Unfortunately it didn't work either. What I did now because I couldn't imagine that I was the only one with the mistake. I uninstalled my LMS and reinstalled it directly with Pinkdots version 24. After a first try with only a part of my collection I can say that your regular plugin works. I only had a few albums read in. Now I let read my complete disk and test it again afterwards. But I assume that it will still work. I suspect that the bugs crept in due to the updates from the original Synology beta package to the Pinkdots version. I assume that reading my library will take until tonight. I will continue to report. Thanks for your help and sorry for the circumstances. Hi, good to see that you find an angle to resolve that error. I try to reduce the bookmark size but that doesn't help. If you need someone to test, give me a beta repository link (if you can create that) and I can check your new bookmark if its available. I know that's hard to fix something if you cannot see the error. And in additional, I understand that you need time to fix it and thanks again to take a look. Its all gigabit. Player is a SqueezePlay on my Gaming machine with enough horsepower. Synology is an old 1512+. I have some other players. In my kitchen a Squeezebox Radio. That is connected via wifi and generates same error. Everything is connected on the same network. Hi, I remove the plugin from the box and make a restart. I remove /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/prefs/bookmarkHistory.prefs by hand. I check if the remove of the plugin also delete /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/BookmarkHistory. It was deleted. I check if the repository is correct (http://mjohnen.bplaced.net/repo/repo.xml) I install the plugin from the repository. The Bookmarks at the gui is empty. Start an album and select track 52. Wait until bookmark is set. Switch to a different album. Wait again until this is also set. I get no answer back and plugin is not working for me. It creates the bookmarks but it always starts the Album from track 1. So not useable for Audiobooks. Really sad. So I will delete it. Or have anybody a solution? Server is cloned but after cloning I change IP, name of ubuntu server and also name of LMS Server What can I say, right now everything is working fine. After stopping one LMS, work with the running one and starting second LMS later. I only disable mysqueezebox.com service Handler plugin in Audiobook LMS, because I don't need it here. I also go to mysqueezebox.com and delete all players and also all Apps. I never use mysqueezebox. I am really happy now. Everything is working fine!!! But I don't really know what was the error. At the end it wasn't Ipeng. Sorry. done but no changes. I made some other tests. At first I stop my music LMS to make sure only one LMS is running. 1. Now I switch Ipeng to a Boom player and play a little bit with menu and handling. Status working 2. Now I switch to a different player (squeezelite) thats running at my desktop and play with menu. Status working. 3. Now edit menu structure in Ipeng with sorting menu structure and disable menu that I do not need in audiobook LMS. Status working Looks for me right now everything is working fine. I also see no error in server log like "[16-03-22 12:57:35.0032] Slim::Networking::Discovery::Players::_players_error (146) Unable to get players: Connect timed out: Der Socket ist nicht verbunden" Until now I am happy. I will now start the second LMS for music (different vmware server) without any changes in Ipeng. Will give feedback later. Hi, you only need to enable the "Sub-Library Demo" plugin. With this you get additional menu entries and you are able to create new Librarys. To create a new one, you need to go to Search (advanced settings), choose what you are searching and safe it after search. Now you have a new library view. Here are two srceens. One is fine (with additional menu) and one is crapy. Specially if you search something, the screen will be changed. Hi, I use 7.9 and in a browser or original Logitech App its working fine. Do you see a chance to resolve that in the future? Right now Ipeng is unusable and I must use Logitech App. Please:-) I switch from custom browse to Multi library because custom browse used so much resources at my LMS. I need multi library to switch from "normal" MP3 stuff to HighRes audio. Right now without custom browse LMS runs like a charm with low resources. For me one of the best extensions. hi, having problems with Ipeng after enabling multi library view. Ipeng refresh screen (left side) every 10 seconds. It change between normal tree menu and multi library view. That makes navigation impossible. Is there a solution in place? With original logitech app everything is working. But that app is very odd. Hi, I am using your plugins for my music. I build now a new server that runs two instance of lms. I split it in music and audiobooks. Your plugins generates a very high load and I do not need trackstat or other of your great plugins for my audiobooks. I only need it for my music library. To speed up the lms with two instance (on Ubuntu 14.04) I use mariaDB running on my NAS. Right now, if I install your plugins inside the music instance I run into an error because inside your mysql db create script you use TYPE=innoDB. So to bring your plugins online, I delete the Type statement inside your create DB scripts. ThatÂ’s dirty and if you had changed something inside the plugin I run into trouble. Is it possible to change it inside your source? Hi, I cannot find any hint for that and hope somebody can help me. I use that great plug in since several years. Right now with the Multi Library function is a perfect tool to organize a huge library better. One of the bad things and I am pretty sure its only related to a miss configuration from my side is, I can only see the album name if I go to Custome Browse/Albums. In the default LMS I will find also here Artists and year. Is it possible to add this information also in the Album view? Hi, at first, I love your plugins and buy the complete packages. I having one problem and hope you have a solution. I enable following modules: custom browse, custom scan, dynamic playlist, license manager, playlist generator, trackstat, lyric and trackstat playlist. If I start a rescan (only new songs), the scan is finish after 4 minutes. After this time your plugins start to do something. From that point the squeezeserver stops music and the webinterface don't work. I start top and saw that the cpu core has 100% wait time. I start iotop and saw that there is approximate 1200 K/s DISK READ. After 15 minutes the system comes back to work, the io DISK READ goes to a normal value and the CPU wait goes to 0%. I have this behavior since the switch from MySQL to SQlite. Thats the reason why I only automatically scan for new music at 3 o'clock. I think that other users has similar problems. Are you known that problem and/or do you work on it? I thinking about to switch the system from a normal HDD to a SSD to improve the IO und R/W performance. A short question in th esame direction... If I make a full rescan, do I lost the rating from the trackstat? The reason why I am asking, sometimes I retag some mp3 and don't change the timeflag. LMS cannot handle this in correct manner. The only way to get resolve the error is a full scan. Example: I have two albums. One is from The Alan Parsons Project and the other is from Alan Parsons Project. More details...mhh... In the moment I have 2 ipods with ipeng 1.4.1 and both have diffrent errors. One doesn't show New Music and one is very unstable. But I use the old SBS 7.6.1. I wait for LMS 7.7 that fix many problems. You do not need to find the error in the moment. Hi, I restart both IPOD, clear both ipeng cache but same error. At the old Version I get the Neue Musik interface with all albums after 10 seconds. The other ipod with 1.4.1 runs into a timeout. Hi, sorry for my bad english. Since SBS 7.6 the SBS sometimes die if I connect via Softsqueeze over SSH. Hi erland, I test it today but I saw no entry. Let me explane what I do. Atr first I create a entry from the template Album Information Files. The template based at the xml albumfiles.cb.context.xml. I load the default and use Customize configuration and save it to albumfiles1.cb.context.xml. I also create a txt file with text information about the album and put it at the same directory from the album. My understanding is, if I now use custombrowse menu and go to an Album, it shows me the input from the txt file. Hi, I search for a funktion that I hope can realize with custombrowse. In the menu albumheader/Album info I would like to add a funktion that the Album Info shows me the content of a text file that also include in the same directory as the album. I would like to use it to show more information for audio books. normal install over squeezecenter Plugin page. I try also to add an additional repository and add yours. It is a little bit strange. I make an update of my fedora 10 (yum update) and restart the server and now everythink is fine. I do not know why. Hi, I am very happy with this apps. I have a small problem. Very often the Playlists are empty. I see the diffrent lists but they are empty. After I flush the cash the playlist works.
