Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
Some real weirdness today with this plugin . Started playing it on my Touch and my Touch restarted . After that my library wouldn't play and constantly went into rebuffering mode . Went to the computer to restart LMS and did a complete rescan . I did not reinstall LMS . After that for some reason mysqueezebox credentials and the triode app were missing in action . Weird . I had to reinstall the Triode plugin Restarted the computer and things were back to normal . I have had restarts with the Squeezebox Radio Upon starting Spotify via Triodes plugin but never ever my Touch . Both are connected wirelessly . jimmypowder's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=61215 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Custom Scan plugin: wrong path in iTunes Import
OK, by now I think the problem is most probably because of a change introduced in iTunes9. What I've figured out is that the following key in "iTunes Music Library.xml": Music Folderfile://localhost/Users/marti/Music/iTunes/iTunes%20Media/ Should be understood as "Media folder" when iTunes organizes media library. Therefore I can see two options: 1.- stop allowing iTunes to organize media folder/library (which I'd rather avoid) 2.- Modify "iTunes Import" to use the "iTunes Music folder" field from the "Itunes Export" configuration of Custom Scan Regards, Martà waldo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19888 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=101399 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

How is the iTunes Import module configured in Custom Scan ? What's each parameter set to ? What's the Media Folder set to in LMS Settings/Basic Settings ? What's the "iTunes Media folder location" set to in iTunes in the Advanced section of iTunes configuration ? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Custom Scan plugin: wrong path in iTunes Import
Well, it turns out it is not "Custom Scan" but "Trackstat" that is building the new path adding "/Music/Artist/Album/Song" to the SBS base path (instead of just "/Artist/Album/song") Any idea about how to modify this? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Hi there I've got Qobuz streaming plugin working on my LMS (running on my iMac, can't see the plugin options on my Synology DS211+) and it's streaming fine. Although I have the Hifi Qobuz subscription all my files seem to be MP3 streaming. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance! [SlimDevices: Plugins] Custom Scan plugin: wrong path in iTunes Import
Hi, iTunes Import in Custom Scan plugin is not working. As far as I can see, the problem is that it's using a wrong path. >From SBS logs: [14-04-21 13:24:12.6371] Plugins::TrackStat::iTunes::Import::handleTrack (430) file not found: /Users/marti/Music/SB Server/Originals Flac/Music/9Bach/Tincian/03 Pebyll.flac Since the real path is /Users/marti/Music/SB Server/Originals Flac/9Bach/Tincian/03 Pebyll.flac, it is clear the problem is Custom Scan is adding "*/Music*/9Bach/Tincian/03 Pebyll.flac" instead of "/9Bach/Tincian/03 Pebyll.flac" to the SBS path. Is there a way to fix it? _My_System_ Logitech Media Server Version: 7.8.0 - 1382588309 @ Fri Oct 25 20:01:17 PDT 2013 Configured with 3 different media folders: - /Users/marti/Music/SB Server (Music) - /Users/marti/Downloads (Pictures and video) - /Volumes/My Book 1/PelisMKV (video) iTunes Statistics Import settings: - iTunes Library XML file: /Users/marti/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml - File extension in Squeezebox Server: .flac - Music path in Squeezebox Server: /Users/marti/Music/SB Server/Originals Flac (this is so because /Users/marti/Music/SB Server contains one folder for flac and another for mp3) Thanks in advance! It doesn't matter which one you install first but Multi Library plugin won't provide much useful functionality related to browsing unless Custom Browse is installed. Basically how it works is that Multi Library plugin define a library and based on the library definition it automatically provides configuration to Custom Browse so it can display menus for the library without any additional configuration in Custom Browse. If you use Custom Scan, to scan custom tags, you need to configure and scan your library using Custom Scan before it's usable in any Custom Scan based Custom Browse menus. You probably don't need Custom Scan unless you are using custom tags not supported out of the box by LMS. Generally, my recommendation would be to: 1. Install all the plugins you think you might want to use, from what you describe it means at least Custom Browse and Multi Library 2. Configure and perform scanning with Custom Scan (if you are using custom tags which should be part of the browsing) 3. Configure Multi Library plugin libraries 4. Perform fine tuning and modify/add additional browse menus through Custom Browse plugin if you want different menus than the ones setup automatically through the library configuration in Multi Library plugin. There are some setup tutorials in the Custom Browse documentation page in the Installation section: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Custom_Browse#Installation Erland Isaksson ('My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info)) (Developer of 'many plugins/applets (both free and commercial)' (http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/User:Erland).
