CSPneumonia and Nebulizing and 7 year old...
Hello, I have a 7 year old son who has had an on again off again fever and persistent coughing for 5 days now. Everyone in our family caught some bug which caused a runny then stuffed up nose but in my son's case it changed course and I suspect there is now a secondary infection in the lungs - pneumonia. I might go to the doctor to confirm pneumonia but I want to do ANYTHING possible to avoid antibiotics as this poor child was on antibiotics from age 4 months until 6 and a half years old due to a chronic ear infection that would not resolve. I finally had them remove his tonsils and remove his ear tubes and that combo got the infection to go away. (I did not know about colloidal silver then). In the year that he has finally been off of antibiotics his behavior and learning capacity has improved. He has learning disabilities, ADHD, and had to repeat Kindergarten. So far, this first month in 1st grade has been wonderful. It's a LONG story but I am convinced that another round of antibiotics would set us back terribly. I have a medical nebulizer http://www.nidekmedical.com/pulmomist.aspx (mine is the older version of this brand). And a batch of CS made with my SilverGen SG6. Can anyone suggest how I should proceed? I know I need to try to get him to breath deeply. I know I won't be able to get him to take cayene pepper as outlined in the protocol on the www.silvermedicine.org website when persistent lower lung infection is present. If someone has experience with a situation such as mine I would appreciate the opportunity to visit on the phone (of course on my dime) but e-mails will also be greatly appreciated. CSDonating for Katrina
I have a question, beyond the standard donate cash issue, which is a given. We know several people who have lost everything in New Orleans, and who are now in our area temporarily. They are taking matters into their own hands in large measure, and local churches are helping to accumulate goods to send back. This seems like a great opportunity to clear out much of the way too much stuff we have, but I wanted to ask if I'm off-base on a couple of things. We're going through our clothes, and I can send new or almost new stuff. Most is of the T-shirt and casual pants variety, but I also have a fair amount of stuff that people may find useful getting back to a job. It's just sitting in my closet because it no longer fits my life or style, but it's nice stuff. Will that be useful to send back? I also have a frugal habit of saving clothes that have seen better days, or that I'm just tired of, but are still serviceable for those days of heavy cleaning, or big house projects like painting or something - but in my zeal for frugality, I have way more of this stuff than I need. I'm thinking of making a separate box and labeling it well, that these are clothes suitable for wear while cleaning up. I'm also thinking of sending along a box of rags. I'm guessing even those are in short supply - and desperately needed - and of course I have way more than I need. I'm also going to make up some boxes of winter clothes, because I'm guessing some of these people who are relocating to Chicago area shelters won't be going back anytime soon, and winter can be brutal here. Extra camping gear, grills, kitchen supplies, MREs and so on are a given... Re: CSNeed advice on making CS
If I remember right, the green light is a water conductivity monitor. If the water is good, it should not come on immediately, but the stirring should start. Then as conductivity increases with the silver ionic content, it will come on in about 5 minutes. If the light comes on immediately it means that the water is no good and should not be used. I am sure there are different suppliers in different parts of the country, but around here the Walgreens distilled water is unusable. Marshall Connie Howard wrote: I'm a bit perplexed I have the SG6 and use Walgreen distilled water... I normally set the unit to the max setting. I make a quart at a time. CSIngredients of Viadent
Yes, it is very interesting that Viadent and escharotic salves share the chief active ingredients. I didn't think they targeted the same pathogens, or did they? I used Viadent in the early '90s to get rid of gum inflammation, before I learned about CS. My dentist was astonished about how fast and thoroughly Viadent worked, and consequently recommended it to his other patients. Does anyone know if and why it disappeared? (Ahh...lemme guess..)

Hi, Linda, Sounds like you are doing the right thing and are being very generous. We visited a homeless shelter this summer. This is what we learned about their clothing needs: Most of the homeless are men and they have drug, alcohol and mental problems (1/3 of them). They didn't have enough clothing. Newly donated items aren't washed unless they are very dirty. If the men can work, they get jobs as day laborers. They need clothing they can be comfortable in: jeans or khakis, underware, ball caps, socks and walking or tennis shoes. They get clean clothing once a week. Re: CSDonating for Katrina
You know, I've never much cared for the Red Cross, for a number of reasons - preferring the Salvation Army. But my personal story is, when my mother was pregnant with me, my father was called from the Navy Reserves to go to Korea. He was supposed to be at the Naval Base in San Diego, and my mother was to drive to meet him. Well, in 1951, driving Route 66 with noncell phones, my mother arrived after several days of driving. As my father had instructed, she went to the naval base, but was told my father wasn't there - and they didn't know where he was! She went to the Red Cross, and said she felt they treated her like a pariah - a preggy girlfriend trying to track down the father of her love child. No help from the Red Cross. Then, she went to the Salvation Army. She was welcomed, given food and drink while they went to work to figure out what happened. They were able to find that my father had been transferred at the last minute to the Treasure Island Naval base in San Francisco Bay. They gave her money to tide her over until my father's checks caught up with him. Since then, we always donate to the Salvation Army. As to the Red Cross call for money - giving money is an easy click - but I have stuff here! I have new or nearly new clothes. I have blankets that may have been used once or twice. I have Y2K stuff that I have never touched. I have extra camping gear. I have many travel-size or gift-size bottles of shampoo, soap, and other toiletries. I have two brand-new camping cookstoves. I can understand the Red Cross' reluctance to take stuff they then have to sort, pack, and ship thousands of miles, when those things are probably available closeby. But I have stuff HERE, and there are people HERE who will be HERE for months, and I will sort and deliver it. If the Red Cross doesn't want it, I'll find another way to make these donations. Next call - Salvation Army. Linda Marshall Dudley mdud...@king-cart.com wrote: I went to a red cross meeting last night for those who will be coming to our area last night. Oh, yes. The refugees are obviously different than the regular homeless. I just wanted you to know that your items don't need to be new. I'm not trying to say we ought to give our junk away, but a worn out pair of shoes is better than no pair of shoes. Re: CSSystemic Argyria Report
Well, just as I expected, they have no idea what they are talking about: -- He ingested approximately 16 ounces (~ 450 ml) of 450 ppm colloidal silver three times a day for 10 months. -- That is impossible, colloidal silver cannot be made in strenths anywhere near that high. It is obvious that he did not take colloidal silver as indicated by the article, but silver salts. The absence of the protocol used to make it supports that they did not research this in a reasonable manner. Then later on he writes: -- Some of the silver in plasma is carried as a salt and may be deposited in various tissues after being reduced to its metallic form. -- So he apparently does not know the difference between a colloid and a salt, now admitting that it was a salt that caused the argyria, despite claiming otherwise in the title. Also upon examination it is obvious that they have doctored the photos. The eyes have been edited to be black, and can be easily verified by examination of the pictures blown up! Argyria will darken the eyes, but never like he shows. It's too bad they have lost credibility with such loose and erroneous writing, because there is some good information in there if the source had actually been credible. Re: CSSystemic Argyria Report
Where on earth did he come up with this BS? --- Consumption of large doses of colloidal silver can result in coma, pleural edema, and hemolysis. Colloidal silver is also toxic to the bone marrow and may be associated with agranulocytosis. The toxic effects of inorganic silver ingested orally in large doses are very similar to any corrosive solution. Such ingestion can result in burning of the throat and epigastrium, leading to abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. The patient often suffers convulsions and goes into shock. The single lethal dose of silver nitrate has been estimated to be 10 gm. Silver salts are more toxic than silver proteins or colloidal silver. -- He gives not one reference, and none of those claims can be substantiated. Since when is silver mixed with water a corrosive solution, that is just made up? It is obvious that he is mixing some real information with references with pure BS with no references to try and make this look like it is scientifically based when it is not.. I'm not so sure he has pneumonia - perhaps broncitis. But, I just gave him about two minutes worth of nebulized CS. We'll see if anything happens. If it is helping would it be reasonable to assume that he will cough more? I've also begun giving him Vitamin C at 500mg once every hour (washed down with CS water of course :-) Also some Kyolic Immune formula garlic. Also had a friend come give him a foot reflexology treatment for the lungs and he put foot pads to pull toxins on his foot. WOW LOTS of black gunck came out on that pad after only three hours! I'm going to treat with the nebulized CS for a few minutes at a time once an hour for the rest of today and see what happens unless someone recommends otherwise. Thanks... Re: CSSystemic Argyria Report
I thought the eyes were blacked out to hide identity. The silvery whole face I wondered about...the skin color looks kinda overly even and shiny, even in the whorls of the ear, which seems quite unlikely that any undoctored photo would show such totally even skin color on any human. Most of us look at least somewhat uneven, if not a bit blotchy with or without argryia. For those SNG fans it looks like Cdr. Data makeup. As to the rest of the article, the terms used changed too much for me to follow. I am not sure what to make of it, but I also questioned the lack of details of the process used to make the CS the person took. 450 ppm from a simple battery generator seems beyond unlikely, and no mention of what water was used or if any additives were used, nor how the figure of 450 ppm was obtained. I wish the fingernail photos had been much better. I have some suspicion my fingernail moons are greying, but since I never in my life paid any attention to them I have no idea what they looked like before I started ingesting my CS. As near as I can tell, my nails look like the photo. If anyone has a really good true color photograph of what fingernail moons/nailbeds should look like could you please share? My biggest concern would be the mention of loss of intestinal mucosa, and the possibility of stomach ulcers, and the eye effects. This is the first time I've ever heard mention of CS of any kind causing that sort of thing. All in all I hope a lot more members here will read and comment or dissect this article, as I really don't know enough to know what to make of it. But it seems the terms used for all kinds of silver were used rather interchangeably or at least were not well distinguished in discussing various types of harm from silver. sol Marshall Dudley wrote: Well, just as I expected, they have no idea what they are talking about: -- He ingested approximately 16 ounces (~ 450 ml) of 450 ppm colloidal silver three times a day for 10 months. -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. Re: CSPneumonia and Nebulizing and 7 year old...
Lea Ann, What are the foot pads you mention? Thanks, Cindy -- Original message -- I'm not so sure he has pneumonia - perhaps broncitis. Thanks... Re: CSIngredients of Viadent
Matthew, I have seen Viadent recently on the shelves of some local pharmicies in So. Cal. It is hard to come by... the only ingredient that prevents me from buying it is the fluoride... I won't put that in my mouth. Too bad... the bloodroot and zinc chloride will probably kill just about any pathogen you can think of. - Original Message - From: Matthew McCann To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2005 7:50 AM Subject: CSIngredients of Viadent Yes, it is very interesting that Viadent and escharotic salves share the chief active ingredients.

Re: CSPneumonia and Nebulizing and 7 year old...
Lee Ann, One thing you need to make sure of is that the unit can output particles of between 2-5 micron, and how much of the mist consists of these size particles. Anything much larger than this and it may not be very effective. Good units I've seen consists of about 30-60% of these size particles. You might have to check the manufacturer website or call them. This should be a good way to administer colloidal silver. Also, consider oral use as well, by adding...is it two or 3 parts Gatorade, guys? Brooks Bradley mentioned that this appears to increase oral absorption effectively by 4 times. You might also consider oil of organo, and GSE liquid (Grapefruit Seed extract, not grape seed). These are powerful anti-microbials that may also help. Re the GSE, start out first with a few drops in some orange juice to check for allergic reaction, and increase daily using gelatin or vegi capsules (tastes terrible). My wife has cured bronchitis twice, in about 3 days, with high doses of GSE. We are trying to see how well oil of oregano works. Unfortunately, I can't report any miracles with any CS yet, although I still use it from time to time and like it for it's safety and price (almost free). -Ken Bagwell --- Lea Ann lsav...@cfl.rr.com wrote: Hello, I have a 7 year old son who has had an on again off again fever and persistent coughing for 5 days now. Re: CSPneumonia and Nebulizing and 7 year old...
Thanks Ken, I'm getting discouraged as my husband just woke me up (1:30AM here) to go listen to his breathing. It's labored - especially at night. This has gone on for so many days and he's so lethargic. I do have GSE tablets and have given them to him in the past for candida - I'll try the GSE but if there is not significant improvement in the AM, I'm sure I'll have to take him to the doctor and of course we all know what that means... I am interested to hear from the list which ratio of CS to gatoraide is recommended. Thanks for your suggestions!
