya NPWP. kenapa? saya sharing lagi next time. Maaf kalo ada yg salah, sharing dari teman2 pelaut lainnya sangat diharapkan buat mengatasi kebingungan kita dlm masalah ini. Betul juga apa yang dikatakan oleh bung Endrato, memang sangat berat untuk mengatur pergantian crew dengan schedule yang telah disusun jauh2 hari. jika mungkin saudara udah mengajukan untuk jump ship jauh2 hari 3 bulan sebelumnya kemungkinan ada pertimbangan lain dari perusahaan,nah kalau yang satu ini membayar 35jt mungkin ada kontrak exclusif antara ybs dengan perusahaan jadi diminta untuk kembalikan bisa juga menjadi pelajaran buat rekan2 pelajari dahulu contract agreement dengan perusahaan sebelum kita memutuskan bergabung. setiap persoalan pasti ada jalan keluarnya inilah namanya hidup Brgds Satryo ___ Nama baru untuk Anda! Setahu saya Pendidikan Mooring Master yang dilaksanakan selama ini, & diikuti oleh Oil company adalah di Pelumpang bersama dengan Pendidikan Pandu yang lamanya kalau tdk salah sekitar 8 bulan, kalau dipertamina ada pendidikan Mooring Master / berth Master, wuaah ini baru lagi, apakah sertificatenya juga keluaran Departement Perhubungan sama dengan yang dari Pelumpang yaa . ?
