[qmailtoaster] qmail remote after DKIM install
After installing DKIM on a Cnetos 5 dedi with kloxo, qmail started to fail. First I was getting Unable to run qmail-remote. After some attempts to repair including installing qmailtoaster plus and running new model, I am getting , 451 qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0). When I try qmail stat cannot find the file seems to be qmail files missing or corrupted. Well...I am totally lost. Anyone had problems and found solutions after DKIM install? Best regards Laura Reed Systems Desk Group East Gate 2014-06-21

Best regards Laura Reed Systems Desk Group East Gate 2014-06-21 I presume you followed the wiki instructions for DKIM? Sounds to me like a permissions problem. I'd look for an owner or sticky bit that's not set properly. [qmailtoaster] Re: how to SA
Duplicate messages in mailbox can result from: .) .qmail file in user's account that has 2 lines. This happens when the user's name is changed in qmailadmin (it's a bug). .) when scanning takes a long time, the sending smtp process (server or mail app) can time out before qmail-smtp acknowledges receipt. This happens most commonly with large emails submitted from Outlook that has insufficient timeout (should be max value). These are the conditions that come to mind for me regarding duplicates. Re: [qmailtoaster] Re: how to SA
I took a look in my change logs to see what changes I made and why. I have seen both of these cases more of the first mentioned than the second. I will monitor to see if any of these surface again. The first is an easy fix but not so much of the second. thanks dave On 6/21/2014 4:19 PM, Eric Shubert wrote: Duplicate messages in mailbox can result from: .) .qmail file in user's account that has 2 lines. This happens most commonly with large emails submitted from Outlook that has insufficient timeout (should be max value). These are the conditions that come to mind for me regarding duplicates. HTH. --
