Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Custom Clock applet for Touch/Radio/Controller
I am trying to use Custom Tags in Custom Clock. The tags CUSTOMSCAN_MIXEDTAGS_OPUS AND CUSTOMSCAN_MIXEDTAGS_MOVEMENT are defined as Title Formats in the Custom Scan various settings. I can see that these are working OK by selecting and viewing them in the Web Interface. In Custom Clock Helper, I have tried to set them as Title Formats in "various settings". When I click "apply" it says that the settings are saved, but does not display the Title Format in the list. Attempting to use the Title Format in a tracktext item just results in the words CUSTOMSCAN_MIXEDTAGS_OPUS etc being displayed. Any ideas what is going wrong here? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] announce: squeeze2upnp, a bridge between LMS and uPNP devices
OK so I shut down the Plex Server, but still no luck. Now when I select the Onkyo from the players list (in the HTML GUI) and play a track the receiver doesn't react at all (it was playing an internet radio station, and continued to do so). The HTML GUI shows that my MP3 is playing on the receiver however. So it seems that the server isn't sending anything to the receiver. I've also just tried using a couple of Android apps to playback from LMS (the official Logitech app and Squeeze Commander). The Logitech app will display a list of players (including the Onkyo), but will not allow me to select any of them (the interface does not respond when I try to tap on any of the players). Squeeze Commander seems to be connected to one of my Squeezebox Booms upstairs, but will not let me switch to a different player. Is there any chance that the plug-in may be causing problems for the Android apps connecting to LMS? I've tried disabling the Bridge and restarting LMS but still the Android apps don't let me select any of the players. ??? itm's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17437 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102496 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I managed to install the plug-in (on LMS 7.7.5 on Windows Server 2008), and my Onkyo TX-NR515 is listed as a player, but when I play back any MP3 tracks the amp displays the name of my Plex Media Server (running on the same Windows box, for my video collection), and there is no audio playback from the amp. I'm guessing that I have a conflict between LMS and Plex, but have no idea how to resolve it. It "feels" like the MIME associated with the URL is either not defined or else already defined as an URL to be processed by LMS. However without details the problem cannot be confirmed nor a solution offered. As always more info always helps. You should always provide detailed additional info so that problem can be investigated rather than speculated - it also saves time on both sides What is the problem URL ? What is yoiur version of LMS ? What is the Plugin PlayHLS version ? What version of ffmpeg have you installed ? What is LMS running on ? bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103158 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] BBC iPlayer rebuffering
I have had this rebuffering problem for months now (BT Infinity broadband). I have changed the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 this morning, which seems to have made no difference, as R4 has broken up several times already in the last 30 minutes. I only use Live radio. rbl's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4517 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103481 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

But FYI I changed the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and it is still terrible. Radio 4 has re-buffered several times this morning already... I can't believe BBC are this bad and it has been going on for months... I will also try the radiofeeds suggested in a previous post. rbl's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4517 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103797 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
