I have no other devices which have Airplay only. For now I have disabled automatic update of plugins. Is your target to integrate the GGMM-E5 compatibility again? I got most issues working with no significative problems remaining. The most important thing is to reduce the audio buffer to ~200ms. (I still do not know whether this will cause other problems.) I also ticked "send LMS metadata to player", this seems to help for syncronization (?) (and now with the status request I can also see that it is accepted), "compress" and of course "encrypt". In some szenarios synchronization seems to depend on the setting of bitrate limitation setting in the player settings but with reducing the audio buffer this got much better (before this it would sync sometimes and sometimes not). Usually after pausing and unpausing it was in sync anyway. I will try more music files and sources today. I've uploaded a new version 0.2.0. No new features, just new binaries for Linux x86_64/i386/arm and macOS. This build should now run on Raspberry Pi1 / pCP, too. Okay, I turned on the logging for the Qobuz plugin (debug level) and as far as I can tell/see there are no error messages. Below in the screenshot you see the log entry after asking for the 'new releases' on Qobuz 22738 At the left hand you see the log entry and at the right the result as displayed in LMS When I take the URL to the image as in the log, the cover art is shown in my browser: Code: https://static.qobuz.com/images/covers/49/55/5414939955549_600.jpg In LMS it goes through the image proxy and the url is : Code: http://192.168.0.5:9000/imageproxy/https%3A%2F%2Fstatic.qobuz.com%2Fimages%2Fcovers%2F49%2F55%2F5414939955549_600.jpg/image_200x200_o But that does not display the cover art. It all started, I believe, yesterday. I've not touched the LMS (7.9.0) and PcP (V3.02) in weeks, no reboots, no updates whatsoever and yesterday I noticed that cover art was no longer displayed from Qobuz. Looks like something changed in the jpg from qobuz that has impact on the image caching in LMS. LMS/iPeng now also behave erratic with refreshes of pages or jumping back to the previous menu. I hope someone can diagnose and fix. Many thanks in advance. Had a play with Max2Play today (rain stopped weeding ) Initially had problems with a rpi2b+ and a digi board out, couldn't get the dammed thing to work in LMS (installed on the Max2Play) or as a Spotify Connect Player (it would show as playing but with no sound).:( Anyway, gave up on that and tried an rpi3B (again with a digi board), this time using it as a straight Spotify connect Player. Once more could not get it to work (on the Spot Connect page the debug kept telling the "Name" option was in "error". tried allsorts but with no luck. Then thought to try it as a straight player (for LMS on a Jessied rpi3). Went to the AudioPlayer page and bugger me, Squeezelite was enabled by default :(:o:mad:. I've not used M2P since there about a zillion less effing pages to muck about with :p Killed Squeezelite and BINGO :D Added the -C 10 to Squeezelite and BINGO AGAIN  Might try a 2B later in the week Think that's the last of the emoji  so I'm off to watch Munster v Ospreys, ta, ta Ronnie half time edit : post delayed because of the little pictures!! Works beautifully. This is all I could ask for. When the Connect part is implemented, will I still be able to play it as I do today? Yes. If I wanted to have a Connect only device, that would be easy. Thank Michael for this plugin. It works nice on my set, just had to connect with my macbook. But the Spotify Connect thing does not work. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] For the brave only: the Spotty Spotify implementation
I am testing it on a Synology NAS DS716 II+ which is a Intel x86 Model. x86_64 or i686? What does LMS report in Settings/Information? I'm wondering whether I f... up some of the x86 build, as this morning even my own machine ceased to work. And that's the machine I thought I had been using to build the binary... another build fixed it for me. 4) With the original SpotifyProtocolHandler I was able to feed LMS (with CLI or json api) with a Spotify playlist url. That doesn't seem to be working now. A quick glance at your code (but I'm not an expert in perl) is that the handler now catches all spotify protocol requests while it should only listen to track events so that the spotify plugin can expand the playlist requested into the individual tracks. Yes, the content handling hasn't seen much love yet. I'll have to verify this. 5) Crossfade doesn't seem to be working between tracks. Is that supposed to work ? No idea :-). I never use any of the fadings. Will double check.no -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
