multi domain problem, fetchmail?!
hi all; we have several domains hosted on our machine, we want to store all of the emails for one of our domains into someone's mailbox. for example: we have boshra.net and sgc-iran.com, we want to deliver any email on this domain (for example [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], and in general [EMAIL PROTECTED]) to one e-mail address on boshra.net that is: [EMAIL PROTECTED] how can we do that? ps. we can store all the e-mails [to all the domains which are on our machine] by .qmail-default into [EMAIL PROTECTED] but how about exculding other domains? [only [EMAIL PROTECTED] should be delivered to [EMAIL PROTECTED] not other domains] we tried .qmail-sgc-iran.com-default but it didnt work.
Courier-IMAP Authenticate via Checkpassword !
Hi , I hava make a remote access server with radius and porslave and store my username on a mySQL table and radiusd authenticate via this table . So I have patch my qmail with that patch I have find on www.qmail.org that can make qmail to receive mail based on users and uid and gid and home dir that stored on mySQL table well. So It patch checkpassword for authenticate via mySQL table and qmail-pop3d work with this users that not stored in Linux passwd and they are only a mySQL users . I have apply virtual host support with mbox_host that can find in that patch . So my services work well so well ! But my problem is that I want to have IMAP service . So existance IMAP daemon only authenticate form PAM or passwd but I wanna to authenticate via mySQL table or chechpassword program that I have already patch it to authenticate via mySQL table . So Is there any way to setting Courier-IMAP daemon or any other IMAP daemon that work with qmail to authenticate via checkpassword or directly from mySQL table ? Hi , I want some help about qmail services ! I have installed it on my Redhat 6.1 machine and work fine . So I have patched my qmail and checkpassword to work with users based on a mySQL table and authenticate via a mySQL table that users store on it . This patch can be find on http://www.qmail.org So my pop3d is authenticate perfectly via checkpassword becuase my chechpassword was patched to check via mySQL table . So how can I do that with an IMAP daemon ? Is there any IMAP daemon exist that can authenticate via mySQL table ? or is there any IMAP daemon exist that can authenticate via checkpassword like qmail-pop3d ? my second question is , is that any way that can limit my relaying like this : I am an ISP and I want that my users can't send the mails that are not from : [EMAIL PROTECTED] I mean that FROM should be in this form : [EMAIL PROTECTED] and not others ! Limit POP3 and SMTP service !
Hi , I have installed qmail 1.03 and it works fine ! but I want some feature that can't find it . 1- I want that relay mail based on the sender domain name . For example I have install this qmail server on morva.net domain and want to don't deliver mails that are not have [EMAIL PROTECTED] form . It means only morva.net users can use our smtp server . 2- The log file will be show me that the qmaild user send a mail when I use pop3 service . It means that I can get uid of user that use pop3 service and logon to the pop3 server and send a mail . How can I find out that which uid use pop3 and send a mail ? IMAP and Mysql !
Hi , I have installed qmail and checkpassword with mysql patch support to store my users in a mysql table . So I want to have an IMAP daemon that can support Maildir (I mean QMail) and can authenticate via a mysql table like qmail-mysql patch or can Authenticate via checkpassword utility that have patched to authenticate via Mysql table . any suggestion ? Relaying based on mail size !
Hi , I have installed Redhat 6.1 and Qmail 1.03 on it ! works good :) Wanna have some relaying based on message size . For example wanna check messages if larger that 5000 KB don't send it to remote host and reject it . How can I do that ? Any man pages and document are usefull . Thanx Hamid Morva.net Admin
Sending Through other Mail Server !
Hi , I have installed qmail 1.03 with Redhat Linux ! it is work perefectal . Here a little problem . I wanna send my emails through an other mail server that provide me to inernet . For example I have a server with IP 195.200.226.147 that connected via a leased line to server 195.200.226.145 . So I wanna deliver my e-mail that send from 195.200.226.147 through 195.200.226.145 not directly to distnation server . So How can I set it ? Thanx Hamid

I Have a Problem on Qmail Anti-Relaying
Hi , I have installed Redhar Linux 6.0 and qmail 1.03 on it . I have install POP3 daemen on that . OutLook Express and other pop3 clients can send a message that have a sender e-mail address that not on my domain.com . For example if my domain is morva.com you can send a mail message from my PoP3 daemon that's sender address is from hotmail.com !?!?!? I want to deliver only the mails that from my domain and reject mails that don't from my domain ! So how can I do this on my pop3 and sending mechanism ? Thanx Hamid Hashemi Tehran - Iran
