600 Million Votes Demand The Right For Natural Health!

Thanks for your recent participation in the Email Campaign against the
planned vitamin ban by Codex Alimentarius and the European Directive on
Supplements. We appreciate your great support (600 Million Votes counted!).
This biggest online campaign in the history of Internet has made the EU
Supplement Directive the most controversial issue in the EU Parliament.
Even though millions of online votes showed the complete opposition of the
EU citizens to the directive, it has passed the EU Parliament with 139 from
629 Parliamentarians voting against it.

The Running Amok of the Pharma-Cartel: The EU Pharmaceutical Directive

On June 1, the European Commission will introduce a new directive (EU
Directive 2001/83) to the European Parliament. It tries to classify all
substances used by humans to improve their health to prescription drugs.
This measure would apply even if the substance were a:
 Vitamin
 Mineral
 Amino acid
 Herb
or is derived in any way from plants, animal, human or synthetic sources.

That means that EVERYTHING humans use (even if it is not presented as
such!) to improve their health would be declared a prescription drug and
require at least a seven year long and $50 million dollar approval process
to come back to the market. In other words, it would be essentially a total
ban of all natural health therapies.

The only reason the pharmaceutical industry has prodded the EU Commission
to impose this unbelievable law on the 380 million people of Europe is the
new breakthrough in cancer research. For the first time, there is a proven
way to prevent the spread of cancer cells in the human body by natural
substances - without the disastrous side effects of such toxic
pharmaceutical approaches as chemotherapy or radiation. The trillion-dollar
market for those dangerous drugs will simply vanish within the next few
years due to this scientific breakthrough, which is based on the concept of
Cellular Health.

Desperate Measures by the Pharma-Cartel

By recognizing the forthcoming collapse of its trillion-dollar cancer
business, the Pharma-Cartel is using all its international political
connections and numerous national institutions in a desperate move to
protect its unscrupulous Business with Disease. The first step towards a
ban on all competing natural products on an international scale was the EU
Directive on Supplements that was approved by the European Parliament
earlier this year.

The proposed EU Laws also threaten the access to high dosage vitamins in
the US via international trade harmonization:

· Did you know that there are now 16 European states promoting the European
Directive on supplements in the Codex Alimentarius Commission to become the
new world standards for vitamins?

· Did you know that until now only the US and New Zeeland with one vote
each are opposing this model against the 16 EU States (1 vote each!)?

· Did you know that the upcoming Codex Alimentarius guidelines are an
integral part of the Free Trade of the Americas Agreement (FTAA) directly
affecting all US supplements on the market?

· Did you know that this will directly affect the US Vitamin Freedom
(Freedom of Health and Information Act, DSHEA from 1994)?

You can not believe this? Check for yourself, the complete FTAA document is
offered for download on its official website at:

2002-05-04 Thread Kevin Nolan
To explain the raised pH, there must be some other stuff in those prill
beads that perhaps lasts less than a lifetime - magnesium chloride dissolved
in water will make it mildly acid (lowering the pH). Might pay to weigh
those beads on a regular basis. Don't be surprised if they magically lose
weight after each water treatment. If not, expect a steady decline in pH
raising capacity, as the soluble alkaline component(s) leach out over time,
leaving behind something with perhaps less magical qualities than before.

I know they say that the prills add nothing to the water but that is
not true. I started with R.O. water at 6 ppm TDS and wound up with
water at 83ppm TDS or about 1/2 the TDS of our municipal water which
is at 170 to 190 ppm. The nice thing was that the pH had been about
7.1 and after prilling, is at least 8 or higher (wouldn't test higher
than 8) But it sure is cheap alkaline water. I was about to spend
$1000 or more on one of those Japanese micro machines and now I don't
have to. The prills work great.

OSTEOPOROSIS

As if cancer risk is not bad enough, let’s look at another of women’s
greatest fears: osteoporosis after menopause. Here is a simple topic about
which most women have been completely duped. Standard “common sense”
inculcated by media, advertising, and their Ob/Gyn-drug reps warns women that
they must take estrogen and calcium or else they will experience bone loss.
This false notion is one of the truly great masterpieces of modern
disinformation.

First of all, there are no valid, randomized clinical studies which
demonstrate increased bone mineralization following HRT.

Bone is not what you see left on your plate after you’re done with your
medium rare T-bone steak. In the body, bone is living tissue, with rich
networks of blood vessels and nerves. Bone is constantly being torn down and
replaced by specialized blood cells. Every seven years, your entire skeleton
is completely replaced.

Bone has a matrix, or framework, on which calcium is laid down. In America,
everyone gets enough calcium. True calcium deficiency results in a disease
called kwashiorkor, which is found only in Third World starvation countries,
not in America. Osteoporosis is not a disease of calcium deficiency. It’s a
disease of matrix deficiency: the framework got flimsier. There isn’t as much
matrix to attach the calcium to. There’s plenty of available calcium. Calcium
is an inert mineral contained in most foods. The body maintains the blood
levels of calcium at a certain level. Anything extra, like in calcium
supplements, is spilled out of the body by the kidneys, because it’s over the
normal blood levels. If there’s only so much framework, it really doesn’t
matter how much calcium is in the blood; the excess is spilled out.

Keep in mind that most calcium supplements don’t even make it into the
bloodstream, especially if they’re tablets. They never even dissolved in the
digestive tract; they pass right out of the body. This you can prove to
yourself by placing a calcium tablet in a glass of water and leaving it there
all night. Most of them don’t dissolve.

Even the calcium supplements that do make it into the bloodstream are mostly
spilled out, for the above reasons.

In short, calcium supplementation will not increase bone density in
premenopausal women, nor prevent it post-menopause. (Ettinger, McDougall)

American women don’t get osteoporosis because they lack calcium, or estrogen.
Anybody who does a little research knows this. The countries with the highest
rates of osteoporosis on earth are Scandinavia, England, Australia, and the
U.S. These are also the places with the highest consumption of dairy
products.(McDougall, p176) It is pasteurized milk, cheese, and butter which
leach calcium from the body, since these enzymeless, artificial, modern foods
cannot be easily metabolized. The processes of removal from the blood takes a
lot of calcium stores from the teeth and bones. (Recker).

The definition of pasteurization is removal of all enzymes via heat. One of
the enzymes in milk thus denatured is phosphatase. Its purpose? Calcium
absorption. Without phosphatase, calcium absorption doesn’t happen.

But wait! What about milk as a source of calcium, building strong bones and
good teeth and all that? …and you never outgrow your need for it, and all
those movie stars with the moustaches? Marketing. Advertising. Promotion.(See
Enzymes)

Who do you think pays for the dietary educational tools used in American
schools since the 1950s - you know, the four food groups, and all that? The
American Dairy Council and the dairy industry. The whole story is better told
in Twogood’s book No Milk, available anywhere.

Processed foods are indigestible. The stomach keeps pouring out the gastric
juices, in the form of HCl (hydrochloric acid) but it’s not enough to break
down these weird manmade chemically preserved foods. The food just sits there
in the stomach and rots. The abundant HCl may get splashed backward into the
esophagus,

CSfw: Beyond Chelation Anti-Aging Oral Chelation for Heart Disease

2002-05-04 Thread John Draper

from:
http://www.gordonresearch.com/beyond_chelation1.htm -

Beyond Chelation

Finally- a long awaited Oral Chelation for Heart Disease and Anti-Aging

Dr. Garry Gordon of Payson, Arizona, one of the fathers of the Chelation
Therapy movement, has recently developed a cardiovascular nutritional
supplement called Beyond Chelation.

This supplement combines more than 60 ingredients known to have
beneficial effects into one total cardiovascular support program. The
name of this new product states exactly what it is, says Dr. Gordon.
It's what the public should be taking if they've already had chelation
or can't afford it, or simply want to take advantage of new
breakthroughs that permit us to safely and effectively reduce the risk
of heart attack and stroke. In addition to promoting heart health, Dr.
Gordon has found that his supplement has multiple anti-aging effects.

Along with Dr. Dean Ornish of Sausalito, California, who demonstrated in
a five-year study published in the Journal of the American Medical
Association, that heart disease could be reversed, Dr. Gordon believes
that vascular disease can be arrested and cured. However, for those
unable to stick to an extremely low-fat diet (below 9% in total fat
content) and the meditation and exercise mandated in Dr. Ornish's
program. Beyond Chelation may provide similar effects. In his own
practice, Dr .Gordon has been able to document significant improvements
of blood flow to the legs, head and heart of patients experiencing
problems of clot, spasm and arrhythmia with the use of use oral
chelation formula so that fewer than 5% have had to have heart surgery.

J.W., a male patient in his mid-50s from Curacao in the Dutch West
Indies, came to Dr. Gordon after a series of monthly small recurring
strokes . An arteriogram showed that the had bilateral high-grade
obstructions in both carotid arteries. After learning that surgery for
his condition itself involved high odds of stroke, he decided to have
Dr.Gordon treat his condition. Since being placed on oral chelation
therapy six years ago, he had no further incidents of stroke.

Dr. G.K., a 78-year-old female surgeon from Vienna, went to see Dr.
Gordon when informed that she was facing heart valve surgery. She began
oral chelation therapy, as well as intravenous treatments and has been
able to forestall surgery for years. She has been experiencing shortness
of breath and high blood pressure, but theses conditions have been
reversed and she has been able to return to a full active functioning in
her post-retirement avocation as a judge in dog shows.

Another patient, B.K., age 32, went to Dr. Gordon after three operations
for angioplasty. After each one, his angina recurred within months. He
has stayed on oral chelation for years with no further recurrences. Dr.
Gordon began his research more than 15 years ago when he worked with
Dr., Lester Morrison of La Loma Medical School in Los Angeles, a pioneer
who first discovered the involvement of cholesterol in heart disease.
Dr. Morrison had documented a better than 70% reduction in second heart
attacks using nutritional supplement known as the Morrison Heart
Formula. Dr. Gordon's first addition to Dr. Morrison's formula was EDTA.
Widely used in the American food supply to reduce free radical reactions
in food, EDTA also lowers cholesterol, enhances Vitamin C anti-oxidant
properties, and surpasses the activity of aspirin and Coumadin in
preventing blood clotting, without side effects of internal bleeding,
according to Dr. Gordon. His supplements have now been further enhanced
by the addition of red yeast and beta sitosterol as well as a unique
combination of Grape Seed Extract (OPCs), EPA, MSM, Phosphatidyl Serine,
Red Algae and Ginkgo Biloba, organic garlic and more than 50 other
ingredients.

We now understand far better that arteriosclerosis or hardening of the
arteries is an extremely complex process, says Dr. Gordon. The
precise causes in each individual may be extremely varied. In some
people, vascular disease is caused by diabetes and for others by
homocysteinuria. Other people may have seriously disturbed lipid values,
and research has shown that there is a benefit to maintaining a low
level of circulating lipids including cholesterol and triglycerides. New
research is demonstrating that vascular disease in some people may even
caused by infection with chlamydia pneumonia or CMV (cytomegalovirus).

Dr. Gordon's support program utilizes virtually every nutrient with the
exception of coenzyme Q10 (which he advises taking in conjunction with
his formula) recognized to have beneficial effects in heart and vascular
disease.

Among the ingredients and their properties are the following:

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID: An antioxidant which facilitates the metabolism of
Vitamin C, E and glutathione.

EPA: Essential fatty acids like those naturally occurring in some fish.
The benefits of these can be best summarized by pointing out that the

Ian - in what sense do you mean the prills work great? Are you referring
only to the pH change? If that's all, they are probably quite an expensive way
to make alkaline water, compared to chucking a little lime in. The main claim
to fame is 'restructuring':
When you make Prill water, the Prill beads transform water at the
molecular level and make what Jim Carter calls Thin Water. The water forms
single molecules of 2 hydrogen and 1 oxygen atoms that are very tightly and
permanently bound together. In some magical way, the chlorine and fluoride in
the water are dissipated and the water is pure and pristine as glacial water
and will super hydrate your body even better than clustered water. This is a
huge part of the magic of Prill Water.
http://seasilver.threadnet.com/Preventorium/twilight-prill.htm.

Since the beads 'last a lifetime', magically removing chlorine and fluoride
cannot be an ion-exchange process, so conventional chemistry and physics are
apparently old hat. As far as using prill water to make CS, the same page
states:
PRILL WATER AND COLLOIDAL SILVERFrom David Dartez
Regarding the water for your pets...colloidal silver will certainly take
care of any pathogens in the water, but that is not the only issue. There are
non-pathogenic toxins that can still be a problem. I think that you would do
better considering using the Prill beads from Twilight to make water for you
and your pets. The beads dispel the chlorine and fluoride in tap water and also
seem to dissipate many of the other toxins that are in the water. Then you
could add about a teaspoon of colloidal silver per quart to the Prill water.

Would be interested to know if you find the familiar white silver chloride
precipitate from using chlorinated tap water to make CS is overcome by prior
treatment with prill beads.

CSThe new Silver Off Topic List

2002-05-04 Thread M. G. Devour
Greetings everyone,

As Joanne has mentioned on the old OT List, I'm nearly ready to
introduce a new Off Topic List that will be closely integrated with the
Silver List. I'll post subscription information soon, when the last
details are in place.

The goal is to let the Silver List stay focused on the main topic,
while giving our members a congenial place to explore other alternative
health issues and unrelated topics people want to talk about.

All members of the Silver List will automatically have posting
privileges on the new Off Topic List. You will not receive messages or
digests by e-mail unless you deliberately subscribe. Everyone will be
able to read Off Topic List messages on the web at e-Scribe.

I hope that this will make it as easy as possible for people to follow
off topic threads to the Off Topic List.

Developing policies for the new list is an interesting exercise.
Starting with the rules for the Silver List, I was pleased that I could
completely delete the sections on Prohibited Topics and Off Topic Posts
since, indeed, nothing is off topic!

Other rules did not change:

Just as on the Silver List, I will not permit overt commercial
promotion unless approved by me in advance.

I will expect civil, courteous, and considerate behavior at all times
and in all discussions, regardless of topic. Aggressive behavior will
not be allowed. Attacks, ridicule and insults are unacceptable.

Because the Off Topic List explicitly permits controversial subjects,
two attributes will be demanded of everyone: sensitivity and tolerance.
Everyone will need to be aware of the diversity among our membership and
avoid being carelessly offensive or easily offended.

I will ask that criticism of other list members' behavior or how the
list is being run be directed to me privately and not to the list.

Membership in the Silver List and Silver Off Topic List will be linked.
Only Silver List members are allowed to post. Abusive behavior on either
list will result in loss of privileges on both.

I will issue Warnings, usually in private, when I see behavior that is
in violation of list rules and needs to be corrected.

Multiple or serious offenses will earn a Suspension of privileges for a
period of time I determine, up to and including permanent Removal from
the lists.

I will generally guide things as I do on the Silver List, sending
suggestions, hints, or reminders, to the list or individuals as needed,
to keep things going well.

I suspect that the single most important strategy that will emerge is to
Agree to Disagree! On the Silver List we can afford to avoid the more
difficult subjects and focus on our shared interest in CS. That approach
won't be enough on the Off Topic list.

These rules and strategies will change as we test them against
experience. It will be an adventure, certainly!

I want to, again, express my gratitude to Joanne and Tracy for their
efforts in setting up and running their list for the last sixteen
months. It has helped.

Be well,

The only restrictions you have to worry about, Karen, are the 4

discussions to another venue fairly soon.

About Permitted Topics, the list rules, which I post sporadically when
something comes up, say the following:

Any Colloidal Silver related topic or question may be raised and
discussed until it is obviously exhausted. Any alternative
health-related question may be asked, and answers may be given
regardless of whether they are related to Colloidal Silver or not.
 HOWEVER...

Alternative health related topics NOT related to Colloidal Silver
will be ended or taken off list as soon as basic information is given
 and important resources identified.

Brief heads-up messages about legislation, regulation, or politics of
relevence to Colloidal Silver or important alternative health issues
may be posted occasionally, with follow-up to be taken off list.

A modest amount of humor, chit-chat, friendly banter and
encouragement is condoned, and is indeed important for the well-being
of the list. Such threads should be brief, seldom more than a small
handful of messages. Such off topic noise must be allowed in order
to foster the friendly, welcoming environment we seek. It is, however
a privilege. Please do not abuse it.

Your post certainly works within the guideline: ... basic information

I hope that helps.

Re: CSOT osteoporosis

2002-05-04 Thread Duncan Crow

Hi Marshalee;

The obvious is of course, cal/mag/zinc and high-dose vitamin D to absorb the
calcium, at least 5,000 IU and up to perhaps 10,000 IU. Boron 3 mg is also
required for people in boron-poor areas. Without boron the rest fail. The
quality of the cal-mag is important. Calcium is best absorbed as coral
calcium and milk calcium, magnesium as orotate and aspartate but some get by
with citrate or a good soak with epsom salts in the bath. Organic source
silica added for those who don't respond so well to the cal/mag. Silica is
not much used as silica but is converted to calcium by the body by
biological transmutation.

If that approach is not working there's a good chance of hormone deficit.
Men and women need progesterone to build bones, and also human growth
hormone. Without them we build nothing because the repair mechanism depends
on hormones. Progesterone cream is normally the method of getting
progesterone in. See published seminars by Dr. John Lee on progesterone and
osteoporosis. An amino acid stack will induce natural release of growth
hormones. As Dr. Chein below found, growth hormone therapy with sex hormone
precursors DHEA or pregnenolone really produces the best effect, actually
100% success overall.

In HGH clinical studies therapy results have included the following :

Younger skin
Wrinkle removal
Improved vision
Enhanced memory and mood elevation
Higher energy level
Greater capacity for exercise
Heightened sexuality
Improved sleep
Lowered blood pressure
Improved cholesterol profiles
Improved cardiac capacity
Restoration of vital organs that have shrunk with age
Stronger bones with increased bone mass
Elimination of cellulite
Faster tissue repair and healing of injuries
Restoration of immune system

Here's more, using Dr. Chein's clinical trials. To be perfectly accurate,
Dr. Chein also montiored and adjusted sex hormone levels. You can do that
with pregnenolone and DHEA. The following is a summary of results from
clients who received HGH replacement therapy in Dr. Chein's clinic, prepared
in conjunction with his associate Dr. L. Cass Terry, chairman of neurology
at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Effects of HGH Therapy Percent of patients reporting improvement

Enhanced muscle strength 88%
Higher energy levels 84%
Lengthened exercise endurance 83%
Expanded exercise tolerance 81%
Increased muscle mass 81%
Improved overall sense of well being 78%
Improved libido/potency75%
Improved immune functions73%
Decreased body fat without diet 72%
Firmer skin tone and texture
(Natural face lift as early as 3 months) 71%
Expanded healing capacity 71%
Renewed skin thickness 68%
Revived emotional stability 67%
Strengthened memory 62%
Longer duration of penile erection 62%
Faster healing of injuries 61%
Reduced hot flashes 58%
Decreased frequency of nighttime urination 57%
Renewed healing of old injuries 55%
Increased back flexibility 53%

CSCA on eyelid

2002-05-04 Thread Connie
From a friend

...The doctor decided one of the lumps on my eyelid is
cancer :-(

I was told a Dermotologist would do the eye,,,then the
Opthalmologist said I needed a Plastic Surgeon,,, and the
Plastic surgeon thinks they and the Opthalmologist have
to work together for different things!

Any suggestions for a friend? Would Black salve be OK that close to the eye?

Thanks everyone for the response to my question about the crystalized DMSO.
I put in warm water bath, it did go back to liquid state in a few hours.

 Connie,

DMSO does crystallize below a certain temp (not sure what temp) and will
 return
to liquid once it is warmed some.

 I got some DMSO yesterday.
Each of three bottles, the DMSO is hard and crystalized.
This happened once before from the supplier, one of three in this state. The
one of three bottles never did return to liquid, I threw it away in time.

Even after allowing the DSMO to warm to room temperature, there is no
 change.
Is this stuff ever usable? Is there a way to return it to liquid state
 (warming in water? or such?).

RE: CSCA on eyelid

CA on eyelidTry the Zapper. I used it and a large growth disappeared from my
arm the weekend before
surgery was due. Read www.drclark.com (the book, The Cure for all
Cancers). I purchased
my zapper from www.adcomtronics.com As an electronics technician, I liked
the circuit that
was used by the owner of the site (an electronics engineer) in making the
zapper. It is a very
low usage device as far as batteries are concerned, I am still running on
the first one (about
six months).

When I changed to a raw food diet (mostly freshly squeezed juices, with
salads and fruits), the readings went to 130/80. And it did not take very
long. A week at the most.
Now, anytime I go back to the bad foods (sugars, breads, processed foods,
etc.), my blood pressure goes back up.
Then I go back to my raw foods program, and blood pressure goes down.
I can regulate my blood pressure by choosing the type of foods I eat.

Re: CSCA on eyelid

2002-05-04 Thread wolfcreek1
Hi Connie ~

I'd contact Pat McKay and ask her. She sells the cansema black salve and
would know about this. Think her website is http://www.patmckay.com She's
full of great info and would reply to this question quickly, I'm sure.

Also, CS internally is good. Dr. Marijah McCain at Herbal Healer Academy
recommends Essiac Tea, #1 for cancer patients, and CS #2.
